Reel makers in Bihar will now get reward, Tejashwi Yadav inaugurated the competition

In this digital world, many people are fond of making reels on Instagram- Facebook, shorts on YouTube. For such people, the tourism department of Bihar government has come up with a new scheme. Under this scheme, if you make the best and beautiful reel with your camera, then you will be given a reward of thousands of rupees. Deputy CM cum Tourism Minister Tejashwi Yadav started this competition on Friday by honoring the winners of the photography competition organized by the Bihar government.

Tejashwi invites bloggers and social media influencers to come to Bihar

During this, the Deputy CM invited bloggers and social media influencers of the country to come to Bihar. He said that we are Bihari, yet we do not know about many beautiful places of Bihar. We have seen the pictures of those places in the exhibition held today. Tejashwi said that today’s people are interested in watching short videos and reels. That’s why I want the beauty of Bihar to be shown through reels.

Bihar is not the same as shown in the picture

Tourism Minister Tejashwi Yadav said that I will ask the tourism department to invite social media influencers and bloggers of the country to Bihar and show them the beauty of the place. They should be told that the picture of Bihar which is shown outside, Bihar is not the same. Rather, there are many such destinations in Bihar which are very beautiful. In such a situation, making reels of these places will result in very good branding.

Competition will be held from 1-14 September

The Deputy Chief Minister said that the tourism department is starting this reel making competition with the aim of encouraging tourists to visit the tourist places of Bihar and to promote it. Common people will be able to participate in this competition from 1-14 September. The purpose of this competition is also that the fame of the tourist places of Bihar can be widely spread and by creating interest among the people about the tourist places here, they should be made aware.

During this, the Deputy CM said that branding of Bihar is being done in such a way that the number of domestic and foreign tourists will increase. At the same time, Bihar will shine on the national and international stage of tourism. Along with popular tourist places, there is a need to promote such places too, about which people are not aware. Tourist facilities are being expanded for the tourists. Water sports have started in Bihar, but very few people know about it.

Construction of amenities on the way to and from tourist places

The Deputy Chief Minister said that under the hospitality policy, incentives are being given to open roadside hotels to improve road side facilities. He said that in many other states, people get many facilities on the roadside if they go for a walk. Toilet facilities are available at many petrol pumps here, but everyone knows what the condition is. In such a situation, we are constructing a lot of amenities on the way to and from the tourist places of Bihar.

E-ticket facility will also start at tourist centers

Along with this, it has also been decided to start e-ticket facility at tourist centers of the state. After this the ticket of Rajgir Ropeway will be available on just one click. Along with this, Mandar and Amwaman lake will also be connected to the e-ticket system. Tourism Department Secretary Abhay Kumar Singh said that the ticket for Rajgir Sky Ropeway is now available online. E-ticketing system will be started soon at Mandar and Amwaman Lake, Bettiah. In this, you can get tickets through mobile apps sitting at home. With this system, people will save time and will not have to stand in long queues.

Photography contest winners honored

Let us inform that in the month of February this year, a photography competition was organized for the promotion of tourist places of the state. In this competition, 2120 participants from Bihar while 307 participants from other states participated. A program was organized to honor the winners of these competitions. Where the Deputy CM honored the top three winners.

Bihar Tourism Reel Making Contest : बिहार सरकार के पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना के मुताबिक प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले प्रतिभागी को ₹100,000 तक का इनाम दिया जाएगा, जबकि द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले प्रतिभागी को ₹50,000 तक और तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले प्रतिभागी को 25,000 रुपये का पुरस्कार दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही 10 प्रतिभागियों को संतावना पुरस्कार के रूप में 10 हजार रुपये तक का इनाम दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ पुरस्कार विजेता प्रतियोगी को प्रशंसा प्रमाणपत्र + स्मृति चिन्ह से सम्मानित किया जाएगा + सोशल मीडिया पर उसका उल्लेख किया जाएगा।

पर्यटन विभाग बिहार सरकार के द्वारा Bihar Tourism Reel Making Contest में भाग लेने के लिए कुछ Terms and Conditions रखी गई है जिसे सभी प्रतिभागियों को फॉलो करना होगा. अगर आप भी इस प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेना चाहते हैं यह जानकारी आपको पता होना चाहिए. इसके तहत दिए गए Terms and Conditions की पूरी लिस्ट नीचे विस्तार से दी गई है जिसे एक बार जरूर देखें

• इस प्रतियोगिता में किसी भी उम्र के भारतीय नागरिक भाग ले सकते हैं और भागीदारी शुल्क निःशुल्क है। प्रतियोगिता 1 सितंबर से 15 सितंबर 2023 तक चलेगी। उल्लिखित तिथियों के बीच की प्रविष्टियाँ ही वैध मानी जाएंगी।
• जो व्यक्ति भाग लेना चाहते हैं उन्हें अपना नाम, संबद्धता (यदि लागू हो), जन्म तिथि, पत्राचार पता, ईमेल पता और मोबाइल नंबर प्रदान करना चाहिए। प्रविष्टियों के साथ एक वैध आईडी प्रमाण जमा करना आवश्यक है। (आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड इत्यादि) प्रतियोगी की आयु न्यूनतम 12 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
• एकाधिक रीलों/वीडियो की अनुमति है। विभाग एकाधिक प्रविष्टियों के साथ प्रतियोगी की सर्वश्रेष्ठ रीलों/वीडियो का चयन करेगा
• सामग्री मूल होनी चाहिए और भारतीय कॉपीराइट अधिनियम, 1957 के किसी भी प्रावधान का उल्लंघन नहीं करना चाहिए। जो कोई भी दूसरों के कॉपीराइट का उल्लंघन करता पाया जाएगा उसे प्रतियोगिता से अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा। पर्यटन विभाग प्रतिभागियों द्वारा किए गए कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन या बौद्धिक संपदा के उल्लंघन के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं लेता है।
• रीलों को न्यूनतम 10 एमबी से अधिकतम 100 एमबी की सीमा के भीतर उचित पिक्सेल आकार वाले एचडी मानक में शूट किया जाना चाहिए।
• वीडियो 10 सेकंड से कम और 60 सेकंड से अधिक का नहीं होना चाहिए।
• स्क्रीन पर 100% देखने पर फ़ाइल साफ़ दिखनी चाहिए। प्रविष्टियाँ संपीड़ित या स्व-निकालने वाले प्रारूपों में प्रस्तुत नहीं की जानी चाहिए, सबमिट करते समय, प्रतिभागियों को अधिकतम 50 शब्दों में अंग्रेजी या हिंदी में रीलों के विस्तृत विवरण के साथ एक शीर्षक प्रदान करना होगा।
• वीडियो को किसी प्रकाशन, ऑनलाइन साइट या सोशल मीडिया पर प्रदर्शित नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। वीडियो/रील बिहार के पर्यटक स्थलों, बिहार का भोजन, बिहार की मूर्ति, बिहार का संग्रहालय, बिहार के पार्क, बिहार के बुनियादी ढांचे, बिहार की ऐतिहासिक विरासत और अन्य से संबंधित होना चाहिए।
• इस प्रतियोगिता से संबंधित किसी भी विवाद या किसी भी मुद्दे का निर्णय पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा किया जाएगा, जो अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा। इस प्रतियोगिता से संबंधित सभी निर्णय अथवा इस प्रतियोगिता से संबंधित किसी भी विवाद पर पर्यटन विभाग का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
• यह प्रतिभागियों/आवेदकों की जिम्मेदारी होगी कि वे इस प्रतियोगिता के लिए बताए गए नियमों और शर्तों या मानदंडों में किसी भी बदलाव के बारे में खुद को सूचित रखें।
• पर्यटन विभाग, बिहार सरकार को जागरूकता उद्देश्यों के लिए अपनी वेबसाइट/सोशल मीडिया पर अपलोड करने सहित वीडियो का उपयोग करने का अधिकार होगा, जैसा कि निर्णायक पैनल द्वारा उचित और सटीक माना जाएगा। सभी प्रविष्टियाँ पर्यटन विभाग की संपत्ति होंगी, चाहे आपको कोई पुरस्कार दिया गया हो या नहीं।
• रीलों को सबमिट करके, आप इसके द्वारा सबमिट किए गए उपयोग, पुनरुत्पादन, संपादन, प्रदर्शन, संचारित, व्युत्पन्न कार्यों को तैयार करने, संशोधित करने, प्रकाशित करने और अन्यथा उपयोग करने का एक अपरिवर्तनीय, शाश्वत, असीमित, विश्वव्यापी, रॉयल्टी-मुक्त अधिकार प्रदान करते हैं और प्रदान करते हैं। दुनिया भर में सभी मीडिया में वीडियो/रील, चाहे वह अब ज्ञात हो या इसके बाद बनाया गया हो, आपके संदर्भ के बिना व्यावसायिक उद्देश्य सहित किसी भी उद्देश्य के लिए।
