Deposit Protection

The deposit paid by each tenant is logged using a government scheme with a certificate issued as proof of receipt. Upon entering into an agreement, our lettings agent will issue a full inventory of the property to be signed by all parties. We carry out house inspections on a quarterly basis along with the tenant or their representative.
