About Amber Run

Emotional indie rock songs with big hooks and just the right amount of drama.

British indie three-piece Amber Run is: Joe Keogh (Vocal/Guitar), Tomas Sperring (Bass) and Henry Wyeth, who have amassed a dedicated fanbase with over 800million streams, a US platinum single and over 50,000 headline show tickets sold worldwide.

The band met at the University of Nottingham and within their first year together self-released their debut ‚Noah‘ EP, performing at Reading & Leeds Festival. Their first album ‘5AM’, produced by Mike Crossey (Arctic Monkeys, The 1975, Foals, Two Door Cinema Club) via RCA built lasting relationships with a fanbase who had found relatability in their deeply moving songwriting, and spawning the fan-championed ‘I Found’.

Signing to indie label Easy Life Records in 2017 for their second & third LP ‘For A Moment, I Was Lost’ and ‘Philophobia’, the band continued building their fanbase organically, inviting open dialogues with songs that often cut to the quick of life’s more difficult moments as well as soundtracking Meghan Markle’s final appearance in the US drama ‘Suits’ with their track ‘Fickle Game’,

Throughout all of this, their early 2014 single ‘I Found,’ has taken on a life of its own; currently sitting at a gargantuan 300 million Spotify plays, it’s been adopted by a new generation of fans on TikTok where more than half a million people have created videos inspired by the track. Offline, the band recently sold out their first Europe and North American tour dates, culminating in their biggest shows to date including London’s Roundhouse before signing to TRIPEL ahead of their forthcoming album, ‘How To Be Human’, out Spring 2023.

A Saturday night gig at Kentish Town Forum, London. This was the first time I have seen Amber Run and it won't be the last.

Great atmosphere at the gig, lots of singalongs and cheering (with encouragement from the band).

They are an indie-type rock band, 3 guitarists, keyboards and drummer but as well as some fast numbers their slower songs were so melodic with beautiful harmonies.

When I left I could hear people saying what a terrific gig it was and I couldn't agree more.

One word: Brilliant. The entire concert was phenomenal, from both openers to headline act. I've never been more blown away by the total talent present at a single concert. Both Meadowlark and Rhodes were bands I had never heard of before and I am so glad I had the wonderful opportunity to discover them. Then Amber Run came on and blew me away. Great showmen and singers, and just really great people. You can feel their gratitude and love for their fans with everything they do.

I've been to the show in Munich on 11/5/17, which was the last show they played on their first headline tour through Europe.

The guys were fantastic. Even though there were technical difficulties, which were definitely the venue's fault, the band created a beautiful atmosphere, chatting a lot with the audience and taking time. I really had the feeling like they were putting everything out there.

If they come to your city, make sure to go watch them, they're amazing!

Saw Amber Run at Dingwalls last night and the gig was brilliant. Opened the show with I Found which instantly got the crowd going and the gig never went downhill from there. The band looked genuinely humbled by the reaction of the audience. This was my fourth time of seeing them live and it was the best yet. Can't wait for the next next gig at La Scala in April so you'd do well to see these guys at a small venue. They are going to be big one day. Miss them at your peril.

Mark my words... Amber Run will be HUGE!!! An absolutely amazing show in every way shape and form. They are tremendous performers who clearly love what they do. Joe has such a powerful voice that it's truly hard to appreciate from a recording. Hearing him live was a privilege and an honor I will not soon forget! As soon as they come around again... I'll be there... Front and center!

Saw these guys play early on in the year at BotF festival, at this time I had no knowledge of who they were but afterwards, knew I had to see them again. so when I saw they were coming to Bristol I was overjoye and its safe to say they didn't disappointed. They are born performers and their unique sound carries so much emotion,can't wait to see them again!

I actually flew back from the Caribbean in order to be here for the show! It was exhilarating to see them live, phenomenal performers specifically the main singer, I actually think they should’ve done globe hall or something instead but only for intimacy and better acoustics! Phenomenal time getting to see them live, meant a lot to me!

Although we had to wait a little longer than expected for the band to start, they didn't disappoint. Just the right mixture of interaction with the audience and their song choice was perfect. Let's hope they don't leave it another 14 months before they come back again.

Last nights show was fabulous. The band we’re on top form from beginning to end. The guy from Stereo Honey joining for a song was great and a generous gesture. New drummer was also great. Can’t wait until next time around! Thanks guys x

Was so excited to hear that Amber Run were coming to Toronto, as am a big fan of their music and they didn't disappoint. Very intimiate gig, brilliant band, awesome vocals. Really can't wait to hear what they do next. Loved it!

What is the best time to visit moscow and st petersburg.

A trip to St Petersburg or Moscow at any time of year will be enjoyable. Museums and galleries are much less busy during winter, accommodation is significantly cheaper, and you can enjoy outside activities such as skiing or sleigh rides. Exploring the cities is more enjoyable in the warmer months, and St Petersburg especially beckons during the White Nights. Whenever you decide to travel, check out which national holidays are on – Pancake Week, Victory Day, and City Day are just some of the festivities you can experience. How many people normally participate in the group tours?

Maximum number of travelers in a group is 30, but usually there are less people. If you prefer to be in a smaller group, please look at the tours during late autumn, winter and early spring –  October- March , there are much less travelers in our group tours as well as tourists in general.

Can I choose accommodation at any hotel during a group tour?

The group tours are designed to provide maximum comfort for all the travelers. For example, all the participants will be picked up at the hotel lobby in the morning to start the tour. It would be less convenient if the travelers were accommodated in different hotels. For this reason, we offer the same hotels for all the participants of the group – well reviewed 4* hotels in Moscow and St Petersburg that meet international standards of quality.

Can I arrive a couple of days earlier or later than the official starting date of the tour?

You absolutely can arrive a couple of days earlier, in this case we will book extra night(s) at the same hotel you will be staying at during the tour. We do not recommend arriving later, since you will miss the first parts of the program – the sightseeing tour and the most important highlights of the city. Remember, on Day 1 we only arrange arrival transfers for the travelers – there is no sightseeing on this day. The sightseeing program starts with a pick up at the hotel lobby on the next day at around 10AM. So if you arrive early in the morning on Day 2 you may be able to join the tour right away, but you may be quite tired. Accordingly, you can depart later than the last day of the tour, but we do not recommend departing earlier.
