Went on the yellow boat at 6pm to see the sunset. William was our guide and he was so funny and kept us entertained throughout the ride. He shared interesting nuggets of information and took great pics. The ride was good and the captain knew how to make the journey fun. Would definitely recommend it.

Would not have been such an amazing time without Captain William and Maximo being a lot of fun, accommodating, and thoughtful. Consistently made sure if we were all having fun, if we were okay, or if we needed anything. 10/10 on the whole experience! Would do it all over again for sure but only if its Captain William and Max who will be there to guide and entertain us once again.

Fantastic! I would definitely recommend this to everyone who is visiting Dubai. Staff was very professional, and it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. It’s only for 99 mins but you get to see all the major landmarks. It’s a guided tour so you will get amazing information during the tour.

The yellow boat speedboat trip is considered the most popular tour in Abu Dhabi. We highly recommend this fun filled speed ride to get to know Abu Dhabi in a unique way and, with a bit of luck, see wild dolphins that like to play in the waters near Emirates Palace Hotel. The boat seats a maximum of 11 passengers and children below 15kg are not allowed on board for safety reasons. The knowledgeable captain will explain and point out sights and fun facts. Trip 2 and 3 commence from the luxurious Emirates Palace Marina which gives you a unique opportunity to view this private yacht harbor of the rich which is normally closed to the public.

Terms & Conditions

Payment The Yellow Boats LLC will require a credit/debit card details as a guarantee to confirm the bookings. The Yellow Boats LLC will be authorised to charge the card in case payment is not received within the allowed credit term, as stated below. In absence of a credit/debit card, the tour amount should be paid before the tour departure.

Children Children tickets are applicable for children aged up to 12 years old. Children weighing less than 15 kilograms cannot be carried for safety reasons. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Check in Guests must arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the tour departure time.

Pregnancy For safety reasons we do not permit women at any stage of pregnancy on-board.

Cancellations For cancellation of your booking you must notify The Yellow Boats 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure time (unless an otherwise period has been notified in writing on booking). Group Bookings (minimum of 1 boat) - Must be notified to The Yellow Boats LLC prior to 4 weeks in advance of the tour departure without any charges. Cancellation between 2 to 4 weeks of the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 2 weeks of tour departure.

No shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that 12:00 departure is not available from 01st May to 15th September due to extreme heat

The greater portion of Abu Dhabi – the city, is actually sitting on its own little island cluster, connected to the mainland with a series of bridges.

Dalma Island can be accessed via a ferry from Sir Baniyas ferry terminal, there’s a Dhs20 ticket to go on foot or you can bring your car for Dhs100.  Once you reach the island, you’ll feel a world away from any city. It’s a very quiet island, so don’t expect much in the way of iced lattes or multiplex cinemas — instead, find nature’s raw allure, laid bare with enchanting untouched scenery and a large population of nesting socotra cormorants.

We all know Abu Dhabi has some pretty unique adventures on offer. It’s a city with more records under its belt than Paul McCartney after all, and usually that scarcity of experience is something to celebrate, enjoying these indigenous gems make us feel special, privileged. But there are some encounters we wish weren’t so rare. The Environment Agency — Abu Dhabi (EAD) has calculated that the coastal waters of Abu Dhabi are home to approximately 700 humpback dolphins, which, sadly, makes it potentially the largest community of these endangered creatures in the world. Saadiyat is probably one of your best shots at seeing these magnificent animals in the wild, as their preferred feeding grounds stretch along the northern beaches and across to Jubail’s mangroves. Grab a pair of binoculars and head to one of the many hotels along that shorefront (including Jumeirah at Saadiyat and Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island) and get yourself a day pass. Or there’s the  beach club, Soul  for an affordable alternative to hotel flop-and-dropping.
