Enjoy lunch in either indoor or outdoor dining area while watching the stunning bay view. You have a chance to witness the chef presenting food directly from your table. Then, check in your cabin and unwind until the cruise drops anchor at Ao Ech Area for kayaking. Visitors can also soak up the cool water or just simply relax on the private balcony of your cabin. Back to the cruise, enjoy Sunset Party with complimentary cocktails demonstration. Otherwise, relaxing in the seasonal pool, playing mini golf, doing exercises in fitness room is available.

Pack a small bag before getting on the speed boat to explore some unique areas that the main boat cannot go through.

Start the trip to Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba island. Ride a bicycle or relax on an electric car to watch gorgeous sceneries of rain forests. Back to speed boat and continue to cruise to a pristine beach for swimming.

Back to the Elite of the seas cruises for sleeping area. You will have time to freshen up, play some games or relax your body with massage services.

09:00 – 09:15 approx: Travel from Hanoi to Tuan Chau Marina

- Elite of the Seas shuttle will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter.

- Leave Hanoi by the 5B highway on a luxury Kia Sedona limousine or MPV and this long trip will take about 2,5 hours ( this transfer service is only available for customers using our service )

12:00 – 12:30 approx: Welcome to Elite of the Seas cruise

- After arriving at Tuan Chau marina, guests will continue to transfer by speedboat to Elite of the Seas cruise.

- Welcome to Elite of the Seas. Guests will have the opportunity to interact, and chat with the captain and crew members. Enjoy cool drinks together, refresh and learn about safety instructions on the boat.

- Guests will be served lunch as soon as the cruise leaves.

12:30 – 17:00: Enjoy Lunch and Kayaking

- Guests will enjoy lunch in the luxurious space of the outdoor or indoor dining area. Besides, visitors can directly observe the chef performing and presenting the food at their table

- After check-in your cabin. You can take a rest and relax.

Take the bicycle ride or relax on car to enjoy gorgeous sceneries along village roads and go through rain forests. We also visit a local family’s house to see the daily life of local people. Back to the speedboat to continue cruising further in Lan Ha Bay.

15:00 Our speedboat will stop at a natural beach area for swimming. It’s the perfect time for you to take unique photo with the astounding scenery.

As usual, travelers stay overnight at hotels in Hanoi Old quarter's Area at night before, then we pick up  around 8am - 9am  in the next morning (Transfer from Hanoi to cruise harbor might take around 2-4 hours, depends on tours' class you book).

Travelers also flight from south of Vietnam/ Overseas to airport (Hai Phong airport, Noi Bai airport, Van Don airport) then do cruise on the same day, we can arrange for you transfer from airports directly to cruise harbors and join cruise but make sure u book early flight before 8am - 9am - 10am. Travelers must pay extra fee for car

Travelers also stay in near cruise harbor (for cruises are departed from Halong city), and you go to cruise harbor yourself, we show you location where to pick up easily.

Everywhere you go the views are amazing. The sunsets and sunrise are perfect. Get your camera ready as this place is beautiful..

The name halong came from the legend that a dragon landed on this bay. The view is wonderful. Each one of scattered islands gave me wonderful photos. My trip was just a day trip and I think it is too short. Spend at least one night. Halong Bay was Visit on our Cambodia/Vietnam tour, we were very lucky to have our own guide and Junk Boat with crew.The Bay is such a beautiful place, we had a wonderful time spending all morning on the boat with lunch cooked for us.Halong Bay is certainly a must Visit if touring North Vietnam, fully recommended..

The views of the limestone islands in the Bay are stunning, especially if the weather cooperates. Strongly encourage one night on one of the many boats that ply the bay to allow for a less hurried itinerary and the very pleasant experiences of sunrise and sunset views. The boats are highly regulated and must stick to designated areas, but they are enough for lots of enjoyment. Various stops at caves, lookouts, kayaking, and small beach. Very good food on board our cruise with A-Class Stellar Cruises! Cabin was much cleaner and more "luxurious" than I expected..

Took the float plane both ways to save time. We only had one day and this was the best way to spend it. Thoroughly recommend the organisation we went with..

2 night 3 day cruise with v spirit, highly recommend, magic site even though we didn't go far into the bay. Lots of other boats at times added and detracted from the experience. Halong Bay has been a dream of mine to visit for so long. It was breathtakingly beautiful and I could never get tired of the views! The colours and layers of all the cliffs and mountains are spectacular. Just make sure you find the right cruise - ours was overpriced and not worth it so do your research first! Also don't be surprised that there are a large number of boats around at night as they all park up together, but during the day we seemed to be on our own quite a lot. I think in the future this place won't be so nice as there is already so much rubbish floating around that it will continue to accumulate. Save this place by not littering and taking any rubbish back with you that you can..

A Halong Bay with its breathtaking beauty was undeniable and it is the most popular site to visit in Hanoi. There are many other things to do pay on the bay as well, like caving many many caves to choose from. Very helpful and informative and fun as well. If by overnight cruise, you can kayak by yourself to discover the bay, the cave more exciting..

the local village tour to Muong Hoa valley, Lao Chai and ta Vun village were worth for a visit. They also arrange a free taxi from our hotel in Sapa town to cable car station for us to visit Fansian peak..

Hello! We are two teachers from Portugal and we would like to book a cruise in the Ha Long Bay region. Ideally, August 15-17, 2024. But there are so many cruises and different bays that we are very confused. We like the Peony Cruise but can be another similar and cheaper. 1. Halong, Lan Ha and Bai Tu Long Bay have the same landscape of majestic limestone islands. Lan Ha and Bai Tu Long have more tranquil scenery with poetic beauty. However, if you want to find the best area for photography, you can consider Halong Bay area. There are jaw-dropping attractions with breathtaking views such as Surprise Cave, Titov Islands, Thien Cung Cave, Luon Cave, etc. 2. You can consider Phoenix Day Cruise with 5.5 hour duration and the itinerary to the 3 most signature landmarks Surprise Cave, Luon Cave, and Titov Island. Otherwise, the same itinerary can be found on Ambassador Day Cruise and La Casta Daily Cruise for an 8-hour duration. 3. The 2d/1n cruises usually finish at 11:00 - 12:00 on the 2nd day. It takes you 2.5 hours from the port directly to the airport or 3.5 hours if you return to Hanoi center and take a taxi after that. Therefore, you will have enough time for your flight at 6 pm. @Lisa Anderson, Kindly note that most cruises depart at around 12:00 and it takes you 15 minutes from Cai Lan Port to Halong International Port or 20 minutes to Tuan Chau Port. Therefore, it will be best if you can leave the port in 5-10 minutes. Otherwise, you can consider some cruises departing a bit later from 12:15 - 12:30 such as Ambassador Cruise, Essence Grand, Doris Cruise, Erina Cruise.

For 4 day/3 night tours, you can refer to Heritage Binh Chuan Cruise, Stellar of the Seas, Elite of the Seas, or Capella Cruise. 2. The time depends on each cruise's schedule. However, overnight cruises usually depart at 12:00 - 13:00 pm and return at 10:30 - 11:30 am. 3. Some cruises have their own jetty while some don't. As a result, you can walk to the cruise if they have and you will be transferred by a small tender to reach the cruise. 4. We do provide private transfers from Hanoi and back to Hanoi Airport. We are looking for a 3 days 2 nights cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay or Halong Bay. Departure Date: 3 May 2024, until 5 May 2024. Preferably with a nice room or suite, with extra bed for our 10 yo daughter. So 2 adults and 1 child. We already checked out the high end cruises like Stellar of the Seas and Elite of the Seas. We like the luxury on those boats, but it seems they are too big and not feel very authentic. We also checked out Indochine and Orchid Cruises, but it seems they are all going to the very busy parts of Halong Bay. And also, it seems that after day 1, the boat is going back to pick up new guests. And the boat is always staying in the same area for the night. So we are looking for less big boats, more authentic, but also preferably travelling to more quiet areas of Halong Or Bai tu Long bay. And it would be great if we can travel for 3 full days with the same group, and sleep in different areas instead of the same area with many different boats. There are many cruises options that work for your family and May is a deal-season too.  I am sorry that due to local regulations, there are only fixed area that the cruises can dock overnight so there are no cruises that can sleep in two different areas in the same trip. If you prefer a less crowded area, you can consider Bai Tu Long Bay such as Dragon Legend Cruise, which has its own unique 3 day 2 night route and does not return to pier to collect more guests.

A more well-rounded option, in my opinion, is Heritage Cruise Binh Chuan. Set sail as lunch is served

12h30-17h00: Join us for a typical lunch in the luxury dining room with indoor or outdoor dining area. You can observe our chef present your food directly to your table.

Check into your cabin. Time to refresh and unwind.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of some islets such as Con Vit Islet , and Thumb Islet while we move to Ao Ech Area.

Drop anchor for kayaking to discover limestone islands, soak in the emerald water or just simply sunbathe at our Celestial Pool area or at your private balcony.

07h30: Have light breakfast with a panorama view of the bay. After breakfast, enjoy your free time on the boat. You can enjoy spa therapies, play board games, watch TV, etc.

10h00-11h30: Vietnamese buffet is served in our Cirrus Cloud restaurant. Then you can go back to your cabin to pack a small bag for the trip to the Viet Hai village , which is located on Cat Ba island.

13h15: Transfer by the speedboat heading to Viet Hai Village.

Afternoon: Take a bicycle ride or go by car to enjoy gorgeous sceneries along village roads and go through rain forests. We also visit a local family’s house to see the daily life of local people. Back to the speedboat to continue cruising further in Lan Ha Bay.

15h00: Our speedboat will stop at a natural beach area for swimming. It’s the perfect time for you to take unique photos with the astounding scenery around you.

Early evening: Return to the Elite of the Seas, take your time to refresh, play a game at our golf course or relax with massage services as we cruise to our sleeping area. Dinner is served with a different menu.

Refunds due to bad weather will be issued based on the length of the tour already completed.

All cruises in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay which want to stop overnight in the Bay must be licensed to manage the Bay and provide safe service.

In the days of bad weather (rainstorms, high winds, big waves, etc.), the Bay management board will consider giving a license or not to the overnight cruise provider to ensure the safety of tourists.

In such a case, we will apply the following policies:

• If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only lunch service + the transfer (if taken).
• If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit Halong bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only for the daily cruise trip, entrance fee, lunch and the transfer (if taken).
• If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day, have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1 night price for cruise trip + the transfer (if taken).
• If you arrive at the harbor and have a lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, visit the bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1 night price and 5 hours on a daily cruise trip, lunch, entrance fee + the transfer (if taken).

The Bay Management Board often gives notice to cancel the overnight sleep permit, possibly while you are on the tour. In such situations, we would like to ask for your understanding about it.

The rainy season from August to October in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay often has very unusual weather conditions, so overnight cruises in the bay can be canceled unexpectedly, and often with very late notice.

The spa is available on luxury cruises. Please kindly notice that this is an exclusive service. You will book the service with the cruise manager directly and pay yourself on the cruise.

If you intend to go kayaking, plan to have a change of clothes as you will easily get wet.

As for shoes, choose what is appropriate according to the temperatures and bring along trainers/walking shoes for the excursions (visiting caves, hiking, cycling, etc.).

Don’t forget your bathing suit! If you are cruising for 3 days/2 nights, you will be transferred on the second day, from about 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM on our day boat. You can plan to have a small backpack to take to the day boat as you will be able to leave the rest of your baggage in your cabin.

Swimming is permitted in Halong Bay, Vietnam, but it's crucial to adhere to safety guidelines. Grand Balcony

Grand Balcony cabins are located on the main deck, with the option for two single beds or a double bed. Broad windows offer picture-perfect views of Lan Ha Bay from anywhere in the cabin. All cabins have balconies, including the entry-level Grand Balcony cabins, with comfortable chairs in which to sit back with a book and absorb the views. The large en-suite bathrooms feature a spacious standing shower, with luxury shampoos, soaps, and other self-care products.

Executive Grand Balcony

Located on the upper deck of the ship with unobstructed views of poetic Lan Ha Bay. The sumptuous cabin features a comfortable seating area as well as a walk-in closet and an ensuite marble bathroom.

Grand Balcony Suite

Located at the back of the upper deck with its own private terrace, the cabin is opulent with an abundance of space, and well equipped with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, standing shower, and walk-in closet.

Captain’s View Grand Suite

Being far and away the most premium cabin offered on any ship in Lan Ha Bay, the Captain’s View Grand Suite is located on the upper deck at the front of the ship, with the option for two single beds or a double bed. The large forward-facing terrace highlights the bay, and promises to be treasured private space during the cruise. The spacious cabin allows for a walk-in closet, safe, television, bedside table and light, and other amenities to add the final special touch. The large en-suite marble bathroom features a bathtub and standing shower, with luxury shampoos, soaps, and other self-care products.
