The great war is not just a Taylor Swift song, but what Swifties have been battling ever since tickets for the Eras Tour went on sale . However, you shouldn’t give up just yet. Instead of shaking it off, there are ways to get last-minute tour tickets. I should know, because I did it.

You’ve likely seen influencers who have been to multiple concerts while checking StubHub for resale tickets , and wondering how they can afford everything. Now that Swift finished up the international leg of her tour , she’ll be making her way back to the States for a few more shows in Miami, New Orleans, and Indianapolis. As much as you’d like to go, getting tickets can be expensive on top of flights and hotel stays.

Being a Swiftie is not cheap , but there are budget-friendly — and even free! — ways to go to the Eras Tour. You just have to be willing to work for them. Below, you’ll find all the methods to getting last-minute tickets to see Taylor Swift — even some contests that will get you there for free and in style.

Taylor’s Team Is Giving Out Tickets To Swifties On TikTok

Since June, fans have been completing tasks each week to collect virtual beads from each of Swift’s eras on TikTok. It started with The Tortured Poets Department on June 20, and ends on Sept. 12 with her self-titled album, Taylor Swift.

To gain a virtual friendship bracelet bead and profile frame, you must complete the different tasks under each album. This typically includes sharing the #TSTheErasTour page with a friend, watching one of Swift’s TikToks, and then posting a video of your own with one of her songs. After finishing all tasks, you receive your bead and frame.

On Aug. 29, Taylor Nation (Swift’s official fan club) started DMing a few lucky Swifties who completed all album-themed tasks, and awarded them with tickets to an upcoming show. TikToker @kayla.love07 is one fan who got a surprise comment from TN, and will be going to see the Eras Tour this year.

If you missed out on one of the weeks, no worries. There’s still time to complete all tasks. To begin, search #TSTheErasTour on TikTok and click the banner at the top of the page.

I Went The StubHub Route For My Eras Tour Tickets

This may be the more expensive route to secure last-minute Swift tickets, but it is the most accessible. If you’re banking on prices going down, don’t! It used to be that you could refresh Ticketmaster or StubHub for resale tickets at a decent price a few hours before a show, but that’s not necessarily the case anymore. Now, you’ll see tickets with partial views and in the worst sections that are still overpriced after a concert has started.

It’s a gamble you may not be willing to play. Instead, set a price range for yourself that you’d be willing to spend on tickets. The week before your show, keep refreshing sites like StubHub, SeatGeek, and even Gametime for resale tickets that are in that range. I set a price I was willing to pay before taxes and fees, and finally found one ticket while randomly checking StubHub right before bed. It can happen at any time of the day, so you have to be ready for it.

If you see something you’re willing to buy, go for it. You don’t want to be wishing you would’ve, could’ve, should’ve bought them once they’re gone. Just be mindful that certain show dates have rules on resale tickets .

Cities with a “lead booker” policy in place means those tickets are non-transferable, and the person who bought them must be present at the gate.

Ticketmaster May Drop Extra Tickets Before The Show, Too

Swifties have bad blood with Ticketmaster after it poorly handled the presale and canceled the general sale for The Eras Tour . During the first U.S. leg of the tour, the company was also magically finding last-minute tickets to shows the week of and sometimes an hour after a show started . For anyone who doesn’t mind being glued to their computer and hitting the refresh button nonstop, you may want to keep checking Ticketmaster for spontaneous drops.

Some Swifties who were selected for verified fan presale have also reported that Ticketmaster has been sending out codes at least two weeks before each show as well for additional tickets. Just remember codes are tied to each Ticketmaster account , so if it wasn’t sent to you, you may not be able to use it.

Swifties on Twitter will let other fans know when Ticketmaster drops extra tickets, so it’s best to follow different accounts and turn on your notifications. One Twitter account that has been really great about keeping Swifties informed is Eras Tour Resell ( @ErasTourResell ).

You Can Find Fellow Swifties Selling Their Tickets At Face Value

Eras Tour Resell has been doing the lord's work helping Swifties find tickets that aren’t a scam. Through the account, sellers can list extra tickets for The Eras Tour so that other Swifties can buy them instead of scalpers. It makes sure to verify listings, and encourages everyone to buy and sell their tickets for face value. While this is probably the cheapest way to buy last-minute Swift tickets, it is incredibly difficult.

Once a ticket is verified, Eras Tour Resell will tweet out all the information and who to DM to get it. Since the account has become so popular with nearly 285K followers, you have to be ready to jump on each post as soon as it goes up. That means you need to set Twitter notifications and have your phone on you at all times. Even if you are the first person to DM the seller, it’s not a guarantee they’ll pick you. The account also prioritizes tickets for shows that week, so if you’re looking for a concert next month, you probably won’t see it for awhile.

In addition to Swiftie resale accounts, look around Twitter, Craigslist, or even put a call out on your socials for tickets from other fans. Content creator and Swiftie Francis Dominic ( @francisdominiic ) has been to at least 12 shows already. When asked by one of his followers how he’s able to go to so many, he responded, “Ticketmaster, OfferUp, Twitter, Craigslist, and IG. I exhaust all of my resources.” The only downside to random resellers is you don’t have Eras Tour Resell to verify you’re not getting ripped off.

Lucky Ones Can Enter A Contest For Eras Tour Tickets

The cheapest way to snag last-minute Swift tickets is to win a contest. You’ve probably seen quite a few social media contests where you have to like, follow, and comment on an IG post in order to win tickets. While you may think the odds aren’t in your favor, there is still a chance.

Anna Tegarden ( @taylormermaidcat ) won tickets to one of Swift’s shows in Tampa, which is how she was able to see all three nights of the Eras Tour in Florida. Tegarden shares with Elite Daily, “I’m constantly entering contests and trying to win tickets. I’ll read the fine print to see if it’s an enter daily contest, or just a one-time entry.” She won her tickets through a radio contest where she had to call into a station after hearing two Swift songs in a row.

Win Tickets To Through Marriott Bonvoy, Capital One, & More

For Swift’s Oct. 20 show in Miami, the Brightline train has a contest that will get you to “the big concert” in musical style. Now through Sept. 20, fans can enter to win two tickets to the Eras Tour at Hard Rock Stadium and round trip transportation on a sing-along Swift-inspired karaoke train from Orlando, Florida. You’ll also receive complimentary food and drinks from Mary Mary Bar.

All you need to do to win is be 18 years and older, follow @gobrightline on Instagram, and sign the safety pledge before Sept. 20.

If you’ve got plans to attend another one of Swift’s upcoming North American concerts, Marriott Bonvoy may be your best bet. Its “Where Can We Take You?” concert package gets you two tickets to see the Eras Tour in select cities, along with a welcome gift. Entry periods vary depending on which show you’d like to attend, and includes the following dates:

• Indianapolis, IN November 1-3 — entry period closes Sept. 4
• Toronto, ON Canada November 14-16 & 21-23 — entry period closes Sept. 8
• Vancouver, BC Canada December 6-8 — entry period closes Oct. 9

Marriott Bonvoy also has the Vancouver Ultimate Concert Experience sweepstakes that gets one lucky Swiftie a four-day/three-night trip for two to one of Swift’s Vancouver shows, along with travel, hotel accommodations, concert tickets, and a welcome gift. With all these methods, finding a ticket to the Eras Tour is like a part-time job. You have to be willing to work hard, keep your phone with you at all times, and always be on the lookout. If you really want to scream-sing the bridge to “Cruel Summer,” admire Swift twirling in her folklore dress, and be there as she plays your fave song during the surprise acoustic set , let the ticket games begin.

How Much Do Last-Minute Eras Tour Tickets Cost?

Resale tickets for The Eras Tour are currently available online for concerts in the U.K. and other locations.

How much are last-minute tickets? There’s more than one way to score Eras Tour tickets, but expect to spend at least a few hundred bucks on a ticket, depending on the seats and date of the show.

Swift is slated to perform at Wembley Stadium on Thursday, Aug. 15 though Saturday, Aug. 20 . Tickets are scarce and selling fast — especially in the last hour (more than 72,000 people were looking at tickets when we last checked). The Eras Tour has stopped in Spain, Sweden, Portugal and Japan and will circling back to the U.S. this fall.

Tickets for the North American leg are currently available at StubHub , Vivid Seats and Seat Geek , although pricing usually range from around $600 and up, demand is high, so most of the tickets are currently priced over $1,000 at StubHub and other ticket sites. For fans who want to catch Swift’s opening night in Miami on October 18 , tickets prices are currently spiking to more than $2,000 .

Looking for the cheapest tickets ? Searching different sites will give you a better chance of landing tickets at a lower price point, but we did some of the digging for you.

At press time, tickets to Wembley start at around $500-$600 , although some of the in-demand tickets are priced well above $2,000 at StubHub , which is around the same prices that you might find on sites such as Ticketsmarter while TicketNetwork only has tickets for her shows in the U.S. To score a discount, use code BB2024 and save $20 off purchases of $200 or more at Vivid Seats . “I wanted to tell you something that I’ve been so excited about for a really long time. 3 Best Ways To Buy Taylor Swift Eras Tour Tickets If You Haven’t Yet

Here’s how to find last-minute concert tickets.

Millions of Swifties were left disappointed by the great Ticketmaster debacle of 2022, caused by unprecedented demand for concert tickets to Taylor Swift ’s Eras Tour . There were hours-long virtual queues, multiple site crashes, bots trying to attack Ticketmaster’s servers, and a canceled general public on-sale . Numerous fans who received Verified Fan codes and boosts meant to increase their chances at tickets weren’t successful, and if you didn’t have a code or Capital One credit card, there was no chance to even try to buy them.

Given how everything went down, it may feel impossible to get Eras Tour tickets at this stage, but it’s not too late as long as you know what to do, where to look, and when to strike. Swift is only a couple weeks into the tour, playing shows in Arizona and Las Vegas so far, and patterns leading up to the day of those shows can tell you how to bag tickets for whatever date you’re aiming for.

Here’s how you can still buy tickets to Swift’s 2023 Eras Tour .

Wait For Ticketmaster To Release Seats

For the shows in Glendale, Las Vegas, and Arlington, SeatGeek and Ticketmaster released new seats about 10 days before the first show in each city. Putting new tickets on sale just days before a show is common practice in the concert industry, even if said show is publicly advertised as sold out, as promoters always hold back some tickets from initial on-sales for production purposes, press tickets, artists’ guest lists, and other reasons. After determining which seats won’t be used or interfere with the production, they go on sale just days prior, often without any notice.

Swift’s Eras Tour is no exception, but in her case, this offer is not available to everyone. So far, these tickets have only been available to people who signed up for Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan presale in November. For the Glendale shows, fans who previously received Verified Fan codes were able to access these tickets, as well as fans who were waitlisted but got new codes for this sale. However, Swifties reported that old Verified Fan codes were not working for Las Vegas or Arlington, meaning that only new codes issued by Ticketmaster may be valid going forward.

The rest of the tour is handled solely by Ticketmaster, meaning fans looking for tickets in Tampa, Houston, and beyond should check that site for any Verified Fan sales. And if you were placed on the waitlist months ago, check your phone and email on the chance that you receive a new code.

Track Resale Sites Days Before The Show

Scalping concert tickets is not a practice that should be condoned, but for some, especially fans who never signed up for Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan sales or received a new code, resale tickets may be the most efficient or even only way to get in. While you should still expect to pay above face value for tickets on sites like StubHub, sellers have been decreasing prices of tickets that haven’t sold as it gets closer to the show.

Sellers have also been putting up waves of new tickets in each venue, from side-view seats in Las Vegas to standing room only areas in Arlington, on the week of the show, all in the range of $400 to $500 per ticket. These seats are still much above face value, but they are a bargain compared to some nosebleeds being sold for $1,000 or more.

Try Ticket Buying & Trading Threads On Reddit

Swifties on Reddit have created threads solely dedicated to buying and selling tickets , and even trading tickets if fans need to switch dates or seats. While tickets being sold through social media usually shouldn’t be trusted as the potential for scams is very high, Reddit moderators have placed guidelines to make every transaction as safe as possible, like requiring certain info for proof of purchase and limiting how much personal info can be given. Tickets cannot be bought or sold above face value, and posts asking for increased prices are swiftly taken down. Reddit users have also assembled lists of known scammers to warn potential buyers not to trust them.

Taylor Swift's final stop on the Eras Tour's 2023 North American leg is finally here. The pop star will be playing six shows at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, starting this evening. Haim, Gracie Abrams, Owenn, and Gayle will be opening for Swift over the six nights, and if you're still searching for tickets for the concert of the summer , you're in luck: Prices have begun to fall on resale sites.

For each of the nights, here's what we're seeing online on resale platforms StubHub and Vivid Seats. There are currently no tickets available on Ticketmaster's resale platform, but we recommend refreshing as the show gets closer—sometimes they pop up.

Hoping for last-minute Taylor Swift tickets? Things to know to get the best deal possible

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Hoping to get some last-minute tickets to Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour? They aren't cheap, but there are some things you should know in order to get the best deal possible.

First off, if you can afford the prices you're seeing, you should buy now. You might be tempted to see if prices drop right before the concert, but according to StubHub, that's not happening with this widely-anticipated tour.

A representative we spoke with compared it to the Super Bowl and said it's difficult to predict how prices will change.

"Typically, though, we would say you'd want to avoid the weekend ones if you're looking for a little bit of a better price point. And then always, I know it's not as fun but the best prices are typically going to also be... buying a single ticket as opposed to a larger group quantity all together," said StubHub ticket expert Adam Budelli.

Other suggestions include setting a personal budget before you look at the prices, keeping in mind that most resale sites charge service fees and you may not see the fee until you're nearly done checking out - but that could make a big difference when comparing ticket prices on different sites.

And if you see people selling tickets outside SoFi Stadium, it might be a scam.

"The biggest thing to know off the bat is this is a mobile-only event, so first and foremost never buy tickets off the street. You don't want to pay in cash. You do want to use a trusted service, like StubHub, that has a ticket guarantee. It ensures that you have customer service and could work through any potential issues that there are."

At last check, these were the lowest ticket prices on the top resale sites for a single seat at Thursday's show at SoFi. They don't include service fees:

- StubHub: $646

- Vivid Seats: $860

- SeatGeek: $790

- Gametime: $763

- TickPick: $770

Another option to try is an account on X - formerly known as Twitter. It's called "Eras Tour Resell."

Three Taylor Swift fans started the page to help "Swifties" sell directly to other fans. The prices we've seen are significantly lower than the resellers - but you never know if something will become available.

The fans behind the page don't charge any fees, and while they do their best to weed out scammers, they make no promises about fraud protection.

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Taylor Swift's Eras Tour is coming to Minneapolis later this June. The two-night show coming to U.S. Bank Stadium is sold out, but there are still plenty of tickets available for those willing to pay a high price on secondhand markets.

Where to buy Eras Tour tickets

Face value tickets have sold out on Ticketmaster for Swift's show at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Fans will have better luck on resale websites like Stubhub , SeatGeek , and Vividseats .

Those wanting to see Swift can also try Facebook Marketplace, Eras Tour Facebook groups, and Twitter. However, buyers should tread lightly due to the frequency of scams that have been reported on these social media sites. 

In other cities, Ticketmaster has been dropping last minute face value tickets ahead of the shows. Swift fans on Twitter are notifying each other when Ticketmaster drops extra tickets, so it’s best to follow several fan accounts and turn on your notifications.

How much are Taylor Swift tickets?

For the cheapest seats in the upper bowl, tickets cost a minimum of $1,112 and go as high as $1,710. 

The section beneath the upper bowl is close to $1,753 for the cheapest seats but goes as high as $2,950.

Lower bowl seating hovers between $1,600 and $3,400 with a few outliers. Even seats behind the stage are going as high as $1,114.

If fans want a front row seat to the show, tickets are going for $14,000.

Over 210,000 fans showed up for her three-concert stint at Arlington, TX’s AT&T Stadium setting a record for the venue.

Over the course of her three-night Tampa mini-residency, Swift will be taking along three special guests with her.

On April 13, she’s playing with beabadoobe and Gayle.

Here are quick bios about both artists:

With September swiftly coming to an end, the month of October means that the final leg of the “Eras Tour” is about to begin, and Swifties are more than ready to see Taylor Swift live again.

Swift will pick up the final leg of the “Eras Tour” on Oct. 18 in Miami, Fla. , and will wrap up on Dec. 8 in Vancouver, BC.

Fans who thought these last-minute tickets would be as cheap as the international leg of the “Eras Tour” will be sadly mistaken, as tickets are in the high thousands, especially for front-row tickets. Some of the most expensive tickets on the market are listed for over $5,000.

Taylor Swift seemingly wipes snot on outfit during chilly Eras tour performance

Taylor Swift is learning the downsides of the UK weather if the latest video from her Eras Tour is anything to go by.

In a clip captured by a fan, the 34-year-old American singer wipes her nose while striding forward on stage during an Edinburgh performance.

As her hand returns to her side, there appears to be some kind of fluid hanging off her finger.

Ever the professional, she then light touches her green skirt with the same hand, potentially in a bid to get rid of whatever it was.

8JackSzn who posted the video, jokingly wrote alongside the clip: ‘The UK weather really got our Tay Tay.’

The comments section was filled with fans, who appreciate the ‘human moment’.

‘She’s human lol, she doesn’t have a tissue on stage, what is she supposed to do?’ asked Janelle Lohner.

In a separate video, Taylor, this time in a different costume of a black jumpsuit, which only covered one leg, once again touches her nose and then immediately wipes her hand.

Fan XCrystine, who shared the moment on TikTok, heaped praise on Taylor for managing to brave the 8 Celsius temperature, and called her ‘grace personified’.

The open-air Murrayfield Stadium may have provided a slight challenge for Taylor, but she managed to keep the crowds thoroughly entertained over the two nights.

The unseasonably cold weather isn’t the only curveball Taylor has contended with during her sold-out concerts.

Taylor chose to stop singing but continued to play the guitar in Scotland after she realised a fan was in distress .

‘Need help right in front of me, right in front of me please,’ she announced.

‘She’s right in front of me, just gonna keep playing until we notice where it is, right, right there. I’m just gonna keep playing ’til somebody helps them, then I’m going to keep singing the song.’

Once the fan was given assistance, she launched back into the song. However, later she only again needed to pause after getting a cramp in her hand.

Also on the June 7 performance, two fans got engaged, and earlier in the year, an attendee began having contractions but in a true testament to her love for the artist, she ‘danced through the pain’ . It’s all happening at Taylor’s gigs!

Metro.co.uk’s reporter and lifelong Swiftie Danni Scott was one of the 70,000 people present for the first UK date, and described it as ‘feeling like a religious experience’ . 

‘I’m not ashamed to say I cried multiple times,’ she reflected.

‘The entirety of Edinburgh was buzzing as Swiftiemania took over.’

Devoted fans didn’t let a little thing like not having a ticket stop them from getting involved either. Instead, they gathered around the stadium with picnic blankets and danced to the music.

Taylor may want to invest in some kind of sparkly coat as her UK visits continue this month with stops in Liverpool, Cardiff, London, and Dublin.

She will then return once again to the UK in August after completing more gigs across Europe and will perform five more times at Wembley Stadium before heading to Canada in November after a break. 

Hopefully, it will have brightened up a little bit by then!
