Redemption instructions:

1. Present your booking confirmation (printed or on your device) to a Big Bus Tours staff member in exchange for your Big Bus Tour ticket (includes bus tour and inclusions)

2. Present your Big Bus Tour ticket to Fantasea staff at either Circular Quay (Wharf 6) or Darling Harbour (Pier 26) in exchange for your cruise boarding pass

3. Head to your preferred Fantasea departure location at least 15 minutes in advance of your preferred departure time and present your cruise boarding pass to Fantasea Staff.

Videography is prohibited during performances to respect the artists. There may be restrictions on photography in certain areas.

A. When you make a purchase through our website, you will receive a confirmed booking voucher. Show the printed or smart voucher to staff at our bus stops. Your voucher will be exchanged for a ticket which must be kept until the end of the tour. I would highly recommend the 48 hour ticket if you want to do this properly. It gives you the time to pick and choose your destinations and spend enough time at each one to make the visit worthwhile. Definitely start early! I personally would do the ferry trips separately but then I had time on my side. A great way to get to know the city and its beaches in an easy to manage formula. Some of the audio modules weren't working which was very annoying as you rely on them to find out where you are.
