As expected, Beyoncé has announced a 2023 world tour on Instagram, supporting her multiple-Grammy-nominated 2022 album, “Renaissance.” She also released the dates and cities on her official website.

The timing of the announcement, which comes just days before the Grammy Awards on Sunday, sparks speculation that the singer may perform or at least appear on the show. Beyoncé is the most nominated artist for the awards with nine, all related to “ Renaissance .” Sources tell Variety that her husband Jay-Z will perform with DJ Khaled on the show, most likely their nominated song “God Did.”

Popular on Variety

Beyoncé has said that “Renaissance” is a three-part project, so it’s possible that the next parts could be another album, a long-form video project or even the tour itself.

Beyoncé’s last full tour was the nearly six-month, 49-date “Formation” tour in 2016, which unusually featured no guest appearances until the final show, at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, where she brought out Kendrick Lamar and Jay-Z.

She did, however, stage an epochal “Homecoming” headlining performance at the 2018 Coachella festival — which was postponed from 2017 due to the birth of her and Jay’s twins — for which she was accompanied by a full marching band in a nod to historically Black colleges and universities. That blockbuster performance was later released as the “Homecoming” album and — via a three-project deal with Netflix that sources tell Variety is worth $60 million — a feature-length documentary. It seems possible that a future “Renaissance” video project could be part of that deal as well.

Where can you get tickets?

Tickets for the North American leg of the tour will be available through Ticketmaster's Verified Fan program. Tickets will go on sale Monday, Feb 6, with an exclusive presale to BeyHive members, according to a Live Nation press release.

Verified Fan registration is now open. Once you register, you'll be placed in a lottery system that determines which fans get invited to purchase tickets. Registration alone doesn't guarantee tickets. If you're selected, you'll get an access code the day before tickets go on sale. Everyone else will be placed on a waitlist. According to Live Nation, this process is intended to help Ticketmaster weed out the resellers and verify your account so that actual fans get priority to buy tickets.

Citi cardmembers will have a special Citi Presale after the Verified Fan process. Get more details here . Verizon will also offer an exclusive presale through their customer loyalty program Verizon Up .

Will Beyoncé be using Ticketmaster like Taylor Swift to sell tickets?

Yes, but given what happened with Taylor Swift's Eras tour (and the fact it led to Congressional hearings about Ticketmaster ’s practices), it seems very likely both Beyoncé and Ticketmaster would want to avoid repeating that mess. That most likely explains the usage of the Verified Fan system.

Where will Beyoncé be playing?

The Renaissance World Tour will hit 40 cities in North America and across Europe. Stops include Paris, London, Amsterdam, Toronto, Chicago, East Rutherford, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Houston, and many more.

What has Beyoncé said about the Renaissance World Tour?

She just announced it was happening with a post on February 1. Her website didn't immediately contain any more details. But during the Wearable Art Gala in October 2022, she appeared to confirm it would start this summer, as a backstage tour with her mother Tina Lawson was up for auction at the event.

Will Beyoncé be performing at the Grammys (on February 5) and sharing more tour details there?

Not clear yet, but she is the most nominated artist at the ceremony . On January 21, Variety reported that “ talks with show producers are ongoing for a possible onstage appearance ” by Beyoncé.

What can we expect from the tour on stage?

Beyoncé hasn't shared that yet either, but given the artistry she put into her recent Dubai show , it's fair to say we can expect no less than excellence, elaborate costumes, and an incredible experience.

This post will be updated the moment more detail is released.

Beyoncé returned to the stage for first time in four years in January

Last month, Beyoncé made her return to the stage and performed at the opening of the Atlantis The Royal hotel in Dubai. Despite the luxury experience, the singer left fans wanting more, as she did not perform any songs from "Renaissance," The Hollywood Reporter reported.

The invitation-only event marked her first concert in more than four years. She last performed at the  Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100 event in 2018.

Beyoncé dominates Grammy nominations

The singer's tour announcement comes days ahead of the Grammys where Beyoncé leads the 2023 lineup with nine nominations, including best dance/electronic album ("Renaissance"), best R&B performance ("Virgo’s Groove") and best traditional R&B performance ("Plastic Off the Sofa").

With 28 wins and 88 total career nominations, Beyoncé now ties her husband, rapper Jay-Z , for the most nominations in Grammy history. If Beyoncé picks up four or more awards this year, she will surpass the late Georg Solti for the most Grammy wins of all time. (The Hungarian-born conductor holds the record with 31.)

Beyoncé called out by Monica Lewinsky: over 'Partition' lyric after ableism controversy

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have got "to be the most intense power couple in the history of music," Recording Academy president Harvey Mason Jr. Mason said after the nominations were revealed. "That’s music and Grammy royalty – that’s the royal family."

Their combined 176 nominations are "absolutely a testament to their talent, to their level of excellence, to their work ethic, to their level of greatness over a long period of time. I don’t even know what the next (leading) couple would be, but it’s not anywhere close.”

Beyoncé's 'Break My Soul.' Taylor Swift's 'Anti-Hero.'  These are the 10 best songs of 2022, ranked.

Beyoncé noticeably was not nominated in any of the music video categories for the Grammys, having not released any album visuals for "Renaissance" since its debut.

Beyoncé Announces Renaissance World Tour

The singer's record-breaking album is set to make history at this weekend's Grammys.

preview for What to Know About the 2023 Grammys

The superstar dropped the news this Wednesday morning on Instagram. In a post, she shared a photo of herself wearing a bejeweled armor-like bodysuit and silver mirrored cowboy hat while sitting atop a holographic horse.

"RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR 2023," she simply wrote in the caption.

Beyoncé released her seventh studio album on July 29, 2022, after recording it over three years during the COVID-19 pandemic. The singer wrote about the project in an open letter to fans.

"Creating this album allowed me a place to dream and to find escape during a scary time for the world," she shared. "It allowed me to feel free and adventurous in a time when little else was moving. My intention was to create a safe place, a place without judgment. A place to be free of perfectionism and overthinking. A place to scream, release, feel freedom. It was a beautiful journey of exploration."

With Renaissance , Beyoncé has made Grammys history. For this year's ceremony —which takes place this coming Sunday—the star is nominated for nine awards, bringing her up to a total of 88 nominations to date. In a romantic turn, this ties her for the most-nominated artist in Grammys history with none other than her husband, Jay-Z.

Beyoncé's Renaissance smash "Break My Soul" is nominated for Record of the Year. This is her eighth nomination in the category and makes her the artist with the most ROTY nominations of all time. The track is also up for Best Dance/Electronic Recording, and the album is nominated for Best Dance/Electronic Music Album.

Beyoncé has announced a world tour in support of her Renaissance album, which dropped in July.

The superstar musician broke the news in a bare-bones post on Instagram on Wednesday, featuring merely a photo of her in her Renaissance album look and the words “Renaissance World Tour,” which she repeated in the caption, adding “2023.”

Tickets for the tour, produced by Parkwood Entertainment and promoted by Live Nation, will be available starting Monday, with an exclusive presale for BeyHive members. More info about the tour and a complete list of dates is available on Beyonce’s website .

The news comes after Beyoncé performed for the first time in more than four years in Dubai last month and ahead of the 2023 Grammys this coming Sunday, where she’s nominated for a leading nine awards and, if she wins four, could become the most awarded artist in Grammys history .

The Dubai concert on Jan. 21 featured the superstar singing songs she rarely performs onstage and duetting with daughter Blue Ivy Carter. The nearly 75-minute, invite-only performance was to help launch the city’s new luxurious and opulent hotel, The Atlantis Royal. Jay-Z and other members of Beyoncé’s family were also in attendance at the Dubai show.

Prior to that, Beyoncé’s last live performance, apart from her opening the 2022 Oscars , was at the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100 in Johannesburg in December of 2018. That year, she and Jay-Z also went on their On the Run II tour. And she performed a headline-making set at the 2018 Coachella Festival, with her performance captured for the Emmy-nominated Netflix documentary Homecoming .

Her last solo tour was the Formation jaunt in 2016.

Atlantis The Royal Grand Reveal Weekend 2023 - Beyonce Performance

B eyoncé’s fans have been waiting for this day: the pop megastar finally announced that she will embark on the long-awaited Renaissance World Tour. She uploaded a post to Instagram early Wednesday morning with the caption: “RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR 2023,” and her official website has been updated to show the tour dates. The tour starts in May in Sweden and will hit Belgium, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Poland, before she makes her way to North America. The first date stateside will be in Philadelphia, Pa., in July and the tour will hit the major U.S. cities before wrapping up in New Orleans, La., on Sept. 27.

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Beyoncé (@beyonce)

Following the release of her seventh album, Renaissance , in July, fans have been itching for a tour announcement, in addition to music videos to accompany the songs. Beyoncé’s last solo tour was the Formation World Tour back in 2016 to support her sixth album, Lemonade . Following that, she went on the On The Run Tour with her husband, Jay-Z, in 2018 after releasing their joint project, Everything Is Love . The announcement of a new tour just before the Grammy Awards on Sunday raises suspicion that Beyoncé might be performing or, at the very least, attending the night’s festivities.

The singer is nominated for nine Grammys at this year’s awards ceremony, which are set to take place on Feb. 5 in Los Angeles. This year, she is up against Adele for multiple awards, including Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Record of the Year. There has been speculation about whether or not Beyoncé would be performing ever since the nominations were announced. The last time fans saw her perform on a major televised stage was at last year’s Oscars ceremony, where she performed “Be Alive” from the King Richard movie for the first time.

Read More: 6 Takeaways from Beyoncé’s New Album Renaissance

Beyoncé most recently took the stage for a private concert at the opening of the Atlantis The Royal resort in Dubai in January. However, she did not perform any songs from Renaissance . Also, given that Beyoncé unveiled the album’s title on Instagram as “act [one],” her dedicated fanbase has been busy theorizing what acts two and three might be. Some have hypothesized that the tour would be act two and then a concert movie would be act three. Others have ventured to guess that this is a three-part album and that Renaissance was just the beginning.

Tickets for the concert will not be an easy get if Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is any indication. Beyoncé’s fans can click on the date they would like to attend to register for Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan program and will then have to wait to see if they are given an access code to purchase tickets to the event. With Verified Fan and the “unexpected” traffic the pre-sale brought to the site, many Swifties likened the ticket-buying process to a warzone. The disastrous rollout drew ire from Swift’s fans and political officials alike. After the ticketing fiasco, the Senate held a hearing to look into whether Live Nation and Ticketmaster have a monopoly over the ticketing industry. This, coupled with the technical problems that Swift fans faced, have Beyoncé fans worrying that finding their way to an actual concert will be nothing short of an ordeal.

What will the stage be like for the Renaissance World Tour?

According to reports, the stage for Bey's tour is set to be huge.

A source close to the production revealed that: "The structure for the stage is gigantic and on a totally different scale from any other tour right now – that’s why she needed a huge venue to rehearse in.

And she can’t run through the show in any of the stadiums she is performing in because they aren’t soundproofed and people would hear what she was preparing.

She is on top form and is pulling out all the stops to make this a truly groundbreaking tour."

Beyoncé Announces Renaissance World Tour 2023 with Stops in 25 U.S. Cities

The "Crazy in Love" singer confirmed the hugely anticipated stadium tour on Instagram Wednesday morning

beyonce world tour 2023 philippines

Beyoncé is back, baby!

The singer, who is up for nine Grammys this Sunday , revealed her Renaissance World Tour 2023 on Wednesday morning in an Instagram post — coincidentally, (or perhaps, very strategically!) six years to the day she announced her surprise pregnancy with twins .

The highly anticipated tour — produced by Parkwood Entertainment and promoted by Live Nation — is set to kick off in Europe on May 10 at Friends Arena in Stockholm, Sweden before touring overseas in Cardiff, Edinburgh, Sunderland, Paris, London, Marseille, Amsterdam, Warsaw and more.

A North American leg of the tour begins on July 8 in Toronto, Canada before hitting 25 U.S. cities including Philadelphia, Nashville, Louisville, Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit, East Rutherford, Boston, Pittsburgh, Washington, D.C., Charlotte, Atlanta, Tampa, Miami, St. Louis, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Inglewood, Vancouver, Seattle, Kansas City, Dallas, and Houston.

The tour is currently scheduled to wrap on Sept. 27 in New Orleans.

For complete ticket information, visit tour.beyonce.com .

Beyonce's last tour was 2018's On the Run tour which hit 48 cities in North America and Europe. Beyoncé last performed a full concert back in 2018, when she and JAY-Z, 53, appeared at the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100 event .

The tour announcement comes just over one week after Queen Bey performed her first full concert in more than four years, when she performed an hour-long set at the new Atlantis The Royal Resort in Dubai.

For more on Beyoncé's Renaissance World Tour announcement, listen below to our daily podcast PEOPLE Every Day.

Moving through a decade of iconic hits, Beyoncé, 41, performed staples such as "Crazy in Love," "Beautiful Liar" and "Naughty Girl," as well as more recent tunes including "Freedom," "Spirit" and "Be Alive."

The singer wore a set of dazzling looks during the performance, including a yellow custom-made Atelier Zuhra corseted dress, which was topped with a feathered skirt and matching backpiece, when she opened the show performing a cover of Etta James ' "At Last."

Then, the mother of three changed into another custom gown, an all-red Nicolas Jebran ensemble composed of a skin-tight bodysuit that was decorated with gold jewels across her torso and chest. She accessorized the look with a matching, billowing skirt and an intricate headpiece.

Notably missing from Beyoncé's set was any song from Renaissance .

Renaissance , which has been billed as the first of a three-part project , marks Beyoncé's first solo album in six years.

She previously released Dangerously in Love (2003), B'Day (2006), I Am... Sasha Fierce (2008), 4 (2011), Beyoncé (2013) and Lemonade (2016), following her tenure with Destiny's Child . Beyoncé also appeared on the 2018 collaborative album Everything Is Love with husband JAY-Z , as well as 2019's The Lion King: The Gift , a soundtrack for Disney's live-action adaptation that features original music by the artist.

Additionally, she released Homecoming: The Live Album in 2019, recorded from her iconic Coachella performance the year before.

A visual album for Renaissance has been previously teased , but no release date for it yet has been announced.

Everything we know about the Beyoncé Renaissance World Tour 2023

Alert the BeyHive!

Virginia Gil

Beyoncé is embarking on a world tour this summer and, naturally, the BeyHive is abuzz. She'll be crossing continents in support of her seventh studio album, Rennaisance , traveling from Stockholm to Warsaw to New York City to Miami as she hits more than 40 cities on this two-leg adventure spanning from May through September.

The last time our queen hit the road on a headlining tour, the year was 2016 and buying concert tickets isn't the disaster it is today. This was before the Taylor Swift debacle and the cringe-y Ticketmaster hearing in congress (Who knew so many senators were Swifties?). That said, getting your hands on tickets will require some strategic planning and preparation (and might break your soul).

Below, we've outlined everything you need to know about Beyoncé's Renaissance World Tour 2023, from which cities she'll hit to what you need to do ahead of time in order to buy tickets.

What are the Beyoncé Renaissance World Tour 2023 dates?

  • 05-10 Stockholm, Sweden - Friends Arena
  • 05-14 Brussels, Belgium - King Baudoin Stadium
  • 05-17 Cardiff, Wales - Cardiff Principality Stadium
  • 05-20 Edinburgh, Scotland - BT Murrayfield Stadium
  • 05-23 Sunderland, England - Stadium of Light
  • 05-26 Paris, France - Stade de France
  • 05-29 London, England - Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
  • 05-30 London, England - Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
  • 06-08 Barcelona, Spain - Olympic Stadium
  • 06-11 Marseille, France - Orange Velodrome
  • 06-15 Cologne, Germany - RheinEnergieStadion
  • 06-17 Amsterdam, Netherlands - Johan Cruijff Arena
  • 06-21 Hamburg, Germany - Volksparkstadion
  • 06-24 Frankfurt, Germany - Deutsche Bank Park
  • 06-27 Warsaw, Poland - PGE Nardowy
  • 07-08 Toronto, Ontario - Rogers Centre
  • 07-09 Toronto, Ontario - Rogers Centre
  • 07-12 Philadelphia, PA - Lincoln Financial Field
  • 07-15 Nashville, TN - Nissan Stadium
  • 07-17 Louisville, KY - Cardinal Stadium
  • 07-20 Minneapolis, MN - Huntington Bank Stadium
  • 07-22 Chicago, IL - Soldier Field
  • 07-26 Detroit, MI - Ford Field
  • 07-29 East Rutherford, NJ - MetLife Stadium
  • 08-01 Foxborough, MA - Gillette Stadium
  • 08-03 Pittsburgh, PA - Heinz Stadium
  • 08-05 Washington, D.C. - FedEx Field
  • 08-09 Charlotte, NC - Bank of America Stadium
  • 08-11 Atlanta, GA - Mercedes Benz Stadium
  • 08-16 Tampa, FL - Raymond James Stadium
  • 08-18 Miami Gardens, FL - Hard Rock Stadium
  • 08-21 St. Louis, MO - Dome at America’s Center
  • 08-24 Glendale, AZ - State Farm Stadium
  • 08-26 Las Vegas, NV - Allegiant Stadium

  • 09-18 Kansas City, MO - GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium

How can I get tickets for the Beyoncé Renaissance World Tour?

First, you'll need to register as a verified fan . This genius step will, hopefully, keep what happened to Swifties from affecting the BeyHive by filtering out buyers looking to resell tickets. Registration does not guarantee tickets but will create a better ticket-buying experience for fans.

Shows are grouped together for registration, and you'll need to sign up for each group should you want to buy tickets for multiple shows. Deadlines to register vary by city, so be sure to check the dates for your desired tour stop before the window closes.

No official on-sale dates have been announced, but the type of registration you sign up for (BeyHive Verified Fan, Citi Verified Fan or Verified Fan Onsale) will determine how quickly you can potentially "get in line" for tickets. The key takeaway, for now, should be to pre-register and check your emails regularly for updates on the next steps.

For the first time since 2016 — a world before Beychella , Covid-19 and “Renaissance” — Beyoncé will headline a solo tour, the singer announced in a social media post on Wednesday.

Beginning on May 10 in Stockholm, and continuing in Europe through June before coming to North America, the Renaissance World Tour, in support of her seventh solo album, will run for at least 40 dates, largely in stadiums, according to dates posted to Beyoncé’s website . The tour includes one night at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey (July 29) and one at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif. (Sept. 2) amid stops in Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto, Atlanta, Phoenix and Miami.

Limited tickets for certain tour dates will go on sale beginning Monday for members of Beyoncé’s BeyHive fan club, followed by the staggered release of additional tickets by market, using a complex registration system for various tiers of buyer.

The tour, produced by Beyoncé’s Parkwood Entertainment and promoted by Live Nation, will use Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan system , which aims to limit bots and professional scalpers, marking one of the first major tests for Ticketmaster since extraordinary demand for early tickets to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour last year led to fan backlash and regulatory scrutiny . At a Senate Judiciary hearing last month spurred by the botched presale, artists, fans and politicians cast Live Nation Entertainment, the concert industry giant that owns Ticketmaster, as a monopoly that hinders competition and harms consumers.

Beyoncé’s shows will be the singer’s first live events available to the public since the On the Run II tour with her husband, Jay-Z, in 2018, tied to the surprise release of a joint album, “Everything Is Love,” by the duo billed as the Carters. Beyoncé last toured alone behind her previous solo album, “Lemonade,” in 2016. Two years later, she headlined the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

That show — which went on to be released as “Homecoming” (2019), a live album and concert film — was called “rich with history, potently political and visually grand” in a review by the New York Times critic Jon Caramanica. “By turns uproarious, rowdy, and lush. A gobsmacking marvel of choreography and musical direction.”

In the years since, Beyoncé has surfaced intermittently, including with songs like “Black Parade,” which won a Grammy Award for best R&B performance, and “Be Alive,” which appeared in the movie “King Richard” and was nominated for an Oscar. Last year, in a taped performance, Beyoncé performed the song at the 94th annual Academy Awards.

But the singer made a return to the pop mainstream in earnest with the July 2022 release of “Renaissance,” a dance-floor-oriented album that she said was inspired by the L.G.B.T.Q. community and has spawned hits like “Break My Soul” and “Cuff It.” At the Grammy Awards on Sunday, Beyoncé is nominated nine times , with a chance to become the most-awarded artist in history.

Upon its release, the singer called “Renaissance” part of a “three act project” that she recorded during the pandemic. “My intention was to create a safe place, a place without judgment,” she wrote of the album, which was billed as Act I. “A place to be free of perfectionism and overthinking. A place to scream, release, feel freedom.”

Major music touring has largely recovered, especially at its highest levels, since the Covid-19 pandemic. According to the industry trade publication Pollstar , touring grossed a record-setting $6.28 billion last year, up more than 13 percent from 2019, due in part to pent-up fan demand, inflation and major acts like Bad Bunny, Elton John and Harry Styles.

In addition to Beyoncé’s shows, this year will see blockbuster tours from artists including Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Metallica, Morgan Wallen and Madonna.

Last month, Beyoncé proved more polarizing than usual when she headlined the grand opening of a luxury hotel in Dubai, performing for an invite-only collection of guests, including influencers and journalists.

While some fans decried the optics of taking a major payday in a place that criminalizes homosexuality — “Beyoncé’s Dubai performance isn’t just an affront to LGBTQ+ fans, but workers’ rights in the UAE,” The Guardian declared — others noted that the singer’s set list did not yet include songs from “Renaissance.”

An earlier version of this article misstated the year Beyoncé headlined Coachella. It was 2018, not 2016.

With the tour winding down, there’s only a few weeks left to score Beyoncé tickets . Get Beyoncé Tickets on Vivid Seats

With the final month of the Renaissance tour approaching, Beyoncé shared a statement on Instagram that “Virgo Season is upon us.” She continued: “This tour has been such a joy and as we approach the last month, my birthday wish is to celebrate with you wearing your most fabulous silver fashions to the shows 8.23 – 9.22! We’ll surround ourselves in a shimmering human disco ball each night. Everybody mirroring each other’s joy. Virgo Season together in the house of chrome. See you there! Your B at RWT.”

Renaissance World Tour 2023 North America Dates

Wondering if Beyoncé is playing a show in your area? Below are the remaining cities the Grammy winner will visit for the 2023 North American leg of the Renaissance tour . Beyoncé previously also added an additional three shows to the tour, including Atlanta (8/14/23), Las Vegas, (8/27/23), and Inglewood, CA (9/4/23).

Not surprisingly, Ticketmaster said it saw a massive demand for the Renaissance tour in a blog on its website. “Fan demand already exceeds the number of tickets available by more than 800% based on the registration numbers in the Group A cities. It is expected that many interested fans may not be able to get tickets because demand drastically exceeds supply.”

It’s a deep-dive into what fans can expect during the concert. In short, you can likely plan to hear everything from deep cuts like opener “Dangerously in Love,” along with Renaissance tracks like “Alien Superstar,” “Cuff It,” and closer “Summer Renaissance.” Plus: “Love on Top,” “Crazy in Love,” “1+1,” and more.

When Are Beyoncé Renaissance World Tour Tickets On Sale?

According to Ticketmaster at the time, “Beyoncé is distributing tickets in three different Verified Fan sales: BeyHive Presale powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan; Citi Presale powered by Verified Fan and the General Verified Fan Onsale. Additionally, there will be a Verizon Up Presale. Registration windows vary by city, so check the schedule below and be sure to note when the window closes for the show you’re interested in attending.”

In other words, if you tried to register for Verified Fan presale, you needed to see which group your city was a part of ahead of time. Group A registration was open until Feb. 2, with Group B registration previously scheduled until Feb. 9, and Group C until Feb. 16.

European dates started in May, and Beyoncé embarked on the North American leg of the Renaissance tour over the summer, including stops in Toronto (read our Renaissance tour review ), Los Angeles, Houston, and New Orleans. Though Beyoncé headlined a show in Dubai — her first concert in four years at the time — she didn’t play any songs from Renaissance , Rolling Stone ‘s No. 1 album of 2022 (“the musical highlight of the year”) and a frontrunner at the 65th Grammys .

When Beyoncé dropped Renaissance last summer, Rolling Stone ‘s Mankaprr Conteh wrote that “Beyoncé flung open the doors to a nightclub of her own making, a place where anyone can be the hottest person in the galaxy … the album traverses eras of dance music to conjure the superhuman confidence and deeply human connection of a night out. The thematic triumph of the auteur’s seventh album is this union of the extraordinary and the earthly across it, a duality that lives on the dancefloors Renaissance was inspired by — and in all of us.”

How to Get Beyoncé Tickets With BeyHive Verified Fan Registration

BeyHive Verified Fan Presale started Feb. 6 for those who registered in Group A, followed by Groups B and C.

The first round of the BeyHive presale arrived just one day after Beyoncé made Grammys history on Feb. 5. With 32 wins under her belt, Beyoncé broke the record for the most Grammy Awards in music history, winning the Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album for Renaissance .

“I’d like to thank my beautiful husband, my beautiful three children who are at home watching,” Queen Bey said during her acceptance speech. “I’d like to thank the queer community, for your love, and for inventing this genre. God bless you. Thank you so much to the Grammys.”

While Renaissance didn’t win a trophy for Album of the Year , Beyoncé still took home a slew of other awards, including Best R&B Song for “Cuff It,” Best Dance/Electronic Record for “Break My Soul,” and Best Traditional R&B Performance for “Plastic Off the Sofa.”

“You changed my life,” Lizzo told Beyoncé during her Grammys acceptance speech for her Record of the Year win. “You sang that gospel medley, and the way you made me feel, I was like, ‘I want to make people feel this way with my music.’ So thank you so much. You clearly are the artist of our lives.”

Remain Calm, Beyoncé Is Officially Going On a Renaissance World Tour

Portrait of Jennifer Zhan

Please do not be alarmed , remain calm: Beyoncé is officially going on a Renaissance world tour. The woman who announced an album on her Instagram bio has decided to share this news via … an auction slideshow. On October 22, the fifth annual Wearable Art Gala raffled off “a UNIQUE experience” to see Beyoncé on a Renaissance tour that will start in summer 2023 and include “national and international destinations.” Bey was at the event, so it seems certain that she signed off on this reveal. Valued at $20,000, the package included first-class plane tickets, a three-night hotel stay, two Renaissance concert tickets, and a guided backstage tour from Beyoncé’s mom, Miss Tina. According to Yahoo! News , video from the event shows that bids reached at least $50,000. The final price has not been confirmed, but an attendee has claimed that the package was ultimately auctioned off for a whopping $150,000. To that we can only say, best of luck to the Beyhive when tickets officially go on sale.

Is Beyonce coming to Manila? Promoter’s tweet has got the Beyhive buzzing

Images: @renaissanceworldtour_

Is Beyonce coming to the Philippines? The Filipino Beyhive seems to have been stirred up after this tweet by concert promoter Live Nation Philippines made the rounds online.

“SAY WHUUT?” the event company wrote, referencing a clip from Beyonce’s Pepsi Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show they posted in which she performed alongside Bruno Mars and Coldplay’s Chris Martin.

In the 29-second video, the pop star remarks, “Say, what?” about 18 seconds in as Bruno and Chris sing the chorus of Uptown Funk .

The tweet was picked up by @RenaissanceWT, the Twitter fan page run by the fan club @yoncecapital that posts regular updates on Beyonce’s latest world tour.

“What do you know, Live Nation Philippines?” It said.

Live Nation then posted a follow-up tweet about Bruno Mars’ upcoming two-day show in the Philippines in June, with tickets for Day 2 still up for grabs.

The Renaissance World Tour, Beyonce’s ninth concert tour, was announced in February and began in May. The show will run in 40 cities and features a three-hour concert.

Of course, it could be possible that the concert promoter simply wanted to make some noise for Bruno’s Day 2 show. After all, Asia isn’t on the list of stops for the Renaissance tour before it wraps up in September. That said, could we be looking at an extension?

Lucky Daye Announces The Algorithm Tour: Here Are the Dates

Trending on billboard.

Bad Bunny pulls out of a tie with Beyoncé and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra to have the second-most monthly wins, trailing only Elton John with seven.

Bad Bunny’s biggest stops during March were in Los Angeles and Chicago. Three nights in each city score him Nos. 2-3 on Top Boxscores, with $20.2 million at the former’s Crypto.com Arena on March 13-15, and $13.4 million at the latter’s United Center on March 28-30. All of his shows earned more than $3 million.

The Most Wanted Tour began on Feb. 21 in Salt Lake City. The first handful of shows secured a No. 10 rank on February’s tally with $19.5 million in the bank. All told, the trek has earned $84.2 million and sold 282,000 tickets so far, with 30 dates left to report through two hometown shows on June 7-8 at San Juan’s Coliseo de Puerto Rico. At his current pace of more than $4 million per show, the tour is likely to sail across the $200 million threshold.

Zach Bryan follows closely behind at No. 2, with $62.3 million and 313,000 tickets, falling just 4% short of Bad Bunny’s winning gross.

Bryan is in the middle of The Quittin Time Tour, which launched on March 5 and managed 18 shows before the end of March. Its’ so-far total of $62 million is already far beyond the $43.9 million he earned on 2023’s 32-date Burn Burn Burn Tour. In fact, it only took 13 shows to pass that mark, representing a 150% increase in per-show earnings since just last year.

More specifically, last year Bryan played two shows in New York at Queens’ Forest Hills Stadium. For the Quittin Time Tour, he expanded to six, split between Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, Belmont Park’s UBS Arena and Newark, N.J.’s Prudential Center. He didn’t visit Chicago in 2022 or 2023 but kicked off this year’s run with three sold-out shows at the United Center, generating $12.6 million in ticket sales for No. 5 on Top Boxscores.

Bryan has nearly 50 more shows on the books in 2024, one-third of which bring him to football stadiums. Already 50% beyond his 2023 grosses, he’s likely to join Bad Bunny in the $200 million club by year’s end.

Women dominate much of March’s top 10, with P!nk and Madonna at Nos. 3 and 4. The former banked $55.1 million and sold 543,000 tickets from 11 shows, scoring the month’s highest attendance count. The latter added $37.9 million to The Celebration Tour, which crossed $200 million in early April. The queen of pop’s tour wrapped last week (April 26 – except for one free show on May 4 in Brazil) with final numbers expected to be reported soon.

Karol G and Nicki Minaj represent Latin and hip-hop at Nos. 5 and 6, respectively. For Karol G, it’s a continuation of a winning streak that began with the kick-off of the Manana Sera Bonito tour last August. For Minaj, it’s her first monthly Boxscore appearance, with the first batch of shows on the Pink Friday 2 World Tour bringing in $26.9 million.

Three festivals appear on Top Boxscores, topped off by Pa’l Norte in Monterrey, Mexico at No. 1. The weekend-long festival grossed $26.2 million on March 29-31, nearly tripling its 2022 revenue of $9.3 million. At No. 6 is Esterio Picnic with $11.8 million. Both events are promoted by OCESA, helping the Mexican juggernaut rank at No. 3 on Top Promoters.

Across the Pacific Ocean, Pitch Music & Arts Festival represents for Melbourne, Australia, at No. 16 with $8.4 million and 35,900 tickets sold between March 8-12. Otherwise, Oceania is bolstered by several appearances by P!nk, including top 10s for shows in Melbourne and Perth.

Asia sneaks onto the Boxscores ranking, with Ed Sheeran and SEVENTEEN rounding out the chart at Nos. 29 and 30. Both hover around $6 million, with Sheeran in Manilla, Philippines and SEVENTEEN in Incheon, South Korea.

Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios is coming to the Philippines

SHEYNNIS PALACIOS. The reigning Miss Universe queen is currently on her Asia press tour.

Miss Universe's Facebook page

MANILA, Philippines – Reigning Miss Universe Sheynnis Palacios of Nicaragua is coming to the Philippines as part of her ongoing Asia tour.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, April 30, the beauty queen teased her fans that she’s coming to Manila “very, very soon.”

“Looking forward to experiencing their rich culture and exploring all that this amazing city has to offer,” she said.

According to the Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) organization, Sheynnis is arriving in Manila on Wednesday, May 1, and staying until May 7. They added that the beauty queen will also grace various activities for MUPH, although additional details for those events weren’t provided.

As of writing, the MUPH 2024 pageant is currently underway, with 53 delegates competing to succeed Michelle Dee. The MUPH 2024 coronation night is set for May 22, with Sheynnis’ predecessor, Filipino-American R’Bonney Gabriel of the United States, set to host.

Meanwhile, Miss Universe owner Anne Jakrajutatip had earlier announced that aside from the Philippines, Sheynnis would also be visiting India. As part of the tour, they previously visited other Asian countries such as Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and China.

Sheynnis is the latest Miss Universe winner to visit the Philippines in recent years. Miss Universe 2021  Harnaaz Sandhu  served as a judge during the MUPH 2022 coronation night, while Miss Universe 2019  Zozibini Tunzi  was one of the hosts of the MUPH 2023 coronation night. Miss Universe 2023  R’Bonney Gabriel , meanwhile, is currently in the Philippines for a series of engagements.

Sheynnis was crowned Miss Universe 2023 in November 2023. She was the first representative from Nicaragua to win the title. The Miss Universe 2024 coronation night is set to take place in September in Mexico. –  Rappler.com
