All Dragon locations and routes in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Where to find every Dragon in Hyrule and their preferred routes.

There are a few Dragons in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom , and they prowl both the skies on the surface of Hyrule and the dark Depths below which can make them tricky to find. We recommend sticking to tracking the Dragons down while they are on the surface as they are easier to spot and much easier to land on with your Paraglider.

As with most things in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom , you can approach landing on and finding the Dragons however you want to. We've listed their general location, rough routes, and tips for getting safely onto the back of each Dragon to help you out.

Before you start to track any of them down, we strongly recommend doing the Regional Phenomena at Rito Village to get a useful ally and that you have at least two full wheels of Stamina with plenty of stamina boosting meals in your inventory.

When you're ready, we're here to show you all Dragon locations in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and tips for landing on the back of them.

On this page:

 • Naydra location
 • Farosh location
 • Dinraal location
 • Light Dragon location

Naydra location and route in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Naydra can generally be found flying around Mount Lanayru and East Necluda in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Naydra is an Ice Dragon and they can spit out icy balls if you get too close to their face, so we recommend equipping some cold-resistant armor and packing a few cold-resistance meals or elixirs into Link before attempting to land on them.

Naydra's Route

This is the route Naydra took around the surface of Hyrule.

 • Emerges from Depths at Naydra's Snowfield Chasm south of Mount Lanayru.
 • Around Mount Lanayru.
 • Walnot Mountain.
 • Hateno Bay.
 • Ebon Mountain.
 • Meda Mountain.
 • Over Cliffs of Quince.
 • Over Bonooru's Stand.
 • Past Kakariko Village.
 • Descends into Depths at East Hill Chasm east of Kakariko Village.

If you explore the areas listed above and keep an eye on the sky, you're likely to see Naydra. However, if you're struggling to find Naydra then it's probably already in the Depths.

Launch sites for landing on Naydra

We've found that these are the best places you can launch Link from to land on Naydra:

 • Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower.
 • Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower .
 • Necluda Sky Archipelago.
 • South Lanayru Sky Archipelago.

Remember, the best place to jump from to get on top of Naydra will depend on where it currently is. You'll need to judge which launch site to go to and work from there.

Farosh location and route in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Farosh can generally be found flying around Lake Hylia and Gerudo Canyon in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Farosh is a Lightning Dragon , so we recommend removing any pieces of equipment that conduct electricity . We also recommend taking a few shock resistant meals and elixirs before attempting to land on the Dragon.

Farosh's Route

This is the route Farosh took around the surface of Hyrule.

 • Emerges from the Depths at East Gerudo Chasm.
 • Past Spectacle Rock.
 • Around Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower .
 • Past Koukot Plateau.
 • Over Mount Nabooru.
 • Across Gerudo Canyon.
 • Past Starly Plateau.
 • Over Taobab Grassland towards Mount Faloraa.
 • Over Mount Faloraa towards Hylia Island.
 • Passes south of Scouts Hill.
 • Enters the Depths at Hills of Baumer Chasm.

If you explore the areas listed above and keep an eye on the sky, you're likely to see Farosh. If they're nowhere to be found, then it's highly likely they're already in the Depths.

zelda totk farosh dragon

Launch sites for landing on Farosh

We've found that these are the best places you can launch Link from to land on Farosh:

 • Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower.
 • East Gerudo Sky Archipelago.

There aren't too many options in the area for launching Link into the sky to land on Farosh, but if you have Tulin and a stamina boosting meal or two, you should be able to land on the Dragon.

Dinraal location and route in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Dinrall can generally be found around Eldin Mountains and Deep Akkala in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Dinraal is a Fire Dragon , and landing on them will get very hot very fast. You'll need armor and meals or elixirs that boost your Flame Guard . Heat resistance will not work for this Dragon, it needs to be Flame Guard if you don't want to burn to a crisp.

Dinraal's Route

This is the route Dinraal took across the surface of Hyrule.

 • Emerges from the Depths at East Akkala Plains Chasm.
 • Over Octorok Lake.
 • Along East Akkala Beach.
 • Along North Akkala Beach.
 • Around and past Akkala Ancient Tech Lab.
 • Past Tumlea Heights.
 • Past Akkala Wilds.
 • Over Skull Lake.
 • Over Eldin's Flank.
 • Past Eldin Mountains.
 • Over Thyphlo Ruins.
 • Enters the Depths at Drenan Highlands Chasm.

If you explore the areas listed above and keep an eye on the sky, you're likely to find Dinraal. If they're nowhere to be found, then it's highly likely that Dinraal is in the Depths.

zelda totk dinraal dragon

 • Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower .
 • Sokkala Sky Archipelago.
 • Top of Death Mountain (Fast Travel to Sitsum Shrine).
 • Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower.

There are a few launching options for Link for this Dragon. The Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower is at the end of Dinraal's surface route, so if you known that they're on the surface then you can get to the tower and get ahead of them.

Light Dragon location and route in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Now, the Light Dragon is probably the hardest Dragon to find in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom as its route spans the entire length of Hyrule's surface . However, we've detailed all of the ways you can find the Light Dragon in our Master Sword guide.

We saw the Light Dragon by pure chance in our first few hours of the game while exploring the Great Sky Islands. If you do manage to see this delightfully elusive creature, we recommend running to the closest Skyview Tower to launch yourself high into the sky to give yourself the best starting point for landing on it.

All Dragon paths and locations in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Where to find Farosh, Dinraal, Naydra and the Light Dragon in TOTK

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Master Sword

How to get up to the Dragons

The Zelda Tears of the Kingdom dragon locations and paths are all over - and under - Hyrule, with the Light Dragon, Farosh, Dinraal and Naydra moving around the realm on set paths, but exactly where they are along those paths is a little harder to predict. Consequently, knowing the dragon's routes in TOTK is essential, as you can then trace along them until you encounter the dragon itself - then harvest scales, claws, fangs and horns for Zelda Tears of the Kingdom armor upgrades , or just to empower your weapons temporarily. We'll cover all the TOTK dragon paths in this guide, as well as what you need to know about each dragon specifically.

All dragon locations and paths in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

 • The Light Dragon (all of Hyrule/Sky realm)
 • Dinraal the Fire Dragon (Eldin and Akkala regions)
 • Naydra the Ice Dragon (Necluda and Lanayru regions)
 • Farosh the Lightning Dragon (Gerudo and Faron regions)

All Zelda Tears of the Kingdom dragon locations and paths

Dragons Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

There are four dragons in The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom , with their rough paths laid out in the map above. You might have also noticed that some sections of the dragons' routes are faded - well, that's where they go underground. You'll need to know how to handle the Depths in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom , being the most dangerous map area in the whole game.

Dragons will dive through specific Chasms on the Surface and emerge from others, but you can still encounter them moving along that route beneath the earth! The only one that doesn't do this at all is the Light Dragon, which moves only above ground at a higher altitude than any of the others.

There's also no set times the dragons appear at specific points in their route. While they don't despawn, they will always be somewhere on that path. This differs from Breath of the Wild since their routes don't perfectly sync up with the 24 hour clock, so you can't predict an exact location depending on the in-game time of day.

The Light Dragon

Link and the Light Dragon in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

A new addition to the Dragons, The Light Dragon is the only one that doesn't try to hurt Link as he gets close. This dragon takes a huge, weaving route across all of Hyrule's sky, and you'll basically have to use the Skyview Towers to reach it, or fast travel up to a Sky Realm shrine and leap onto it from there.

Dinraal the fire dragon in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Dinraal is a dragon of fire, whose route has it leave the East Akkala Plains Chasm, meander North of Death Mountain, and hug the map's North edge before dropping down the Drenan Highlands Chasm to the west of The Lost Woods, taking a roughly straight route through the Depths back towards Akkala.

Dinraal shoots fireballs whenever you get close, and superheats the air around them , meaning you'll have to either have elixirs prepared, buy some Flame Guard armor from Goron City, or just be quick enough grabbing the loot not to burn to death.

Naydra the ice dragon in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Naydra the Ice Dragon is one you might see more often, as it has a slightly larger route that takes it close to the towns of Kakariko and Hateno. It leaves the Lanayru Snowfield Chasm at the top of Mount Lanayru, then heads South to loop around Necluda and up towards Kakariko and drop into the East Hill Chasm, heading back through the depths towards its starting point.

Naydra freezes the air around it, and launches balls of ice at those who get close. Knowing how to deal with cold in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is essential, so wrap up warm if you plan to shave it for parts.

Farosh the lightning dragon in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Farosh the Lightning Dragon is the one you'll probably see the least, as its route takes it away from most major settlements. It leaves the East Gerudo Chasm in the desert, heads North over the Canyon and over Lake Hylia before descending through the Hills of Baumer Chasm.

Farosh fires lightning at those who come close, as well as keeping the air around it in a permanent storm . Immediately stow all your metal weapons before approaching, or get a nasty shock!

Link glides towards Farosh the dragon in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Assuming you encounter them outside, the only way to get to the Dragons is to either use one of the Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Skyview Towers , firing yourself into the air to glide down towards them, or using vehicles and climbing high things to leap down onto their backs. They usually have upward wind currents when you get close, meaning it's easier to glide around them.

And yes, you can climb on the dragons. All of them except the Light Dragon will try and launch projectiles to knock you off, as mentioned above, but it's still entirely possible. Speaking of which, let's talk about why you'd want to do this:

Dragon rewards, scales and more

Link gets Farosh's horn off the dragon in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

When you encounter a dragon, hitting it with an arrow knocks off a piece of it to become a reward . Depending on where you hit it changes what kind of reward you get (though you'll need to dive down to the ground to grab it where it lands).

 • Body: (Dragon's) Scale
 • Mouth: Shard of (Dragon's) Fang
 • Horns: (Dragon's) Horn
 • Feet/Hands: (Dragon's) Claw

You can only knock off one piece of a dragon per encounter - the first arrow that lands will be the last one of any use. We're not sure what the cooldown is before farming another piece, but it's at least twenty-four hours in-game.

There's also Shards of the Dragon's Spikes on every dragon's back , little resources you can pick up in large numbers. It's definitely worth doing - they're basically really good Fuse materials for your weapons, and don't count towards the "one per encounter" materials you get above!

The materials you take from dragons have multiple uses , including fusions and elixirs, but are best used for the different Zelda Tears of the Kingdom armor upgrades . Many armor upgrades need materials harvested from dragons, forcing you to find them if you want to improve the clothing you're wearing.

10 Incredible Zelda: TOTK Moments We’ll Never Forget

 • Tears of the Kingdom is a direct sequel to Breath of the Wild , but delivers many unforgettable story moments all on its own.
 • Certain gameplay moments, like Link's first skydive or climbing up to the Wind Temple, stand out for their impressive scale.
 • Many of TOTK 's unforgettable moments come from it's most important story beats involving Link, Zelda, Ganondorf, Rauru, and Sonia.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom continues the story of Breath of the Wild as a direct sequel, starting with Link and Zelda exploring ruins beneath Hyrule Castle that they didn't know were there. Naturally, that acts as the beginning of a new adventure, since Zelda discovers not only reliefs in the ruins that tell a story, but the sealed body of Ganondorf. And this encounter begins a journey that spans thousands of years.

[Warning: The following article contains spoilers for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. ]

Like most Zelda games, the story of TOTK is told through a combination of quests, NPC dialogue, and cutscenes. Altogether, they create a story that's difficult to forget given how many memorable moments are shown throughout the game. From the beginning of the game to its very end, these are 10 of the most incredible moments that help make TOTK an unforgettable experience.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Review - Building Excellence

Link loses his arm, ganondorf is unsealed.

It doesn't take long to reach a memorable scene in TOTK . The cutscene that leads to Link losing his arm is among the first scenes in the game. While exploring the ruins beneath Hyrule Castle, Link and Zelda find - and incidentally release - Ganondorf. His Gloom latches onto Link's arm and drains its vitality , which also leaves him unable to save Zelda when she falls into the darkness and disappears.

Link's First Skydive Off Great Sky Island

Ending totk's tutorial section.

After Link is saved by Rauru's arm and spirit, he wakes up on Great Sky Island. This is the first look Link gets at the Sky portion of the map, which he'll need to keep returning to throughout the game. And this section leads to Link's first skydive off one of the islands, which displays the experience of adventure and different layers of maps that compose this version of Hyrule .

Entering The Depths For The First Time

Seeing another world under the surface.

Opposite to the Sky section of the map exists the Depths. The first time that Link enters the Depths can be a bit jarring with how dark it is. Plus, encountering Gloom attacks while in the Depths can also be frightening, since Link's hearts don't recover from Gloom damage until he sets foot in sunlight or is basked in the glow of a Lightroot.

The Next Zelda Game Should Abandon A BOTW & TOTK Staple (Unless Theres A Big Change)

Climbing up to the wind temple, a perilous journey with tulin.

The Wind Temple in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom takes a bit of effort and a lot of patience to reach, which is mainly because the only path to the temple requires Link using flying ships and the resources available on scattered sky islands to climb the lengthy path up to the temple's entrance. While there are shrines that act as checkpoints that Link can fast travel to, falling or dying still becomes a setback that requires going through the same sections again.

Ascending Into Korok Forest From The Depths

Ingenious use of totk's design.

Trying to enter Korok Forest in TOTK can be frustrating at first because it seems like there's no way to get into the forest . However, when all other options have been tried and ended up failing, it becomes clear that the only way to reach Korok Forest is from below. Finally reaching Korok Forest from the Depths using Ascend is unforgettable after all the frustration that comes with exhausting every option before figuring it out.

Zelda Swallows A Secret Stone & Turns Into The Light Dragon

Emotional memory that solves the master sword mystery.

This cutscene is the last of Zelda's memories from the past that Link witnesses through Dragon Tears. She makes the decision to abandon her humanity and turn herself into an immortal dragon so that she'll eventually arrive in Link's time, knowing that there's no guarantee she'll return to being mortal after the transformation. It's the only way to repair the Master Sword and return it to Link, so Zelda swallows her Secret Stone, undergoing an unforgettably horrible and painful transition into the Light Dragon .

Ganondorf's Final Phase As The Demon Dragon

End of totk's final boss fight.

Zelda isn't the only character to turn into a dragon in TOTK . During the final phase of Link's fight against Ganondorf, the Demon King turns into the Draconified Demon King . His appearance looks a lot like Zelda's when she's the Light Dragon, but he keeps his usual red coloring. Still, the transformation and abilities during this phase of his fight are unforgettable, especially with the help from Zelda, even though she no longer remembers who she used to be while she's the Light Dragon.

Zelda Becomes Hylian Again

Totk's final cutscene.

After helping Link defeat Ganondorf in his dragon form, Zelda gets to return to her form as the Hylian princess. Of course, her dragon transformation isn't something she can undo by herself, and not even Link has the power to change her back. However, the power of Rauru, Sonia, and Link combined turns Zelda back into her original form , which means that Link needs to catch her as she falls from the sky in an unforgettable reunion.

Zelda Arrives In The Past & Meets Her Ancestors

King rauru & queen sonia.

Zelda falls into the abyss when Ganondorf is unsealed, and her fate is uncertain until Link witnesses the Dragon Tear memory that shows her arriving in the past. Of all the places that Zelda could've ended up, the distant past when Hyrule was a new kingdom didn't seem like a possibility. But that revelation and meeting the first king and queen ended up becoming an unforgettable and surprising moment. And at the same time, it set up a dynamic that showed the beginning and end of Rauru's mission to get rid of Ganondorf.

Sonia Dies By Ganondorf's Hand

Hyrule's first queen is killed.

Sonia is shown to be a kind ruler, intent on helping Zelda in any way possible, which is why her death is so shocking and emotional. The scene leading up to Sonia's death makes it seem like she and Zelda were able to design a trap for Ganondorf, but then their trap falls apart so quickly, and Sonia is killed by Ganondorf before Zelda can even try to save her. It was a shocking moment, and perhaps the most unforgettable scene in TOTK .

Although it didn't win The Game Awards' Game of the Year , Tears of the Kingdom is a journey full of unforgettable moments and vast areas to explore. The events that happen to Link and Zelda might happen thousands of years apart, but they're so intertwined that the direct results of the past can still be felt in the present. This is almost certainly the last entry to the journey that began with Breath of the Wild , but that doesn't mean that it'll be easy to forget the events that happened to Link, Zelda, Sonia, and Rauru in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom .

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is the anticipated follow-up to Breath of the Wild, released in 2017. A rare occurrence in Zelda titles, Tears of the Kingdom is a direct sequel instead of loosely connected. In Tears of the Kingdom, Link will take to the skies and learn about a mysterious kingdom in the clouds.

Where to find the white sword of the sky in zelda: totk.

To get the White Sword of the Sky in Zelda TOTK, players must restore the Mother Goddess Statue by giving Dragon Materials to three Goddess Statues.

Quick Links

How to find the mother goddess statue, how to find and help the goddess of wisdom statue, how to find and help the goddess of courage statue, how to find and help the goddess of power statue, how to get the white sword of the sky.

To find the White Sword of the Sky in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom , players must complete the "The Mother Goddess Statue" quest. To help the Mother Goddess Statue, Link must travel across Hyrule to help the three Goddess Statues by bringing them Dragon Materials. In return for Link’s aid, the Mother Goddess Statue offers the White Sword of the Sky as a reward.

You must help the Goddess Statues of Courage, Power, and Wisdom to complete this quest by farming claws from the dragons Farosh, Dinraal, and Naydra. However, before farming materials from Zelda: TOTK’s Dragons , Link must first visit the Mother Goddess Statue at the Forgotten Temple. The quest may not trigger properly if you visit the three Goddess Statues before this.

All Dragon Paths (& Locations) In Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

The Mother Goddess Statue is deep inside the Forgotten Temple in Tanagar Canyon, near the Tabantha Tundra. It can be found just east of the Snowfield Stable, one of the many Stables scattered across Hyrule, and close to two of Zelda: TOTK’s Dragon Tear Memory Geoglyphs . The entrance is relatively easy to access by gliding or using Link’s abilities, and you can even climb up if Link has enough stamina.

To find the Mother Goddess Statue, all you must do is head straight to the back of the Temple past TOTK 's Mayausiy Shrine . Zelda: TOTK features an easily accessible fast travel system, so if you have already completed the Mayausiy Shrine, they can teleport straight to it. The Mother Goddess Statue can be found in the next chamber but has been toppled.

To start the quest properly, interact with the statue to receive a short message. Nothing else will happen, but you can now start to help the Goddess of Wisdom, Goddess of Courage, and Goddess of Power Statues.

The Goddess of Wisdom Statue can be found at the Spring of Wisdom on Mount Lanayru at coordinates (3938, -1340, 0467), directly east of the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower . The Spring itself is just a short distance away from the base of the Skyview Tower. However, due to the freezing temperatures and climate on Mount Lanayru, you should ideally equip Link with the best Cold Resistance gear you can find or eat spicy food to stay warm.

When spoken to, the Goddess of Wisdom Statue will ask for one of Naydra’s Claws. Tears of the Kingdom ’s Dragons can be found flying along predetermined routes above Hyrule and below ground in The Depths. Naydra flies a small route that circles Mount Lanayru and the hillside near Hateno Village, making it easy to track down.

If Naydra isn’t visible, it may be underground in The Depths. The best approach is to wait until it reappears above ground.

How To Reach Naydra

The easiest way to reach Naydra is to use the Skyview Tower and then glide down towards it. Dragons are generally easy to spot from the air and move slowly enough for Link to easily glide down to reach them. The environment surrounding Naydra is freezing cold, so you must be equipped with Cold Resistance armor and cook food items with Cold Resistance.

To grab one of Naydra’s Claws, shoot the talons on Naydra’s feet. The dragon’s claw will fall to the ground like a shooting star, allowing Link to follow it down and retrieve it. You can then drop the claw in front of the Goddess of Wisdom Statue to complete the quest and receive a Sapphire.

Most Dragon Materials respawn every ten minutes, so you may need to wait some time if you want to farm other materials from Naydra.

The Goddess of Courage Statue can be found at the Spring of Courage at coordinates (0887, -2432, 0015) , southeast of the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower. The Statue is almost directly south of Zelda: TOTK's Jiukoum Shrine in the Popla Foothills.

When spoken to, the Goddess of Courage Statue will ask for one of Farosh’s Claws. Farosh flies along the eastern edge of the Gerudo Desert, around the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower , and east across the northern shore of Lake Hylia towards the Popla Foothills. Like Naydra, Farosh will also disappear into The Depths for part of its route, so it’s highly recommended that you reach it when it’s flying closest to the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower.

How To Reach Farosh

Link can land safely on Farosh without any special armor. Like Naydra, you can retrieve a claw by shooting one of Farosh’s talons and collecting it when it hits the ground. Once the claw has been retrieved, you can drop it in front of the Goddess of Courage Statue to complete the quest and receive a Topaz.

Topaz and Dragon Materials are among the best weapon fuse materials in Zelda: TOTK , so you should try and farm extra resources from all the dragons.

The Goddess of Power Statue can be found at the Spring of Power in the Akkala Highlands at coordinates (3736, 2628, 0027). The Spring is roughly northeast of the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and the Ordorac Quarry, just off the path that leads to the Ancient Akkala Tech Lab. You may have visited this area already if you attempted to infiltrate the Yiga Clan.

The Goddess of Power Statue will ask for one of Dinraal’s Claws. Dinraal flies over Deep Akkala and the Eldin Mountains in the northern parts of Hyrule. It emerges from the Depths near the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and descends near the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower . As such, the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower is highly recommended as an easy way to reach Dinraal.

How To Reach Dinraal

The environment around Dinraal is extremely hot, and Link may even catch fire without Zelda TOTK ’s best Heat Resistance gear . The extreme heat makes it dangerous to farm materials from Dinraal, so you should retrieve a claw quickly by shooting Dinraal’s talons and collecting the material from the ground after it drops. The claw can then be dropped in front of the Goddess of Power statue to complete the quest. The Statue will also reward Link with a Ruby.

Once you have helped all three Statues, they should return to the Mother Goddess Statue in the Forgotten Temple. If the quest has been completed, the Mother Goddess Statue will be restored to its original state. Interacting with the statue rewards Link with the White Sword of the Sky.

Players should note that tapping The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Link Amiibo will also reward you with the sword. However, completing Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s Mother Goddess Statue quest is a guaranteed way for all players to receive the White Sword of the Sky. Additionally, if yu want to see a video guide on how to get the White Sword of The Sky, we recommend watching ConCon 's video on YouTube.

Characteristics [ ]

The legend of zelda [ ].

Both Aquamentus and Gleeok serve as bosses.

The Adventure of Link [ ]

Barba , also known as Volvagia (not to be confused with the boss character from Ocarina of Time ) was the boss of Three-Eye Rock Palace , and acted as a guardian of the statue within it.

Ocarina of Time [ ]

Volvagia is the boss of the Fire Temple . It appears as a serpentine lava dragon that dives in and out of lava.

Oracle of Seasons [ ]

Aquamentus returns as a boss.

The Wind Waker [ ]

Valoo is a supporting character who appears on the top of Dragon Roost Island . In the game's events, he is unable to grant the Rito their ability to grow wings due to being hurt by Gohma and Link must defeat the giant scorpion. Later in the game, Valoo aids Link and Tetra in escaping Ganondorf .

The Minish Cap [ ]

Gleerok is a lava dragon that is the second dungeon's boss in the game.

Twilight Princess [ ]

Argorok is the boss in the City in the Sky . Argorok appears as a red-orange wyvern covered in black armor.

Skyward Sword [ ]

Eldin , Faron , and Lanayru are protectors of The Surface and each teach Link part of the Song of the Hero .

Breath of the Wild [ ]

The three dragons in Breath of the Wild are invincible and appear in various places on the map. While not intending to harm Link, their bodies do shed orbs of their element which can harm him. They can be harvested for their horns, scales, claws, and teeth for armor upgrades. Dinraal has the power of fire and frequents Tanagar Canyon and northern Eldin . Farosh has the power of electricity and frequents Gerudo Highlands and Lake Floria . Naydra has the power of ice and frequents Mount Lanayru and Lanayru Road. Naydra initially appears at the summit of Mount Lanayru infected as Malice Naydra and must be freed from the Malice before it can appear regularly.

The Zonai are thought to have worshiped a water dragon. [2] Many dragon statues decorate Zonai ruins, which were used by them to represent the courage aspect of the Triforce . [3]

Tears of the Kingdom [ ]

Immortal dragons [ ].

In addition to the three immortal dragons seen in Breath of the Wild, [4] a fourth immortal dragon called the Light Dragon now appears flying across the whole of Hyrule's surface. In addition to harvesting their horns, scales, claws, and teeth, Link can now climb onto their backs for shard spikes. Mortals are also capable of becoming dragons themselves in a process known as draconification, which specifically entailed eating a Secret Stone beforehand, which came at the cost of losing their original identities, or at the very least reducing them.

The Light Dragon is later revealed to be Princess Zelda herself, having undergone the process of draconification to ensure that the Master Sword could be restored and eventually reach Link. Ganondorf draconifies himself as well in the final battle in a last ditch attempt at killing Link and spreading an endless night throughout Hyrule, where he is fought as the Demon Dragon . Zelda as the Light Dragon also aids Link during the final battle against the Demon Dragon, and is eventually restored to her original form by the ghosts of King Rauru and Queen Sonia . It is likewise heavily implied the three immortal dragons in both games were a product of draconification.

Enemy Dragons [ ]

Gleeoks appear as dragons in the game. Across Hyrule, there are Flame Gleeoks , Thunder Gleeoks , Frost Gleeoks , and King Gleeoks .

Où trouver le Dragon Blanc Zelda Tears of the Kingdom : Pourquoi monter dessus ?

A promotional photo showing two of the T-shirts featured in Uniqlo’s Tears of the Kingdom collection

Uniqlo’s latest video game collaboration may be its best yet. It teamed up with Nintendo on six T-shirts inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom , and they’re coming to stores in late April. Each $24.90 T-shirt features iconography and characters from Tears of the Kingdom . Have a look at them below. We’ll update this post once the shirts become available to purchase.

The quote “Please lend him your power” adorns the front of this black T-shirt, with grey outlines of Link reaching for Princess Zelda. For context, in Tears of the Kingdom , Link is given strength (as well as several great Zonai abilities) thanks to Rauru’s arm, which was previously used to seal away the Demon King, Ganondorf. The back of the T-shirt features the key art from Tears of the Kingdom with Link perched on a collection of ruins in the sky.

Uniqlo Tears of the Kingdom splash T-shirt

This simple black T-shirt features a splash panel with Link, Zelda, and multiple sages, including Sidon, Yunobo, Riju, and Tulin in primary colors.

Uniqlo Korok T-shirt

A photo of a beige T-shirt from Uniqlo inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This shirt Koroks hiding out near the shirt’s breast pocket.

Uniqlo Korok T-Shirt

There are a grand total of 1,000 Korok seeds scattered around and above Hyrule in Tears of the Kingdom . Some of these tiny, leafy dudes can be found under rocks, stuck in trees, or roasting on a spit . But, it would seem that three of them are attempting to avoid detection on this beige T-shirt, with one cleverly stashed in the breast pocket.

Uniqlo Blood Moon T-shirt

A photo of a red T-shirt from Uniqlo inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This shirt features a boss Bokoblin during the Blood Moon, a time in the game when all perished villians come back to life.

Uniqlo Bokoblin Blood Moon T-Shirt

The aimless spirits of slain monsters have returned, printed on this blood orange-colored T-shirt. The Blood Moon rises over a Boss Bokoblin and its minions, and a quote from Zelda is scrawled at the bottom.

Uniqlo Light Dragon T-shirt

A photo of a white T-shirt from Uniqlo inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This shirt features the two eyes of the Light Dragon, which has the Master Sword wedged between them.

Uniqlo “Immortal Dragon” T-Shirt

I’d say this is a spoiler, but it’s literally on the shirt: The Light Dragon is the keeper of the Master Sword in Tears of the Kingdom and can only be found by tracing twelve of its tears across Hyrule. The azure eyes of this elusive beast adorn the front of this white T-Shirt, complete with a Master Sword embedded in the center above some sage words of caution to all would-be adventurers.

Uniqlo Addison T-shirt

A photo of a white T-shirt from Uniqlo inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This shirt features Addison, the clumsy fellow who Link frequently helps throughout the game by properly installing his wooden signs.

Uniqlo Addison T-Shirt

Addison , everyone’s favorite dorky try-hard, has been immortalized on this pocketed white T-shirt. Seen carrying his comically oversized sign across Hyrule in an attempt to impress his boss (if only he could get it to stand up), he seems to have made his way into this T-shirt’s breast pocket. An enlarged version of his sign can be found printed on the back of the shirt as well.

This lineup is just the latest in a long series of video game-themed apparel from Uniqlo, which has included collections inspired by classic Capcom titles and the Metal Gear Solid franchise . We’ll update this post once these shirts become available.

Former Bioware/Ubisoft Devs Are Making A New Action-Adventure Called Eternal Strands – IGN First

We’ll have exclusive coverage of this new unreal engine 5-powered action game all april long.

Travis Northup Avatar

Developer Yellow Brick Games, a new game development studio founded by AAA industry vets, including the longtime creative director of BioWare’s Dragon Age series, Mike Laidlaw, has announced Eternal Strands. This third-person action-adventure draws inspiration from the likes of Shadow of the Colossus and Monster Hunter, where you’re doing battle with massive creatures hellbent on destroying you, and combines that with Tears of the Kingdom-like physics-manipulating powers to turn you into the ultimate sorcerer supreme badass. You play as a Weaver named Brynn, one of the few remaining magic users left after the use of magic caused a cataclysmic event that destroyed much of her world. Alongside the members of your fellow magic-using Weaverband, you’ll embark on an adventure that pits you against all manner of monsters, including more than a few massive giant bosses that really seem interested in stomping you into Weaver jerky.

Eternal Strands is our IGN First editorial “cover story” game for April, which means we’re diving deep into Yellow Brick’s debut project all month long! We’ll be exclusively bringing you the very first information on this upcoming action game.

Watch that trailer above, and don’t miss the first screenshots in the gallery below.

Be sure to stay tuned for more details all month long, including deep dives into the world, characters, gameplay, and the massive, extremely mean bosses that await, right here on IGN.
