Entrance Fee: £5.00 first child, £3.50 every subsequent child (maximum 2 hours stay): Non walkers £1.00 unless accompanied by a sibling then free: Height Limit 148 cm (4’10”). Childminders day Thursday – Entrance £3.00 per child Please read our RULES OF PLAY for full details.

At Safari Sams we run several events throughout the week. These events are aimed to both stimulate and develop young children including building their confidence and social skills.

Food and Drink

Enjoy a  drink and something to eat with your child at Safari Sam's. Our menu includes a range of hot and cold sandwiches, salads, jacket potatoes etc. All food is freshly prepared on the premises.

what a brill day me and baby sam had at safari sams!!! its much better now it has been re-opened! lovely and clean, the food was great. Its such a big place there is loads of room for the kids to play! we had a great day! we will be going back loads :) thank you safari sams. adele and baby sam

Safari Sams - New Owners, new Managers

I've been told that Safari Sam's is reopening on the 11th October 2010 having undergone a major clean and refurbishment, including new toys, new cafe, new furniture, new decor and a repaired roof!, can't wait................

Disappointment!

Why is there a web site for Safari Sams when it closed in May this year? Never mind Woodlands play gym in near by Meltham, which we found by chance, was perfect for my 3 year old grandson

Disgusting!! Took my 11 month old this morning to what could only be a few months build up of dust and muck! A puddle of a child’s wee in the under 3 play area and a complete disregard for safety

i did my work experience here and they helped me with a lot, the staff are really friendly and really respectful with customers and i really enjoyed myself.

Ridiculously hot, dirty and the staff genuinely couldn’t have cared less, they don’t have an ounce of customer service between them. I’ve been twice now, second time was second chance but still the same. Not sure how it survives when everyone says the same thing locally.

We booked Safari Sam’s for my sons 5th birthday party and he loved it. The large play gym, bouncy castle and ride on cars entertained all the children from 2-7years old. There is a separate party room at the back with plenty of space for all the adults and the ladies running it were amazing and made it so easy as a parent. Would definitely book again.

Had our young child’s birthday party here, with the basic party package. Very good value for money, kids got plenty of food. There was enough room to for the adults to feel like we weren’t on top of each other. Kids all had a great time, staff ensured that the whole process was pretty stress free and would definitely recommend to others.

Such a shame, this place has such potential but they’ve clearly become complacent. The whole place is filthy, the toys need a really good clean particularly in the baby area. The sit on cats seem fairly new, but everything else needs updating. Some toys are broken with sharp bits. The soft play mats don’t meet, and the dirt down the holes is revolting. The holes also meant that numerous kids tripped up- a safety issue. Ordered a sandwich which came with salad and it was old and brown. Given the current climate, cleanliness should be top of the list in places like this, and I dont believe there is an excuse for not keeping things clean.
