TAMPA – ORLANDO

Start at Harley Davidson Wesley Chapel. After sign-in we’ll eat some breakfast, decal our cars, and depart to the newly built McLaren Orlando where we will have catered lunch and tour the dealership! 

After a relaxing lunch we’ll pump the adrenaline back up at Tanks America where all 80 participants will hop onboard real Tanks and APC’s and attack an obstacle course crushing real cars along the way! 

After we lose the cops/wanted level on our GTA themed path of destruction we’ll wind down the day and check-in at the new Wave Hotel Orlando and party by the rooftop pool! What a start to an epic rally!

ORLANDO – WEST PALM BEACH – MIAMI

We’ll depart after breakfast and head down to Shoot Straight West Palm Beach where Yankee Hill Machine (YHM) will be waiting to host a 3 hour private suppressed shooting event complete with catered lunch from Papachulo Tacos!

After some gunpowder stress relief and a full stomach we’ll continue on our rally to InterContinental Hotel Miami! There we will check-in and prepare for an amazing 80’s retro themed costume party, charity auction, live entertainment and a special surprise at the famous Toro Toro Restaurant in their VIP section complete with open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres for our guests!

MIAMI – NAPLES

After a late checkout we will rally over to Tulum Prime Restaurant for an included brunch and local Cars & Coffee welcome party with reserved spots for DRIV Rally Guests! There you can chow down on the BEST food in the area and then chat with other like minded enthusiasts about your ride. After your stomach and gas tank is full we’ll depart and rally to Hyatt House on 5th in Naples for check-in. There we will have plenty of free time to relax at an amazing resort, make use of the amenities, and recharge while partying with fellow DRIV fam! Oh and let’s not forget the evening dock side open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres hour to help our group kick the night off right!

NAPLES – TAMPA

Late checkout as we head up the coast to Shore Restaurant in Long Boat Key for an optional lunch! After lunch we will all rally back to Tampa completing the ~700 Mile loop for a great end to an amazing 4 day, action packed, charitable, and networking goldmine that is Vice City Tour 2024!

And now he's back.” Kent Paul: “Yeah, yeah, yeah, and the thing is...” Jezz Torrent: “The thing is, we need someone to drive the limo we can trust, cause that nutter keeps making threats!” Percy: “I'm shitin' masel' man. I need ma ma!” Dick: “We're all bricking ourselves, man.” Tommy Vercetti: “Okay guys, calm down, I'll handle this. Normally I wouldn't busy myself with driving around a bunch of drunken Scottish bisexuals, but, in your case I'll make an exception.” — Love Fist band informs Tommy that the psycho somehow survived.

Publicity Tour is the final mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City given to protagonist Tommy Vercetti by heavy metal band Love Fist from their recording studio in Downtown , Vice City .

Mission [ ]

The psycho that was believed to be killed by Tommy somehow survived and has placed a bomb in the Love Fist Limo , which will go off if the Limo goes under 50 mph, meaning that Tommy has to drive over that speed for 1 hour and 50 minutes (1 minute and 50 seconds in real time) until Love Fist defuses the bomb in the limo. During the mission, a detonation bar will appear on the top right side of the screen. If Tommy goes beneath a certain speed, it will fill up. If he goes above it, the bar will deplete. If the bar fills up completely, the limo explodes and if it explodes with the player inside, they will be wasted , both of which will end the mission in a failure. When the bomb is defused, Tommy drives Love Fist to their gig and after a cut-scene, the mission is complete.

In order to complete the mission the player must:

• Drive around the city while Love Fist defuses the bomb .
• Drive Love Fist to the venue.

The reward for completing this mission is $8,000. The Love Fist limo will also spawn outside the recording studio (except for the original PS2 version).

• The mission is based on the 1994 movie Speed , where police detective Jack Traven tries to deactivate a bomb that will blow up if the bus goes less than 50 mph. Coincidentally, Dennis Hopper , the voice actor of Steve Scott , starred in the movie.
• The rain in this mission is scripted.
• This is the only time in the game that Love Fist are encountered outside of cutscenes.
• The bomb seemed to be a set of Boomshine bottles inside the limo's drink cabinet, wired to the engine that would set off if it goes to a stop or a lower speed.
• The default radio station at the start of the mission is always Emotion 98.3 , and after defusing the bomb, the radio will automatically tune in to V-Rock , regardless if the radio is off or not.
• There is a glitch in the PC version of the game, that if the player activates the replay function (F1 key) when the Love Fist members are talking at a certain time, their dialogue will be continued playing in full version in the replay scene, and after the scene ends, they will keep on chatting as normal. It is possible to use this trick to avoid car crashes, speeding down, and will also save a lot of time, thus making the completion of the mission become closer.

The band’s would-be murderer performed one last act before Tommy killed him: He rigged the band’s limo with a bomb. Note that you can only start this mission after completing the Mitch Baker quests, ending with Hog Tied. This guide walks you through how to deal with the bomb and what you get for the trouble.

How to Complete Publicity Tour

Tommy speaks with the band one more time and decides to drive them around the city again. They listen to a tape in the limo, and it turns out the killer left it. He’s attached a bomb to the limo that will detonate if the car drives under 50 miles per hour. That’s your sign to go fast.

The bomb won’t explode immediately if you slow down, though. There’s a meter that fills up, and once it’s full, the bomb detonates and ends the mission. You need to d rive around Vice City for one minute and 50 seconds while the band figures out how to deal with the bomb.

The easiest way to handle this task is just not making many turns. If you stick to the main roads — through Downtown, into Vice Point, and down through the two beach zones, for example — you’ll be able to maintain high speed without much concern.

After the bomb threat ends, take the band to their venue for a final cutscene, $8,000, and permanent access to the limo, which spawns outside the recording studio.

Publicity Tour is an optional story mission in GTA Vice City, given by Love Fist .

It's the 28 ° GTA Vice City mission in chronological order, and it becomes available after completing Psycho Killer and Hog Tied .

This is an optional mission, but it is required for 100% completion of the game.

Tommy drives Love Fist's limousine around while they defuse a bomb planted by the obsessed stalker.

The Tour race route in Vice City.

street race side mission available in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City . This race, along with the others are provided by A+B Auto and is only available after the player purchases Sunshine Autos .

Starting the Race [ ]

To start the race, go the Sunshine Autos Import Garage . Go to the pink marker and select "Tour!". In order to enter the race the player must pay a fee of $5,000, making this race the second most expensive of them all. Once the fee is paid, the HUD will tell the player where to go. Get a car and drive to the designated spot.

The Race [ ]

This race takes place around Washington Beach and Vice Point . The track is 4.603km (2.860 miles) long, making it the second longest track in the Vice Street Racer.

The reward for placing first in the race is $20,000 and a step closer towards 100% Completion.

“This is an incredible time in my life as I am experiencing so many milestone ‘firsts.’ Being the FIRST female Hip Hop artist to be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and now going out on my FIRST headline tour,” Elliott said in a statement about the 24-city tour co-produced by Live Nation and Elliott’s longtime manager Mona Scott-Young. “Fans have been asking me to tour forever but I wanted to wait until I felt the time was right because I knew if I was ever going to do it, I had to do it big, and I had to do it with family! So get ready to be taken OUT OF THIS WORLD with me, Busta Rhymes, Ciara, and Timbaland! We can’t wait to share this experience with the fans!”

In keeping with Elliott’s legendarily out-there music videos, the tour announce was accompanied by a short teaser video helmed by another one of Missy’s frequent collaborators, director Dave Meyers. “In 2024, these three icons come together to show you something you’ve never seen before,” Elliott says in voiceover in the clip in which she, Busta and Ciara emerge from the spacecraft.

In an additional statement about her client’s first-ever headlining tour, Scott-Young said, “Missy has always been an iconic groundbreaker and continuously pushes herself to be bolder and go where she has never been before – and surprisingly, one of those places is headlining her own tour! For decades, fans and peers worldwide have clamored for Missy to tour and they’re finally going to get what they’ve been asking for as she teams up with Ciara, Busta, and longtime partner-in-rhyme Timbaland, to deliver a start-to-finish, nonstop, high-octane, OUT OF THIS WORLD concert experience. This will be one for the books, so trust me, you don’t want to miss it!”

Tickets for the tour will go on sale first through a Verizon presale that kicks off on Tuesday (April 9) beginning at 10 a.m. local time through Thursday (April 11) at 10 p.m. local time; click here for more details.
