Best Non Toxic Nail Polish Removers (I tested bestsellers!)

If you’re looking for the best non-toxic nail polish removers that work AND have benefits, I got you covered! I tested out all the bestsellers in clean beauty that are safer and healthier and am sharing my in-depth reviews of each one.

Did you know more damage can be done to your nails through using remover than actual nail polish itself? Nail polish remover is basically modified paint stripper and causes dehydrated, brittle nails. Plus, some people have more porous nails that are more prone to yellowing and those with already damaged nails are susceptible to even more damage.

There’s a few popular DIY options to remove nail polish at home like vinegar mixed with lemon juice or just using rubbing alcohol, but they’re not going to be as effective as store-bought products. My favorite non-toxic nail polish remover brands actually work and don’t dry out nails!

Can Nail Polish Remover actually be Non-Toxic?

There are many safer and low-tox nail polish removers today, but they can never be truly non-toxic. This is because nail polish remover requires solvents if you want to efficiently remove them.

Even when there’s acetone-free written on the label there is still acetone present, just in a less concentrated form that’s been diluted with moisture additives.

Less toxic nail polish removers are sometimes composed of alternative ingredients like ethyl acetate, which is a common non-acetone solvent, but it can still cause eye, nose, throat, and lung irritation. So nail polish remover CAN be healthier but it can’t be 100% natural.

What to look for when choosing remover

non toxic nail polish remover brands

  • Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK): Methyl ethyl ketone is a neurotoxin and may lead to headaches and respiratory tract irritation. It can also be written as 2-butanone, 3-butanone, acetone
  • N-Methyl-Pyrrolidone (NMP): N-Methyl-Pyrrolidone is a reproductive toxin and has been linked to acute contact dermatitis . It can also be written as n-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone.
  • Isopropyl Acetone: Isopropyl Acetone can damaging to the nails, cuticles, and surrounding skin. It also goes by Methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), hexone and 2-pentanone.
  • Toluene: This solvent can cause skin irritation, dryness, and redness. Inhalation or ingestion of toluene can lead to nausea, dizziness, and even central nervous system damage.
  • Formaldehyde: This is a known carcinogen commonly used in nail hardeners and can cause allergic reactions, skin irritation, and asthma attacks.
  • Artificial fragrance and colors: These mimic estrogen which can disrupt our hormone systems through endocrine disruption.
  • Benzophenone: This protects nail polish from UV light and is linked to cancer, endocrine disruption, and organ system toxicity.

Mineral Fusion Nail Polish Remover $9

mineral fusion non toxic nail polish remover

Mineral Fusion is one of the best top nail polish removers that’s affordable, acetone-free and works just like traditional nail polish remover. It requires the least amount of effort compared to other low-tox nail polish removers and can take off three coats of polish in a single swipe.

They use a less toxic solvent (ethyl acetate) that can even take on dark shades of nail polish and is Carbon Free Certified, paraben free and cruelty free. But if you’re sensitive, I would opt for one of the other brands I reviewed below.

This has an alcoholic scent but if you’re not sensitive to smells, Mineral Fusion’s nail polish remover provides the most value for money at 6 fl oz while most other removers are 4 fl oz. The bottle lasts FOREVER.

Karma Naturals Nail Polish Remover $12

karma non toxic nail polish remover

Karma Organic Soy Lavender Nail Polish Remover is soy-based, vegan and cruelty-free and works almost as good as traditional nail polish remover with just a tiny bit more effort required.

It will take off one coat without any effort, but I found that three coats will require some more rubbing. Instead of harsh solvents it uses a remover made of a propylene carbonate solvent that’s rated a 1 by EWG.

There’s also nourishing ingredients like soybean oil, vitamin E, and lavender essential oil that leave my nail beds and cuticles moisturized without an overly greasy feeling. The tea tree scent is so therapeutic and natural smelling and they have a variety of scent options to choose from like lavender and rose. Their packaging is also super eco-friendly with recyclable glass bottles, metal tops and soy-based ink labels.

Ella+Mila Soy Nail Polish Remover Wipes $9.99

ella mila non toxic nail polish remover wipes

Ella+Mila Soy Nail Polish Remover Wipes allow me to remove my nail polish in a single step and they’re so convenient for travel. These are a gentler, less-toxic nail polish remover option that’s free of acetone, alcohol and acetates. They’re also vegan, cruelty-free and PETA certified.

The wipes are large and I never end up using the entire wipe even when using it for both hands. To avoid being wasteful I’d recommend using them when you need to remove polish on both hands and feet. They’re not exactly dripping with product so I find that I do need to put some effort into rubbing. I also find that they have a calming fruity scent even though they’re technically unscented.

Ella+Mila Soy Nail Polish Remover $11.50

Ella + mila non toxic nail polish remover

Ella + Mila’s soy nail polish remover also comes in its original bottle packaging and costs just under $12. It has the same gentle yet effective formula that’s free of acetone and acetates and comes in lavender scent, unscented and jojoba-based. I tested the lavender scent and find it to be lovely and soothing.

There’s a lot of nourishing oils in the formula because my nails feel super moisturized and slightly oily after. I find the liquid version to be a little more effective than their wipes with less rubbing required.

Huella Better Off Nail Lacquer Remover $16

huella non-toxic nail polish remover

Huella’s plant-based nail polish remover is acetone free and alcohol free and has a unique mess-free cap applicator that eliminates the need for cotton pads and wipes. Instead of having to use cotton balls or wipes, I simply use the foam attached to the bottom of the cap to wipe away nail polish.

It comes out drenched in remover so I recommend setting a paper towel down first because the liquid mixed with removed nail polish can drip everywhere.

This non-toxic nail polish remover requires some more patience than the other removers because you need to swipe quite a bit to fully remove polish. I do love the soothing natural lavender scent and find the formula to be super moisturizing thanks to the jojoba and lavender oils. Over time the label can get a bit ugly and messy from the residual nail polish.

Hi! I’ve been searching non toxic polish removers and came across your blog. Any chance you tried any of these with UV light gel manicure polish? Hoping to get mine off without the use of Acetone. Thanks!

Andrea Avatar

Hi Alex:)I’m sorry to say I haven’t come across a nontoxic remover for UV light gel manicures. If you find one please come back to let me know😅

Lauren Avatar

I see Londontown’s remover in your photos but nothing written about it… Did you try this one and how does it compare to the others?

Hi Lauren! Yes it was one of the bestsellers I tried but I didn’t include it in this curation. It does work very well no complaints there, but many individuals avoid Benzophenone-1 and the fragrance used is questionable.

Why Acquarella Travel Remover and not conventional?

Because, oil and water don’t mix. Conventional removers use oils and emollients to compensate for the extreme drying of Acetone or other solvents. Those same oils and emollients hinder the binding properties of our nail polish.  Our new soy based formula will remove BOTH conventional and Acquarella nail polishes, and rinse clean with water for better adhesion.

This smaller size is perfect for taking Acquarella on the go. It is enough remover to do many sets of polish changes yet small enough to be TSA compliant when you fly.

What Acquarella Remover does NOT contain:

  • Acetone, Acetonitrile, Methyl Acetate or other petrochemical solvents!
  • Oils, Emollients or Humectants (e.g. Lanolin, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, etc)
  • Gluten, Camphor, or Fragrances
  • Nothing to dry or crack nails or cuticles from use
  • Free of animal products - Vegan

Our Remover works differently

Acquarella Remover is a plant based remover that works just a little different than strong solvents to remove Acquarella and conventional nail products. Given our system of products is designed to work together, we put the following information together to help you get the most out of using the Remover.

Instructions and FAQ

This doesn't work like I'm used to - How can I make this easier? First, do not kill yourself scrubbing – there is a better way! Acquarella Nail Polish Remover is different in how it removes the nail polish. It breaks the polymer cross-linking of the nail polish film. Working with the Remover is even easier with our new formula. The following is best practice on removal with some recommendations using Acquarella Remover with our Nail Polish or Conditioner that greatly help the process:

  • Use cotton rounds/pads only , not balls or rope.
  • Pre-apply Remover to all nails with the round/pad and allow the Remover to “soak in” to the polish surface for at least a minute, rubbing occasionally. Additionally, you can pre-apply in combination with your bath or shower for greater efficacy.
  • With the Remover already working, use the pad to remove a majority of the nail polish alternating nails occasionally. Do not rub all the polish off one nail at one time.
  • When a majority of nail polish is off the nail, using an orange stick put focused pressure on stubborn polish while under running water to assist removal. For toes, doing this in the shower or at the end of a bath will achieve the same effect. The focused pressure with water being present helps the film absorb, expand and deteriorate for easier removal.
  • Remove polish after your bath or shower – Acquarella polish does absorb water and the warmer it is, the better the absorption will loosen the polish structure.
  • Use the orange stick from the Buffer Kit on a pad (with some Acquarella Remover, not soaking) to apply direct and concentrated pressure on nail around cuticles, edges with the pad providing Remover to assist.

Always rinse hands and feet after use to remove Acquarella Remover residue. While rinsing with warm, clean water only you may even hear them “squeak” when rubbing. Assuming you started with clean hands, there is no need to further wash with other soaps, etc. as they may “coat” the nails with something incompatible with an application of Acquarella Nail Polish. Your goal is “squeaky clean” and dried nails. Any further tips, tricks or hints – feel free to contact us and we can help your specific situation.

Is it harder to remove Acquarella nail polish the longer I wear it? Absolutely. The polish becomes more cross-linked the longer you wear the polish, which makes it even more difficult to remove weeks down the road. In these cases, we highly recommend our “faster removal” suggestions above to assist with stubborn polish.

Can conventional nail polish remover be used to remove Acquarella Nail Polish? Well, it can but that defeats the whole reason you are using Acquarella! With our new soy based remover that can remove both water based and conventional nail polishes, there's no reason to use any old fashioned removers with fumes or nasty odors. Most, if not all other conventional removers, still have petrochemical solvents, oils and other emollients that are incompatible with our products and will hinder adhesion of our polish. Remember, oil and water don’t mix.

How do I clean up spills of Acquarella Nail Polish with your Remover? Stay calm - the main focus is in keeping the polish from drying by saturating the spill with water, then blotting the affected area for removal. Remover is actually a last-step effort for a spill that has been caught in time for better absorbency of colorant. Remember, when it dries, removal is orders of magnitude more difficult and will require use of our Remover or more volatile solvents.  Be advised, our new formulation may damage plastics and other surfaces.  Use caution and test on small areas to determine suitability in removal.

The Best Non-Acetone Nail Polish Removers, According to Nail Experts

Woman Taking Care Of Her Nails

If you’ve ever worn nail polish, you’re familiar with the scent of acetone (a chemical solvent that gives off some unmistakable fumes). It’s long been the standard for dissolving nail polish because it’s so fast-acting and effective. Audrey Siu, the founder of vegan and nine-free nail polish line Veque — “nine-free” meaning that it’s missing nine common nail polish toxins, like formaldehyde — says “even contractors who tile bathrooms with grout or epoxy need it sometimes to remove a bit of the mess.” You can imagine that it has its drawbacks; it’s harsh and drying on skin and nails; Siu even says it caused her skin to peel.

Now that more brands are avoiding acetone and creating essential oil - and soy-based nail polish removers instead (New York’s Tenoverten just began selling a soy-based rose nail polish remover at Target), we polled five different nail experts, from nail polish founders to the owners of non-toxic nail salons in the city, on the acetone-free removers that they swear by.

Nail-polish remover solutions

Priti Non-Toxic Soy Nail Polish Remover

Among the experts we polled, soy nail polish removers tended to be the favorite. They work in similar ways to acetone, containing mixtures of light, non-greasy oils that act as a solvent to dissolve color from your nails. They don’t work as fast (you sometimes have to let the oils sit for a minute or so before rubbing), but because they’re oil-based, they offer more hydration. Jane MacColla, founder of Lower East Side non-toxic nail salon Hortus Nailworks , recommends this one. “We love it because it’s non-drying, super effective in removing polish, and biodegradable.” She does advise that people wash their hands and nails thoroughly to remove all oils and residue before applying polish, and adds that soy-based removers cannot remove gel polish.

Editor’s Note : If you’re not into the lemongrass scent, Priti NYC also sells an unscented version .

Ella+Mila Soy Nail Polish Remover

Mabelyn Martin , the creative director at Paintbox , loves this soy nail polish remover from Ella + Mia. “The lavender scent smells lovely, and the essential oils keep nails hydrated while you remove your color,” she says. It’s also relatively inexpensive and contains a cocktail of vitamins A, C, and E to strengthen nails.

Karma Naturals Nail Polish Remover with Soybean Oil and Lavender

Boerum Hill nail lounge Ruchki da Nozhki uses a nail polish remover called Karma Organic for customers who are allergic or sensitive to acetone. Owner Katya Kan likes the pleasant lavender scent of this kind (though it does come unscented , too) and she says a little goes a long way. “It only takes one well-soaked cotton ball to remove polish from all ten nails.”

tenoverten The Rose Soak Non-Acetone Polish Remover

This is the Tenoverten nail polish remover that you can easily buy at Target (it’s the liquid version of the wipes below). This one’s essential oil-based, and has a pleasant rose scent. We’ve tried it ourselves and were blown away by how well this one worked — it removes polish in a matter of seconds, and feels very gentle on nails and cuticles — but be careful with cleaning up the oil residue on the bottle when you sit it down on surfaces. It can leach varnish from tabletops, which we discovered a tad too late.

Nail polish remover wipes

côte Takeoff Towels (Set of 8)

A more travel-friendly alternative to a bottle of remover is a single-use wipe. Chillhouse stocks these towelettes from 10-free nail brand côte, because they’re far and away the favorite of founder Cyndi Ramirez , who likes the citrusy scent of the blood orange essential oils in them. “They smell like oranges and offer a very gentle, moisturizing, and non-drying removal. Literally one of the best nail care products in the game and super easy to carry around with you for those moments where you’re in a pinch.”

Tenoverten Rose Polish Remover + Hand Cleanser Cloths

Jess Hannah Revesz, founder of  J. Hannah , likes these wipes from Tenoverten. “These wipes are easy to travel with and have an amazing rose scent. The remover uses essential oils and natural plant extracts to remove polish.” It comes with a cleansing cloth for removing the oil residue from your hands and moisturizing, which Revesz recommends finishing off with.

Nail Polish Remover Hacks To Try Around The House

N ail polish remover is something that most everyone likely has in their bathroom cabinet, but did you know that this household staple has many uses beyond removing your manicure? From your kitchen to your closet, nail polish remover can help you tackle some tough tasks all around your home with ease. This is because it is made from a substance called acetone. Acetone is classified as a volatile liquid solvent -- with volatile meaning quick to evaporate at room temperature and solvent meaning a substance capable of dissolving other substances. Together, these attributes turn nail polish remover into a cleaning powerhouse capable of tackling tough messes while leaving no residue that ordinary soap might not be strong enough to handle.

In the case of nail polish, a few quick swipes of remover will break down the hard polish so that it can be easily wiped away. Because the acetone evaporates very quickly, it is ideal for use on some delicate materials, like nails, since it won't soak into the surface. Sold for under $3 at most drugstores, it is a much cheaper alternative to many specialized cleaning products that would have the same effect for a higher price. So grab a bottle and take a look at your to-do list, because here are 10 nail polish remover hacks to try around the house.

Read more: 15 Best Cleaning Substitutes That Will Still Get The Job Done

Remove Permanent Marker

Even if you're careful, sometimes you accidentally drop your marker or your kids decide that your house is their canvas. But despite the name, there is a way to get permanent marker out of most materials . Nail polish remover will work to break down the ink and lift it as it evaporates, making it easier to wipe away. This hack works best if the ink is on fabric, glass, or your skin. You will want to avoid using it on anything made from wood since the acetone will eat away at any varnish on the piece, making it look patchy and uneven.

Before using nail polish remover on any surface, you should do a small spot test in an inconspicuous area. While the acetone will remove the stain, it might also remove other things like paint or finish if you're not careful. Use a small amount of remover on a cotton ball or swab, depending on the size of the mark you want to remove. Don't oversaturate the cotton; otherwise there will be unwanted drips. Gently blot the area to start lifting the stain, then scrub the marker away. If there is any leftover residue, wipe the area with a damp paper towel and your item should be back to normal.

Dissolve Super Glue On Hands

Super glue's ultra strong bond makes it perfect for household repairs, but if you get it on your skin, it can quickly turn into a race against the clock to figure out how to get it off before it dries. Even if it does dry, super glue is no match for nail polish remover since the acetone will overpower and dissolve its bonds. The concern here is about potential irritation to the skin. While polish remover is designed to not be harmful since it will come in contact with your fingers and cuticles, using it repeatedly on a larger area of skin might cause some irritation and dryness. So proceed with caution, and if you feel any burning sensation, stop using it immediately and thoroughly rinse your skin.

Though it might be difficult if you stuck your fingers together, take a cotton ball and soak it in polish remover. Hold it against your skin as close as you can to the glued area, and let it fully saturate. You should feel the glue bond start to slowly release. Don't pull on your skin or try to force the glued areas apart, as this could cause damage to your skin. Just repeat the process with a freshly soaked cotton ball until the bonds loosen and any remaining glue can be wiped away. Wash the affected area with soap and water to remove any lingering glue or polish remover.

Clean Your Keyboard

Our computer keyboard is one of the things we use most throughout the day, transferring all of the grime and oil from our fingers to the keys, which are tiny and have so many crevices they can feel impossible to clean. While you don't want to get nail polish remover on your computer screen , naturally quick-lifting acetone is the perfect way to clean the keyboard. It won't leave a film that could potentially interfere with the keys' functionality like other cleaners.

For this hack, you will want to use a cotton swab since the small tip will be able to get into that hard-to-clean space in between the keys. Moisten the cotton swab with nail polish remover, but don't soak it so much that it is dripping. You don't want any excess to leak beneath the keys. Gently wipe the keyboard, getting between the rows and on the surface of the keys. This should dissolve any dirt or oil stains, leaving your tech looking as good as new.

Get Rid Of A Ring Around The Bathtub

With prolonged use, an unsightly ring can form around your bathtub. These rings can look yellow or brown, and while it isn't inherently unsanitary, it can make your bathroom look dirty even if you've just cleaned it. This ring is the result of soap scum and the oils in various products, and bath bombs in particular can cause them due to their strong pigments. Luckily, the acetone in nail polish remover is great at powering through these types of stains to get your bathtub sparkling without a ton of elbow grease.

First, open a window to allow proper ventilation. Grab a towel or sponge and pour some nail polish remover on it. Start scrubbing the stain, and soon you should see it lift. After you are done cleaning, rinse the tub. You should always be cautious whenever cleaning to not mix chemicals. Bleaching a bathtub is common practice to eliminate germs and keep it shiny, but this is an absolute no-no if you have just cleaned it with acetone. Together, the two chemicals will form a toxic chloroform gas, so it is essential to stick to one cleaning product at a time when trying to battle a mess.

Sanitize Tweezers And Nail Clippers

For metal grooming items like tweezers or nail clippers, you might not think that they need to be sanitized. However, it's still essential to clean these items to get rid of any germs and bacteria present. This is especially true if multiple people are using the same item. While nail polish remover isn't a medical-grade sanitizer, the acetone will act as a capable disinfectant, per a 1977 paper in the  Annals of Ophthalmology  journal.

Pour some nail polish remover into a cup or shallow bowl and insert any instrument you wish to sanitize. Leave them to soak for 5 minutes while the acetone works its magic. Once the time is up, remove your items and wash them with soap and warm water. This will remove any leftover polish remover as well as eliminate the strong smell of acetone. Clean and sanitize your grooming instruments regularly to prevent the spread of any bacteria that could cause issues like acne.

Erase Floor Scuffs

Shoes with black soles can often leave floors looking scratched and dirty, even if the marks are the result of a simple scuff. They can also be the result of furniture or ladders -- basically anything with a black rubber bottom. Scuffs are usually oil-based stains, which means they probably won't budge even after being mopped with soap and water. Even store-bought floor cleaners might be formulated to tackle dirt-based grime but not do much to get rid of rubbery, oil-based scuffs. This is where nail polish remover is helpful. The acetone will power through that rubber residue to dissolve it, making it easier to be wiped off the floor.

This works great for certain types of flooring, like tile, vinyl, and laminate. However, you should not use this method if you have real wood floors since you will likely remove the wood stain along with any scuff, causing a potentially bigger problem. Depending on the size of the mark you are trying to remove, use a rag or cotton ball dipped in remover. Gently scrub the stain, being careful not to use large swipes that will spread the scuff mark around. Once the stain is lifted, go ahead and mop as normal. For the future, take preventative steps when moving furniture to prevent these scuffs from forming.

Remove Tea Stains From China

There is a vicious cycle for any tea lover of brewing a fresh cup, then immediately forgetting about it. As the tea sits in your cup, eventually it will seep into the china, leaving a stain that's difficult for soap and water to completely remove. If this has happened to you, look no further than your bottle of nail polish remover. While you might be hesitant to use something so powerful on a delicate material like china, as long as you are gentle with the scrubbing and wash the cup immediately after the stain is removed, you should be able to revitalize your tea set with no damage to the cup.

You'll want to use a cotton ball or a rag that is soft and not at all abrasive. The acetone will be doing all the cleaning work here, and you don't want to cause further damage by scratching the china. Moisten the cotton with some nail polish remover and gently scrub the tea stain in small, circular motions. Continue this all around the cup until the stain has lifted. Wash the cup thoroughly with soap and water so that you don't ingest any toxic chemicals once the next tea time rolls around.

Shine Leather Shoes

A good pair of leather shoes can last you a lifetime, if given the proper upkeep. Leather cleaners are effective, but expensive, and if you are short on time but need to give your shoes a boost before heading out the door, grab that bottle of nail polish remover. It will break down stains and scuffs, but since acetone evaporates quickly, it won't absorb into the leather like other household cleaners might.

Grab your shoes and a soft cloth. Dampen the cloth with a bit of nail polish remover and slowly start buffing away the stains. Make sure not to saturate the material, since this increases the likelihood that some of the acetone will be absorbed into the leather, which will harm the shoe. This hack also works for leather furniture and is especially helpful for pieces in high-traffic areas. After you've cleaned up your shoes, consider taking the extra step to keep your leather soft and supple by conditioning it with coconut oil , another household staple.

Revive A Plastic Watch Face

Using acetone on plastic has to be done with extreme care since the acetone will cause plastic to soften, deform, and eventually break down completely. However, if you work carefully using a controlled amount, this same principle can be used to even out scratches on a small plastic item, like the face of a watch. If you have bumps, cuts, or dings, using a small amount of acetone will break it down just enough to smooth it out without causing any damage.

The key to this hack is to gently swipe the polish remover over any cuts or scrapes and never to rub. Use a cotton swab and wet it with a small amount of polish remover. Then gently brush it over any area you want to revive. Work slowly, and don't add too much polish remover at once or get impatient and start scrubbing. Eventually your watch face or other small plastic item should be revived. Just give it one final wipe with fresh water to remove any lingering acetone to ensure it doesn't ruin the plastic.

Remove Stickers

It is completely frustrating when you buy a new vase or glass that you know will look elegant in your home, only to try and peel off the price tag sticker and see it tearing into tiny pieces and leaving an ugly residue behind. Not only will this half-torn sticker distract from the beauty of the item, if not removed, the sticker glue will attract dirt and dust. Finally, this problem has a solution in the form of  nail polish remover taking those stickers off glass décor items . Similar to how acetone is effective in removing superglue, the polish remover will break down the bonds in the sticker glue. Then, it should be much easier to wipe off.

Grab your item with the sticker and generously soak a cloth (or paper towel or cotton ball) with nail polish remover. Leave the cloth over the sticker for about 20 minutes. This will give the acetone time to fully destroy the glue bonds. Because you leave the acetone on for so long, it is important to only use this hack on surfaces that acetone won't harm, like glass. After the 20 minutes is up, scrub away the residue. Once it is fully removed, wash the item as normal and your new glass item will be sticker-free!

The butter yellow trend is everywhere this summer, from clothes to decor, and now nails. This sunny color is formulated with shea butter and green botanicals to strengthen your nails, and easily applies for a strong, opaque finish.

Reminiscent of the Greek island of Santorini, this deep blue color is one you'll want on your fingers and toes throughout the season. I've been seeing it all over NYC, and this particular polish is toxin-free.

LONDONTOWN Perfecting Nail Veil, Cherry Blossom Pink

The Coquette trend is still going strong with this trendy pink color polish . It's pretty, feminine, and reviewers report that it looks good with just one coat.

Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Color, Limestone

Toxin-free and chip-resistant, this polish will leave your nails feeling strong and shiny. Plus, the bright green color makes a bold statement at the beach, the pool, on a road trip, or just soaking up some staycation vibes.

Essie expressie, Quick-Dry Nail Polish, Bearer Of Rad News

When you apply this nail polish , the warm orange color (aka Bearer of Rad News) immediately transports you to a warm sunset, drinking from a coconut, and feeling that cool, ocean breeze. You just need to apply two coats, the quick-drying formula works in a minute, and there's no need for a base or top coat.

OPI Nail Lacquer, Espresso Your Inner Self

If you find yourself saying, "That's that me, espresso" lately, then you need to espresso your inner self with this chocolaty brown hue . It's a more subtle shade that will go with every outfit, and the brand promises it'll give you 7 days of wear.

Dazzle Dry Nail Lacquer, Anticipation

Get a creamy gray with purple undertones for your next summer soiree. Reviewers report that the hue can even look different depending on the lighting. Best of all, the polish is quick-drying, long-lasting, and easy to remove when you've moved on to the next trend.

essie Salon-Quality Nail Polish, Snowy White

An Amazon reviewer, who is also a cosmetologist, said of this snowy white nail polish , "[I've] tried a million and one white polishes, this is by far the best one." And since it's after Memorial Day, this is the color to rock all summer long.

ILNP Boutique Nail Polish, Rainshower

Looking for a mermaidcore aesthetic? Then you need to add this polish to your cart. It's shiny, shimmery, and offers chip-resistant durability. And when you put it on, it'll look just like glittery mermaid scales.
