This is what our Aria Cruises voyagers say ★★★★★
This was a memorable experience for our family. A half day (5 hrs.) sailing cruise on a beautiful catamaran boat. Captain Rob and his crew member Adam were friendly and were so easy and pleasant to deal with. Not only did they provide amazing customer service and entertainment they also acted as a tour guide giving us info on the island (Peel Island) amongst other things. What we liked best about our trip was that it had an easy going vibe and also the scenery and the many activities Aria Cruise offered. It was a fun and also a relaxing day and was a memorable experience for us as a family. Thank you Rob and Adam and Aria Cruises for this experience. We will definitely be back again with our friends and family!
Six members of my family, including a 1x 13 year old boy, and I had an absolutely amazing day on the water and on Peel island this week. The Captain and deckhand were lovely, the boat was fantastic, and the experience was something money could not buy. My family from Victoria were visiting us , and we don't often get together as much as we would like. A day out with Aria Cruises was an absolutely wonderful way of making lifetime memories. Thank you so much. We will definitely be returning and spreading the good word about our experience with Aria Cruises.
My team booked our work Christmas Party onboard Dream On and all I can say is it was one of the best parties we have had in a long time. The crew onboard added to the experience and looked after us. Amazing experience and will definitely book again and recommend Aria Cruises to the rest of our company for their teamparties.
This is the second year we have used Aria Cruises for our end of year Xmas work function. It is a fantastic get away from work as the Aria Cruises team look after everything. Food, boat, location. It's a very simple and easy step on step off work function to arrange and use. If you have less than 20 staff or can split days between departments this is a perfect option for a short work getaway.
We got this for my mum and her boyfriend as a Surprise for Christmas. They went yesterday and they can't stop raving about how good it was. My mum even got a photo with the skipper. I'm pretty sure they'll be back. This was one present that definitely did not disappoint.
Jacob was a wonderful Captain, we thoroughly enjoyed our day. The catamaran was a good size and our family had everything we needed. We especially loved the boom net on the way home. Nothing was too much trouble for the delightful crew. We are definitely going again.
We have cruised with Aria several times previously so knew what to expect. This time we were with friends and family and it was, as always, spectacular. On this occasion, Jacob was the skipper and Reuben was the deckhand. Both were fantastic!! We have all agreed to make this an annual event over the Christmas period.

We experienced snorkelling at the shipwreck, had wonderful lunch on the ferry in the sunshine, did some water activities in free time (sup and kayaking) and watched sea turtles and dolphins! The main activity snorkelling was amazing. Lunch was much better than I expected and fruit was served after water activities. Unfortunately we couldn’t see any dugong but other than that, it was amazing and $199 is really good price Nao – Australia (Read More Reviews on Get Your Guide ) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The activity was stellar! They provide transportation to and from the island, as well as 3 hours of kayaking, 3 hours of snorkeling equipment (you can rent a wetsuit for an extra $10) , and 1 hour of stand up paddle boarding! 7 hours worth of activities! A Exceptionally good day started off with a very pleasant boat trip to the island. Well organised and friendly staff. Once we got to the island, we were made to feel welcome as daytrippers. The snorkelling, the Tangalooma Shipwrecks was awesome. We chose the quad bike riding which was great fun and stayed for dinner, which was very nice and reasonably priced. The ATV riding was fun! We had 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 10 & 13) and our guide split us off from the rest of the group so we didn’t slow the others down but we could still enjoy the ride. She was very patient as my kids learned how to operate the ATVs and let us ride a bit longer. When you arrive at the ferry terminal they give you specific instructions to proceed to the resort desk to receive your tickets with a time to get to the ATV activity. However, throughout the day the Captain and Crew are always on the lookout for marine life so if spotted, the Captain will pause activities and take you over to view the animals wild and free in their natural habitat.
As the animals are wild and untamed, there is no guarantee of which species you will see on your cruise, but Dolphin Wild Island Cruises have been operating within the region for over 30 years and have a 95% success rate of spotting dugongs, dolphins and turtles.
The Captain will deliver informative and interesting commentary throughout the Eco Safari Tour educating you on the fun facts, habitats, biology and evolution of the local animals and Moreton Island’s colourful history.
Moreton Bay Marine Park is home to the shy elusive Dugong. Number one on everyone’s list to spot on a Moreton Bay Cruise. With an abundance of seagrass beds, it is ideal for dugongs to graze on all year round. As Dugongs are the only Herbivorous Sea Mammal in the world, they only feed on seagrass and algae growing on the seagrass limiting their homes to specific areas of coastline.
A very healthy population of turtles can also be found foraging in the seagrass beds. Moreton Bay Marine Park houses six different species of turtles warming themselves by swimming close to the surface of the shallow water, making them easy to spot in their natural habitat.
Moreton Island is a haven for several dolphin species, including the bottlenose dolphin. These intelligent and social animals are often seen leaping playfully in the waves or riding the bow waves of boats. Dolphins have complex social structures and communicate using a variety of clicks, whistles, and body movements. They are also known for their incredible intelligence, demonstrated through their ability to use tools, understand symbolic language, and display empathy towards each other.
Common birds spotted each trip include Sea Eagles gliding in the sky over head, Whistling Kites and Cormorants. Don’t be surprised if a Cormorant swims beside you during the Guided Snorkeling tour.
Did you know there is a pristine Marine Park between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast that boasts crystal clear waters and an abundance of marine wildlife?! This is Moreton Island, r ecognised as one of the world’s premier snorkelling destinations, yet still one of QLD’s best kept secrets. During our Dolphin Wild Eco Marine Safari Cruise you have the option to participate in a Guided Snorkel of the famous Tangalooma Wrecks at Moreton Island, w ith 15 fascinating shipwrecks and artificial reef to explore.
This is not your average snorkel, it’s a drift snorkel. You will be dropped off at one end of the wrecks and float your way around, over and through the 15 shipwrecks to the other end where your vessel will be waiting for you. A safety boat will escort you at either end of the wrecks for additional safety.
Your guide will lead you the safest and most interesting path through the shipwrecks so you can get up close and personal with the local marine life. The best thing about snorkelling the Tangalooma Wrecks is that each time you return, the snorkel will be different. As the tide changes so does the amount of exposed shipwrecks; altering your path and allowing you to see everything from a different perspective.
Dolphin Wild provide all required gear including Eco Guides, safety vessel, wetsuit, mask, goggles and fins. You are welcome to bring your own mask/snorkel/wetsuit if you have your own. Otherwise we will provide all necessary equipment. We DO NOT provide participants with life jackets for the snorkelling tour as you must be able to swim to participate.
If you don’t wish to snorkel, or are not a confident swimmer, the vessel will anchor near the wrecks, so non-snorkelers can still experience and photograph these magnificent wrecks and Moreton Island. During the snorkel, you will remain onboard the vessel, relaxing in the sunshine or in our comfortable air conditioned saloon, until all snorkellers are back on board.
Please note, for your safety, participants must be competent swimmers to join the snorkel tour. There can be strong currents through the wrecks, so it is important you feel comfortable and confident in the water.
Due to Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Legislation and Risk Assessments, we are unable to allow patrons to snorkel alone at the Tangalooma Wrecks whilst on the cruise.
