Ultimate Galapagos Islands Adventure

The guides were terrific, very educational and entertaining. We loved the ability to stay at 4 of the different islands, and have an ocean view from every room! We got to see and do so much! I was never board, snorkeling, biking, watching and learning about the animals and environment, hiking, kayaking, etc…. It was great that the agenda was flexible. Having the agenda changed to enable us to be able to participate in all activities instead of having to pick and choose was fantastic! We were excited to find out we could snorkel the tuneles and hike the volcano. The food was fantastic, they were able to accommodate my gluten allergy every we went. All the local restaurants we very good at accommodating allergies as well as giving us a fantastic variety of local delicious foods. All in all it was an amazing trip that I definitely recommend!

What people love about diving tours.

I loved every bit of this trip in Thailand. Everyone was wonderful, too. Made friends from all over the world that will last forever. Definitely will be back in Thailand. Our guide Paige from Intro was amazing. She was funny & caring. Even after the Intro tour, the scuba diving trainers from SimpleLife were amazing, too. They were very detailed on our 20 safety skill test. Everyone felt anxious when we first started, but at the end we felt confident & comfortable in case if anything happened. There is always room for improvement with more dive, we will get better. The only reason why I took out a star was because of the cost. Be aware you are only getting like 8 meals throughout the 13 days & may pay a bit for the transportation. It would be reasonable to have at least one meal a day.

Absolutely amazing, best instructors!

The 72-degree spring water allows divers to dive year round and gives the manatee a beautiful place to live. The Florida Springs offer depths from shallow snorkel locations to 120 ft. recreational scuba diving sites. The visibility at some springs is unmatched with over 200ftof crystal clear water.

American Pro Diving Center offers discount vacation dive and snorkel packages to save you money. The discount price for the tours is without any gear as gear rental is additional. If you have your own gear bring them or we do offer a full rental line. When you rent gear from us the last day is Free in all of the packages. The tours are guided and if you don’t see the package you want just call, so we can accommodate your needs.

Snorkel Delight Snorkel Package 1.5 Day

Price: $159.99 (2 manatee snorkels plus 1 drift snorkel).

Day 1  – Start the day Snorkeling with the manatee on Crystal River and drift the Rainbow River after lunch.

Day 2  – We saved the best for last! Snorkel the beautiful Blue Waters of Homosassa. Enjoy a peaceful encounter with these gentle giants. During the winter months the Homosassa is offered on the second day and the rest of the year the second day trip would be on the Crystal River. Every manatee trip offers different opportunities to see different things and usually at different locations on the bay.

Note-: Divers in the family who are in the snorkel package can up grade for 20 dollars plus any rental gear to dive on the Rainbow River trip on day one without being separated from your family.

Note-: Divers may trade the second, third or fourth day of afternoon dives in the package for different dive locations of equal cost. An example of a trade would be Manatee Springs for Blue Grotto but keep in mind Manatee Springs offers two dives at that site and Blue Grotto offers one dive. All packages include the entrances fees to the dive sites except Rainbow River which this park requires each person to pay the five dollar entrance fee individually.

It stretches far and so we offer charters for those who want to go more far afield. The Honu One is our 46′ newton custom dive boat built specifically to our specifications. This vessel is an industry standard and beloved dive boat. She’s spacious and comfy featuring cushy SeaDek, plenty of seating, and multiple places to lounge. Since we only take 12 divers on this 49 passenger boat it is super roomy and you’ll find sometimes you’re alone while you gaze into the ocean’s rippling surface. She also has a restroom, camera table, and hot water shower. The Honu Lele is our premium boat for Kona diving. At 33.5 feet long she is by no means small but only takes 6 divers in our more exclusive premium advanced charter. Our strict requirements mean you’ll be certain to have other divers that are more seasoned aboard with you. Featuring full shade and cushy SeaDek underfoot she is sleek and fast giving you then opportunity to visit dive sites that few others will ever see. Pickup from Tawau Airport (preferably by 10 am) and travel about one hour and fifteen minutes to the town of Semporna. At Semporna jetty, embark for another one hour boat ride to the Mabul Island. Check in to your room followed by briefing conducted by the dive crew.

What To Expect In A Tioman Island Package

M ost packages for Tioman Island are fairly similar. You can usually expect to get a transfer to and from the ferry jetty (where necessary), accommodation for the duration of your stay, and some meals. You may also get an activity or two, such as a diving or a snorkelling trip.

Most resorts offer breakfast and dinner each day, and some offer an additional packed lunch during excursions. Many of the resorts include a romantic dinner for two in packages designed for honeymoons or other getaways for couples.

When booking your package, do keep in mind that the best time to visit Tioman Island is between March and October. Travel during the wet season isn’t recommended, as not only can ferry crossings be dangerous, but many of these resorts may also be closed.

What Else To Consider When Booking your Tioman Island Travel Package

As mentioned above, most of the package Pulau Tioman options are fairly similar with what they offer, but you will definitely want to think about the location of the resort you choose. Do you want to be right on the beach to really get the best out of your travel package to Pulau Tioman? Or do you not mind being a bit set back from it.

Most of the resorts mentioned in this guide have ocean view room package options for their Pulau Tioman packages (which will cost more) as well as garden or pool view rooms that will be lower priced. There’s also some dorm bed options for budget travellers.

If you’re wondering about things like the snorkeling Tioman price, you may well find that it is cheaper to go snorkelling with a local operator rather than to pay for it in your package. However be aware that standards of operators vary and for that reason I suggest booking it as part of your package or through your chosen resort.

If you love to stay active on your trips, then it’s definitely worth keeping an eye out for a Pulau Tioman activity package.

It’s also a good idea to think about your preferences when it comes to meals. Would you prefer to have all of your meals included in your Tioman Island resort package, or do you prefer a half board package over a Pulau Tioman full board package so that you can choose to have lunch elsewhere outside the resort?

If you’re planning on trying out local restaurants as well, make sure you book a resort package on a beach that has restaurants around, as some resorts can be isolated.

Top Pulau Tioman Tour Package Options

Tioman dive resort package.

Tioman Dive Resort is a beachfront property on ABC Beach (or Air Batang) which is the absolute top choice if you love diving or want to learn how.

It’s closely connected to B & J Dive Centre, a five-star PADI Diving education centre and one of the top diving centres in Malaysia. For this reason, it caters very well to divers. This is where I recommend you book your Tioman package if you want to dive.

The rooms range from twin to triple and quad options. Every room has air-conditioning, TV and a refrigerator. It is a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for relaxing when you’re not diving. They are well presented and among the better rooms on the island.

Even better is if you’re a budget traveller, they have dorm rooms as well.

There isn’t a restaurant on-site but there is a bar. Multiple eating options are close by, however.

2 Night Leisure Dive Package

This is the perfect package for divers. You can also chose whether to stay in a dorm, deluxe or executive room. This Tioman Island vacation package works for 1 – 4 people. It includes:

Next in my list of Pulau Tioman resort package options, Salang Beach Resort is on the northern end of the island’s western coast, located on the stunning Salang Beach. The pristine beach is just a quick walk from the resort’s relaxing chalets, which range from budget fan rooms to deluxe bungalows, as well as family rooms.

The resort’s facilities include a restaurant, convenience store and can assist with a range of activities such as snorkelling and diving. 

This is a great Tioman package if you want everything included including some fun dives. This includes:

Paya Beach Resort Tioman Package

Paya Beach Resort is a 4-star resort located on the west coast of Tioman island. Here you will find stunning white sandy beaches, breathtaking views and clear turquoise water perfect for snorkelling or diving.

There is a range of room options available including stunning beachfront chalets and villas.  Whether you are coming as a couple, a group of friends or with family, there is the perfect room for you. Although do note that cheaper room types tend to be in need of a renovation.

Facilities on-site include a pool, beachside bar and grill, various restaurants, playground, a day spa and more. 

3D2N Full Board Tioman Travel Package

With this great all-inclusive Tioman Island package 3D2N, you’ll have everything you need for the holiday of a lifetime. Packages include:

• Two nights of accommodations
• Two Malaysian breakfasts and dinners, along with BBQ Action Stall and one theme lunch
• A snorkeling boat trip to Ringgis Island and Marine Park
• Morning yoga classes
• A guided walking tour of the rainforest and mangrove swamp
• A welcome drink

3D2N Tioman Island Diving Package

If you’re after a Pulau Tioman Paya Beach Resort package with diving – this is the one for you. The basic Tioman diving course package is for a two-night stay. Other similar packages are available for longer or shorter stays. This basic package includes:

• Two nights of accommodation
• T wo buffet breakfasts
• Four open sea dives

To take this package, you need to be a certified diver already (and show proof). There is a beginner package available too with a pool and sea dive.

The bad part about this package is that it doesn’t include equipment rental so there are additional costs.

3D2N Romantic Paya Resort Tioman Package

This three-day package is perfect if you’re looking for a Pulau Tioman honeymoon package, an anniversary celebration, or any other romantic getaway for two. This Pulau Tioman package 3d2n includes:

• Accommodation for two nights
• Romantic flower décor in the room to celebrate your arrival
• Malaysian breakfast daily
• One romantic candlelit dinner prepared by the talented chef
• A walking tour of the rainforest and mangrove swamp
• Welcome drink

Sun Beach Resort Package

Sun Beach is a nice resort located on the southwestern side of Tioman Island. The resort has a wide sandy beach and is surrounded by lush tropical rainforest making it the ideal setting for a great escape.

It consists of rows of chalets situated next to the beach. Most of the chalets offer fans and air conditioning, and you get free Wi-Fi with your stay. Amenities at the resort include a pool, spa, restaurant, gardens, and beach views.

Tioman Island Tour Package Options

This package is ideal for those seeking a longer stay. Along with this 4D3N package, there is also a similar 3D2N package as well as a Tioman package 2 days 1 night. These packages are similar, but they offer fewer excursions, or in the case of the single-night package, no excursions at all.  Packages include:

• Accommodation for three nights
• Three dinners (including one BBQ dinner), two packed lunches and three breakfasts as well as three suppers
• One snorkelling day trip (equipment hire is extra)

3D2N Tioman Island Honeymoon Package  

If you’re planning a romantic holiday, this package will cover everything you need during your stay on Tioman. The package includes:

• Accommodation for two nights in a romantic suite
• Welcome drinks and tropical fruits basket on arrival
• Breakfast buffet daily
• Romantic candlelit dinner
• Romantic picnic lunch
• Romantic beach BBQ dinner
• A private snorkeling trip

The Barat Tioman Beach Resort Package

This resort is in the Kampung Juara beach on the eastern coast of Tioman Island. The resort enjoys a 2km stretch of golden sandy beaches, making it the ideal location for beach lovers who want a nice resort with plenty of options nearby.  

The resort offers 56 spacious rooms of varying types including stunning seafront chalets. In the rooms, you’ll find all the expected features, including air conditioning, television and balconies.  Rooms can accommodate couples right through to families and there are some good Tioman full board package options available here. 

There is a stack of great recreational activities and facilities for guests to enjoy such as a swimming pool (including a children’s pool), water sports, bar, restaurant and more.

Tioman Island Snorkeling Package Options

The Barat Tioman offers a variety of packages for three days and two nights. If you prefer to stay a little longer you can also book a Pulau Tioman package 4D3N. The basic 2 night package includes:

• Two breakfasts, one lunch, one dinner, and one BBQ dinner
• Two snorkeling trips
• Extra person available for an additional cost

Unfortunately, this package doesn’t cover transfers to the resort from the ferry terminal in Tekek which is an additional RM60 per adult.

Diving Tioman Package Options

There are three diving packages to choose from at this resort. The basic package is for 3D2N, but there are also three and four-night packages available. It should be noted that the basic 3D2N package requires that you already be a certified diver. If you need training, you’ll need to book the 4D3N “Open Water” package, which includes training. It also assumes you have or rent your own diving equipment

The most affordable package includes the following:

• Two breakfasts, one lunch, one dinner and one BBQ dinner
• Three dive vouchers (certified divers only with own equipment)

Again, you do need to pay for transfers to the resort from Tekek Jetty which cost RM60 per adult in addition to the package price.
