Travel Outlet West Seneca was the entity charging my Amex for travel booked on Kayak through Arangrant. I was the recipient of a bait and switch by Arangrant. I booked an Australia/New Zealand roundtrip through LAX, but they added an "optional bonus" on my return to Vancouver. I told them I did not want to go to Vancouver and they said it was no problem to just not use the Vancouver flight after I returned. Problem was they booked it as a connecting flight and if I skip it I will be charged a no show fee by Qantas of $600 pp. That does not make their bonus optional at all. Attempts to contact Travel Outlet via email were never returned. I would never use these companies again.

If i could, i would have given this business no stars. Unfriendly and poor communication. After describing what i wanted in my travel package they were unable to get exactly what i wanted. Research online proved them wrong & would have been able to put a package together myself with exactly everything i wanted. They would not refund my deposit so was stuck going through them. I would have been better off putting the package together myself online but with such a busy schedule figured i'd have someone else do the work. If you want something done right, do it yourself. Online vacation booking seems to be the way to go. I do not recommend this business at all.

We land in Dublin this morning after seeing from the air why Ireland is called the "Land of 40 Shades of Green". After going through immigration and customs, we are met by our Driver/Guide for the week.

Upon departing Dublin Airport, we travel approximately 20 minutes to downtown Dublin- there we will have a panoramic Tour of “Europe’s Fastest growing Capital City”. After our city tour and hotel check-in, you will have the rest of the afternoon to explore Dublin and its many sights.  You may be interested in visiting Trinity College and the “Book of Kells” or Temple Bar, Dublin’s Left Bank and entertainment district.  The choice of Pubs and restaurants are endless.  Don’t miss the Brazen Head Pub, Ireland’s oldest pub.

Dinner is on your own this evening.

After our first Irish breakfast of eggs, sausage, toast, scones, bacon, cereal, coffee, tea, etc., we will start our 1 st full day in Ireland off proper with a tour of the Guinness Factory. Not only will you learn the history of this world-famous beer.

Your tour will end in the panoramic gravity bar where you take in the best view overlooking all of Dublin while enjoying a pint of Guinness.

The rest of the day is yours to tour and shop in the city of Dublin and visit the places you didn’t get to on your first day in Dublin. 

Dinner is on your own this evening in Dublin with many choices available.
