I strongly advise against booking with Super Egagle company in Kenya. My recent five-day tour experience with them left me incredibly disappointed with their service and overall performance. Not only were their prices exorbitantly high compared to other tour operators, but I found out that fellow passengers paid just $50 more for a longer midrange tour, while I was stuck on a budget tour for almost the same cost! The accommodation provided for the first two nights at the camp was absolutely atrocious - it was a terrible experience. To make matters worse, on the fourth day, I was left stranded at the hotel with minimal information provided. Activities that I had paid for didn't align with the promised itinerary, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. And on the 5th day, they didn't follow the itinerary either, and I had to wait at transfer center for over 4 hrs! The tour driver, Maxwell, added to my discomfort by being unhelpful and pressuring me for excessive tips throughout the trip. It created a very unpleasant atmosphere. In summary, I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from considering this tour company. Save yourself the trouble and explore other options for a more enjoyable and seamless experience elsewhere.

I do not understand this travel agency got 5 stars , I spoke to Mr Alavi to know about the haj visa process he was so rude 0 courtesy and hang the phone. Any business is a service oriented unfortunately he needs some training on customer satisfaction.

For your sake and for the sake of your loved one, please do NOT use them. This agency is a fraud. Being a travel agent is a huge responsibility, they should NOT be trusted with that. They need to be investigated or shut down altogether. I will file a report with BBB and local agencies as well. Weirdly enough, they have been around a long time so I decided to use them for an international flight. Worst decision of my life. Last night, the passenger that was suppose to come home was turned away because the airline did not have him listed as a passenger. We purchased two tickets from them. One for Jan 2. That ticket we called and spoke to and was cancelled, talking to someone named Saeed or Mujeeb. The second ticket was for Jan 15. This is where it gets interesting. Saeed or Mujeed did NOT cancel the Jan 2nd ticket, did NOT refund us the money, but emailed me a fraudulent and bogus ticket for Jan 15. The passenger, an elderly man, drove 5 hours to an airport in a foreign country only to be turned away because this travel agency did NOT confirm/made a ticket for him for Jan 15. He did not have a ticket even though we called, were emailed, something from them. Whatever they emailed me, a ticket that I thought was for Jan 15, was false. Spoke to someone named A.J. He said he has been in this business "for over 25 years". As you can imagine, this has cost us extreme difficulty, loss of money, loss of time and this AJ person and people who work there, have NO remorse, no idea what they're doing. There is no follow up, no protocol, nothing. This business should be shut down.

1 Masai Mara

Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya's most popular parks. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust", and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close.

Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake in Kenya, outside the town of Naivasha in Nakuru County, north west of Nairobi. It is part of the Great Rift Valley and the name derives from the local Maasai name Nai'posha, meaning “rough water” because of the sudden storms which can arise.

Lake Nakuru National Park (188 km2, 73 mi2), was created in 1961 around Lake Nakuru, near Nakuru Town. It is best known for its thousands, sometimes millions of flamingos nesting along the shores. The surface of the shallow lake is often hardly recognizable due to the continually shifting mass of pink.
