We've had a wonderful tour, perfectly organized by Easy Travel and impecably implemented by our guide driver Ombeni. He knows exactly where to go at each moment in order to find the animals or the best views and landscapes. He is also very knowledgeable of the Tanzanian history and culture as well as the animals characteristics and habits. We've really enjoyed our trip with him and learned a lot from him. It's been an amazing experience.

Before we travelled we had excellent communications with Voice Gerson, the Sales Specialist in the Arusha Office. It was partly her prompt and thorough responses that persuaded us to go with Easy Travel. Our friendly driver/guide Emillian was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the wildlife thanks to his years of experience. Emillian tailored our daily drives to suit our requests. The highlight of our 8-day safari was a quiet few hours watching the Great Migration, millions of wildebeest and zebra trotting North in dusty lines the stretched from horizon to horizon. Our Kilimanjaro trek was incredible. It is a hard hike and straight up the mountain so beware! Going with Easy Travel made it as smooth as possible though. Both Musa and Charles were great at keeping us going slowly but steadily up the mountain. "Pole, pole" as they say in Tanzania! This was especially important the last night when we were at high altitudes. The team also had so much energy and life which was infectious and really helped us continue even when it got hard. In the final night when we were summiting, the team was even singing and playing different songs. It was so fun and I don't know how they had the energy to do that even while at 6k meters! We had a little dance party at the top too. Overall incredible experience! Great team! Food and tent set up was great too! All worked very well

We had a trip of a lifetime! Like most things in life, who you experience things with is what makes the moment that much more fulfilling. We had the best driver and tour guide in Ombeni via Easy Travel. He was incredibly knowledgeable and insightful as well as always willing to go the extra mile to make our safari experience exhilarating. He is very easy going but also is incredibly passionate about helping us see and witness all of the animals in their habitat. We saw the Big 5, including an amazing encounter with a leopard. He is super well connected with the other drivers and always knew where to go to find the animals. We plan to go back again some day and will be requesting Ombeni again.

We had a private safari and Ombeni was our guide. He was absolutely superb. Beni went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our safari was a comfortable, memorable, utterly delightful adventure. Our amazing experience in Tanzania!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on our tour. Mussa, our guide, was excellent and very knowledgeable. We started in the Ndutu area and saw the great immigration of animals- there were zebras as far as your eye could see. We stayed at the Nomad camp and it was a wonderful experience, the food, staff and accommodations were excellent. We then travelled into the Ngorongoro Crater! It was breathtaking with so many animals. Mussa answered all of our questions and took care of us like family. This is a trip we will remember forever!

A big thank you to Easy Travel Tanzania again! This was our second Tanzania safari (last one was in 2018) with Easy Travel Tanzania. Just as the last one, the trip was organised with full efficiency and wonderful courtesy. Masuma was wonderful to coordinate with and responded to our multiple questions with a lot of patience. We were a bit more conservative about heading to Tanzania as we were going with our 5 year old kid and my 70 + father. The arrangements made were fabulous. We were met at Kilimanjaro Airport by Denis and instantly we knew we would have a fun next 8 odd days. We started with Tarangire, headed to Ndutu, Central Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Denis was the our travel partner who not only ensured that we saw everything we were there to see, but also ensured our spirits were high through the trips. Given that we had done multiple safari trips in Tanzania and Kenya, we were at times impatient 😅 but Denis kept us calm and enthused and ensured that the sightings were great! The bond between our 5 year old and Denis was something to see and behold. The 5 year old making up stories for Denis and Denis happily participating in those hilarious stories. As we were visiting in Jan end feb there were rains and the roads weren’t the greatest, but Denis’ expertise and experience were fundamental in us navigating the tough conditions. Thank you Easytravel Tanzania, Masuma and Denis for an unforgettable trip and can’t wait to be back in your wonderful country!

Just back from a fantastic glamping trip in the northern circuit. We covered Lake Manya, Ndutu, central Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater, a perfect combination for this time of year providing very varied landscapes and an abundance of wildlife. We stayed in the Tortollis and Lake Masek tented camps which were all fantastic, providing a very comfortable glamping experience in great locations. We went with friends on a Safari in Tanzania 🇹🇿. The locations we visit were excellent, and we arrived on time. We saw many animals and the gide new a lot about the nature, animals and culture . Wonderful experience in Tanzania!

We just came back home from this amazing 8 day safari trip with Easy Travel in Tanzania. Overall it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience! :) At the early planning phase, Judith was super helpful and responsive and was able to accommodate all of our special requests such as bush dinner, night game drive, etc. And was then able to come up with a perfect customized plan for us. The accommodations that were chosen/suggested are fantastic! Our guide Cornell was also awesome! humorous, energetic, also super knowledgeable! We were super lucky to see the Big 5 and also the migration and we also learned a lot from Cornell's professional expertise. What surprised us so much was the special Tanzanian way of celebrating of our special occasions that EasyTravel has provided on the first day! as well as the gift! We love it! :)

We have just finished a 8-day customise safari trip with Easy Travel. I am very happy to choose the right company for our trip. First, Jessica and Jane were so helpful to us as they always replied quickly. For any requests or questions, they were also tried the best to satisfy our needs. They would also gave us some suggestions on the plan to make our trip perfect. Second, we are so glad to have Aniny to be our guide. He is the one of the best guides we have ever met. Aniny is humorous which always kept smile and brought a lot of fun to us during this 8 days. He also shared and explained lots of professional knowledge on animals with us. We were so lucky to see Big 5 and migration of the Wildebeest during our journey. We do very appreciate his all-out effort of taking care of us and treating us as a family. With his broad experiences, he can always find the best spots for us to observe the animals and take good pictures of them. Aniny was also be punctual everyday so that we won’t miss any programme. Third, the accommodation that we stayed in these 8 days were great. We chose “comfort” as our main type of tour. All accommodation with private washroom and hot water shower. The hygiene of the rooms were also good. Food were also out of our expectation and it’s very nice. Highly recommended Easy Travel to all. We went on a 7 day safari tour for our honeymoon, including a wedding ceremony in Ngorongoro crater. The trip was skillfully organized by Easy Travel, with luxurious lodges and tented camps, staffed with very friendly and helpful people. Having been in Africa before, my dream was, for many years, to see the Great Migration in Tanzania. Since the company Easy Travel had very good reviews in Tripadvisor, I asked them to organize a trip focused exclusively on the Great Migration. They offered me an 8 day “private migration safari” in July, including 4 nights in Serengeti were we (my wife and I) would be watching the migration near the Mara river”. On July 6th we arrived at Arusha. Two days later we reached Central Serengeti (Tortilis Camp). Nice place but few animals to see. Next day, we were taken to Northern Serengeti. Again, nice landscapes but no sign of Migration. Then, after 5 days of safari, I asked our guide if he knew where the Great Migration actually was. He answered: “It is in Western Serengeti, but we are not going there in this safari, we are returning to Central Serengeti tomorrow”. At that moment I felt we had been cheated. I was able to talk to Mr. Musaddiq Gulamhussein, Director of Easy Travel. I asked him why we were doing a “migration safari” avoiding the area where the migration actually was. He explained to me that this was not his fault: the responsible were the wildebeests for being delayed and the “global climate change”. As a compensation for our failed safari, he offered us a free bottle of wine. Finally, he accepted to change the itinerary for the next day: we were able to visit the Western area (after a 5-hour drive), where we had a glimpse of the Great Migration. Soon we had to drive again to our Central Serengeti camp (11-hour drive in total), and back to Arusha. Before going to the airport, I asked again to Mr. Gulamhussein why he had not booked for us 2 nights in Western Serengeti and 2 in Northern, to cover the only two options were the migration could be in July. He would not give me a clear answer. In fact, I paid USD 7,484 + flight tickets (about USD 9,000 in total) for 3 hours watching the Migration. Certainly, this is the most expensive travel I’ve done in my life.

Thank you for giving your feedback regarding your recent safari. As a company committed to the highest standards, we read and reply to all reviews on this site. Given the seriousness of your complaint, it is essential that I respond in detail. Mother Nature does not run to a strict timetable, as most of our guests are aware. This year, quite exceptional rains occurred in April/May, the heaviest in ten years, resulting in the flooding of several Maasai Mara Camps. (You will have seen on your safari the high water levels in Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro). Why is this important? Simply because while the Migration usually reaches the Northern Serengeti during the first week in July, this year it was later, as the animals found plenty of water en route and were not in such need of getting to the Northern sector. (In fact the Migration arrived in the Northern Serengeti this year on the 15th July, two days after your safari ended). First of all, readers should be aware that according to my driver-guide, it is incorrect to say that you saw “few animals” while you were in Northern Serengeti. In fact you saw leopard, cheetah, hippo, crocodiles and across this whole trip, you saw over 60 lions. You were fully briefed at the briefing that we would be changing the route to visit the Western Serengeti, both before and after the Northern Serengeti, as the Migration had not arrived yet in the north. This change was proposed solely to ensure that you saw the Migration. You agreed to this course of action and said that you were happy with this proposed action. My colleague who carried out the briefing asked three times whether you had any questions and you said ‘no.’ We went out of our way to detour twice to the Western Serengeti as the Migration was still there, to ensure that you did see the Migration and indeed, you saw it twice. In total you had a total of 9 ½ hours viewing the Migration (being 4 hours on 9th July and 5 ½ hours on the 11th.) This cannot in any way accurately be described as a ‘glimpse’, nor as ‘3 hours watching the Migration.’ On the afternoon of the 11th, you told the driver-guide in Western Serengeti that you were very happy at seeing the Migration and that he could drive back to Central Serengeti, which he then did. I should further point out that other Easy Travel visitors, travelling at the same time, really appreciated that we made every effort to detour to the Western Serengeti to ensure that they witnessed the Migration. I must also dispute your claim that you were offered a bottle of wine ‘as a compensation for [your] failed safari.’ In fact, I asked if there was anything else Easy Travel could do for you and you said ‘no, there was not’. In fact, you expressed your full satisfaction at Easy Travel’s successful efforts to ensure that you saw as much of the Great Migration as possible – as described above - I was so delighted that I organised a complimentary ‘Bush Dinner’ (with wine) at the Serengeti Tortilis Camp as a gesture of goodwill. In the interests of balance, I should also point out that you commented to me personally that the drivers and the accommodations you stayed in were excellent, but no mention is made of that in your feedback. I do hope that readers will read this reply in full, as it answers the misleading comments that you have unfortunately chosen to include in your feedback. As can be evidenced by the many comments from other satisfied visitors, we are a reputable, well-established family company with a true passion to give everyone an excellent experience. To suggest that you have been ‘cheated’ by us is disappointing and wholly inaccurate. Just before booking with Easy Travel I had checked out a US based tour operator - Abercrombie & Kent. It was $7500 per person for 8 days in a group tour. Easy Travel offers a private, comfort, 7 day tour for less than half that. Of course you may be nervous dealing with some company in Africa but think about it...ultimately all those US companies eventually have to rely upon some kind of operation in Africa and all the accommodations are locally and independently owned and operated. We ultimately ended up doing their private, comfort tour and, yes, I wired the entire sum to them more than a month before arrival. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism and the quality of everything they provided. From the research I did it looks like the A&K tour might have had slightly better accommodations and relied more upon local flights than driving. It doesn't look to me like the flights save you any time but you do avoid driving on bumpy roads. But then you miss the local color. On our first day we stopped by their headquarters and I was impressed with the scale of their operation. I bet they have 30 vehicles in operation. Each vehicle goes for servicing at the end of the tour because it's a brutal environment. And they have all kinds of staff running the show. Nasemba quickly replied to all my questions via email prior to arrival and the one time I called from the US someone picked up the phone right away and solved my dilemma on the spot. The vehicles are pretty standard for almost all the tour operators there - modified Toyota Land Cruisers with seats for 7 passengers. Studying the layout it looked to me like it would be really uncomfortable for more than 5. There is less legroom for the back 2 rows and the last row is over the wheel wells which also cuts into leg room. But I suspect they don't always fill the vehicles. I think they would be better off removing a row and just charging more. Our guide, Lusekelo, was really good. He's a very skilled driver in that he knows how to navigate the roads, how to maneuver the vehicle in tough situations, and how to place the vehicle for best viewing in a competitive environment (there can be 20 vehicles jockeying for position). I was aslo really impressed with his knowledge of all the animals and birds. And the guy has binocular eyes. He was able to see Hyenas probably a half mile out without binoculars. Only using the binoculars could I see them. You can use these guys with 100% confidence.
