Our experience was excellent

Our experience was excellent. Our agent, Kerri offered us a very nice selection of destinations as we had never been on a winter vacation. She explained her reasons for the selections but never pushed one way or the other, giving us time to research the selections. In the end validating our selection and it turned out to be fantastic choice for us. Thank you for make this whole experience a great one.

Canada One Travel is the way to go if you need a Travel Agent. We told our agent what we wanted to experience in our vacation and she gave us great options. Even after our trip was booked we asked her to look into extra options and she got us prices. She followed up with us after our trip to make sure we were happy with everything. This was a family Vacation and was very important to us and we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and helpful

Have booked two land tours and one cruise. Travel agents were very knowledgeable and helpful, either in person, on phone or via email exchanges. Some of the excursions were very unique, especially in southeastern Asian countries. Really appreciate being invited to attend information sessions at their office about upcoming travel opportunities and I hope to take part in another.

Coronavirus Causing Uneasiness In Local Travelers

The ongoing spread of the coronavirus is making some Steinbach residents uneasy when it comes to airplane travel.

That is the word from Mary Jane Hiebert of Canada One Travel in Steinbach.

“I think there is just a bit of a fear of the unknown right now.”

Hiebert says her business has not been dramatically impacted so far, but people are growing warier of the China-born illness.

“Some people are choosing not to travel at all, even if they are not going to China.”

According to Hiebert, Canada One Travel, and many similar companies are receiving daily updates advising them on how to move forward. So far, in Steinbach, no significant measures have been necessary.
