I took a tour of DC today and it was great! Our tour guide was Brittany. Our driver was Joe. Both were very upbeat and pleasant. Brittany was very knowledgeable and gave background on each site we visited. Joe also helped me pick the best seat since I was the first arrival. I will recommend this to all my family and friends!

Here's a great tour to view NYC's landmarks by @usaguidedtours The bus leaves from Manhattan and travels through the city to show you the Big Apple I think this tour is great for tourists who don't have to worry about planning the itinerary!

Great tour! Maggie was our driver. She was awesome and out tour guide was Dion. He was very knowledgeable, funny , had great stories and insights. Even my 10 year old was engaged and interested the whole tour. They did an amazing job.

Terrific tour of all the D.C. staples and monuments. Tour guide dished out some corny but funny jokes that made a lot of us chuckle along with free bottled water and great A/C on the first half of the trip. Towards the end they turned off the A/C but it was a nice night, so I did not mind. Reasonably priced and if you want to get as much of D.C in as you can and not want to deal with all the driving, parking, etc in the most touristy areas I think this is a brilliant move. As always people SYOY!!!

Tonight we had the pleasure of a Tour with "13"-Dion and Silvia - it was absolutely fantastic. Silvia was a really safe driver and welcoming each time we got back on the bus. Dion was one of the best tour guides I've ever had (and I do tours!), he shared the history of the landmarks, brought to life stories, and pointed out details that I was thrilled to learn. He knew names of the people in the statues, W-42 names, and really understood Pierre (Peter) L'enfants ingenious design of the city. They even made sure we had water, a needed bathroom break, and a wonderful toasty bus to return to. WELL worth the $, loved this, and will do it again on my return, I hope to make sure to get Dion again!

I recently had the opportunity to join Dion for a night tour of the monuments in Washington, DC, and I must say, it was an absolutely majestic experience. Dion's extensive knowledge of each landmark was not only informative but also enthralling. He shared the history and significance of each monument like a captivating story that drew us in with every word, truly bringing the historic landmarks to life. Throughout the tour, Dion's storytelling transported us back in time, allowing us to appreciate the faces and stories behind these mesmerizing monuments. His passion for the subject matter was evident, and it made the experience all the more memorable. The three-hour tour flew by, but it felt like just the right amount of time to explore the city's iconic landmarks. Maggie, our bus driver, also played an important role in making this tour enjoyable. Her hospitable nature and warm smile made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped onto the bus. She would drop us off at the closest spot to each monument and then circle around to pick us up, ensuring the tour continued at a great pace. It was evident that both Dion and Maggie took pride in creating an exceptional experience for their guests. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our night tour with Dion and Maggie, and it truly became the highlight of our trip to DC. I would highly recommend this tour, specifically with Dion and Maggie as your guides. Their expertise, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made the entire experience truly unforgettable. In fact, we are already planning our next trip to DC, and this tour will definitely be on our itinerary again. If you're looking to explore the city's monuments at night and have a memorable experience filled with captivating stories, I cannot recommend this tour enough. Dion and Maggie's knowledge, hospitality, and genuine dedication to their craft will undoubtedly make your night in DC an unforgettable one.

Paul Sullivan is a terrible tour guide. His attitude is smug, he does not follow his own directives, he advises meeting times and is not where he says he will be at the time he says he will be there, he leaves people stranded, and could care less about the individuals on his tour. 3 times during our tour, he'd say a certain time and would leave earlier than that time. He actually left 2 people stranded on one of our last stops, after he was not where he was supposed to be at 9:30p to ensure he had everyone. At one point, we had 3 people ask us if he was there and we advised that he actually left early. Luckily those people were able to locate the group. On the MLK Jr. stop, we arrived at 9:47p, at 9:48p he asked what time it was and after confirming said to meet back at 9:05p. We all corrected him and he said he meant to say 10:05p. We walked back up to the bus (#054) at 9:59p and the bus was pulling off. 6 minutes earlier than the advised meeting time. We had to, in 30F weather, at 10 o'clock at night, figure out how to get home. Paul Sullivan is Absolutely Terrible!!!

I did the Discover DC tour; our tour guides name was Deon. Five star tour all the way. We visited some very prominent monuments and DC attractions. Worth every penny.

Since 1972, thousands of men and women with developmental challenges, autism, down syndrome, and other special needs have achieved greater independence through special needs travel experiences provided by The Guided Tour, Inc. The focus of The Guided Tour is to offer special needs vacations that provide a growth-producing experience, in which our travelers are able to travel and socialize independent of their families. Through our special needs trips, many of our travelers can share of their own experiences, many for the first time, with their families, their supervisors, co-workers and friends. The Guided Tour staff make sure our travelers not only have their independence, but they also make sure our travelers have assistance with money, medication, and of course, a fantastic memorable vacation!
