Fantastic Service from Start to Finish

This was the 1st time we had used a Sports Travel Company for MotoGP,s having previously arranged our own tours, but that was pre-Covid. Being senior citizens we were a little apprehensive but that was soon dispelled. From start to finish the service was excellent, Lounge at Gatwick and Faro, a Personal taxi to and from the 5 star Hotel, and a fantastic Saturday evening out at a local Bar/Restaurant. All we had to do was get to Gatwick and back. The rest was comprehensively covered by MST. Our guides Nic & Christina went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after from start to finish. Would definitely recommend MST to anyone looking for a tour. Most satisfied.

MST organised trip to MotoGP Portugal…

MST organised trip to MotoGP Portugal was fantastic. Took the worry about getting to and from the track with organised pick ups. Great seats. Really enjoyed the trip and would use MST again.

Just back from the Turkish F1 2021

Just back from the Turkish F1 2021 Craig you rock. Fantastic experience can’t wait for the Dutch and Singapore reunion. Very well organised. Solo traveller. Had a fantastic time. Hotel in a wonderful part of Istanbul all sightseeing within 15 mins.

We had a bit of a nightmare with out…

We had a bit of a nightmare with out travel arrangements, not MST's fault, but the went out of their way to help sort it out. Overall it was a great experience and booking with them made the whole thing easy. Nice hotel, airport transfers, track transfers overall very good. Thank you.

Fabulous location, very comfortable room. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Staff as good as you would get anywhere. Helpful and polite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting good quality accommodation in a central location in Barcelona.

This hotel is at the top end of the rambla out of the door and straight into restaurants and cafes. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and speak perfect English. The breakfast is an extended continental all the usual and scrambled eggs and Spanish bacon and frankfurter sausages. Lots to choice from. One negative is no tea and coffee in the room. Lovely pool area on the roof.

I've stayed in a number of hotels in my previous trips to Barcelona, and easily this has to have been the best experience. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The terrace gives a wonderful view of Barcelona. Due to heavy booking at the hotel, I and my friends had our rooms upgraded to include balconies overlooking La Rambla. I would definitely stay at the Regente again and recommend it to friends and family.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. Everyone at the hotel treated us very nicely at the reception and at breakfast (which was basic but fresh and tasty). The room was a little disappointing: the window had a wall in front of it, it was pretty small, and instead of one large bed we got two beds put together. The location was amazing and nearby lots of the major attractions!

I was used to be in this hotel, never impressed with accommodation and not even with breakfast but happy to be in Rambla Catalunya. Today I keep going to Barcelona but I found other options. I can say that this Hotel is on average.

Tourmaster Ridgecrest warranty

I purchased a Tourmaster Ridgecrest gear (jacket + pants) from Motorsport last September, quite an investment but it served me well while on a tour of Patagonia in the winter. However the belt strap lost one of the 2 pressure buttons: it broke, split in half. Confident that this was under warranty (I have the registration cards here), I contacted Tourmaster/Helmet House who wouldn't do anything and redirect me to Motorsport, who would also not do anything and -this is the best part- recommend me to go to a Cleaner to get it fixed... So much for the warranty which is -you need to know that- a total bogus!

Ordered something and came in way undersize but labeled the correct size. Misrepresented product but yet won't give a refund. Buyer beware!

Bait and switch

Bait and switch. We saw the order was wrong on the confirmation email - but they wouldn't let us change it because they had "scanned it to ship it." They wanted to send out the tires and have ME pay to return them once they arrived. They've done this or worse to our Veterans Outreach program thrice. Never again. Any buck saved with Motosport is worth paying as insurance somewhere else. Seriously.

My go to for motorcycle parts

Motosport.com has been a fantastic resource for hard to find parts. Restoring older European off-road bikes can be challenging and often expensive. I have been able to acquire reasonably priced OEM parts for my older KTM and Husqvarna bikes by part number using their search function. Motosport offers free shipping on orders over $50, which helps keep costs down. Grateful to be able to use Motosport.

False shipping date

They told me my order would ship out October 29th and get here November 3rd. When I contacted them to see why my order was still processing. they informed me that most of my order wouldn’t even be here till the November 3rd date and that some of the order wouldn’t be here till December 5th??? Then their response was that’s just an estimate. What sort of estimate is a month off? Won’t be using their service again. And suggest others don’t as well

Motosport is the only place you should shop..

If you shop anywhere else, you are missing out. Motosport ships fast and their customer service is impeccable. Their FastCash system is awesome. I have already ordered a skid plate for my mx bike completely free due to FastCash. I will never shop anywhere else. They have earned a customer for life. Even one day at my local mx track a motosport rep guy was there and gave me a free t shirt just randomly. These guys are cool and deserve great reviews because they do great business!

MotoSports....Shop elsewhere

MotoSport commonly tells you they have your parts in stock with a reasonable delivery date. Then a week or two latter you get an email saying your parts are on back order. This has happened to me and many of my friends I ride with. Spend your money elsewhere, there’s other suppliers who actually care about there customers and are honest about there product availability. Jason L

Horrendous customer service

Called and talked to Dan Beloit to try and get a price-match on some items. Employee "price-matched" and went $160+ over on order, then instructed to follow-up with Customer Service with any questions. Called to obtain further clarification, and was treated extremely rudely by responding customer service agent, who told me to 'just call back and speak with Dan' who wasn't going to be back in office for a few days. No further discussion to be had.

Installed a oil pump purchased from…

Installed a oil pump purchased from Motosport in July 2021 and it had failed by October. OEM part. Said they wouldn't replace it because it wasn't Installed by a dealership. They do not have a disclaimer that states this information about OEM parts. Who do they think they are selling these parts to?

Liars and cheats

Motosport has big bold print on items labeled "IN STOCK SHIPS TOMORROW". More often than not the items are NOT in stock and NEVER ship the next day! If you give any item a bad review they entirely delete the review like you don't exist. This makes the entire review system FRAUDULENT. Don't waste your time or money with these lying jerks.

Horrible customer service and shipping

I ordered a Carb Jet. Which is very small tiny thing, they charger me with 2 day shipping and there has been a week now and they package is somewhere lost and they refuse to issue a refund or to resend me the item now I had to spend the same amount again just because their inability to do business. Horrible customer service and terrible shipping, do yourselves a favor and avoid this company, try buying from reputable places, or sites like Amazon or Ebay.

Customer service sucks!!!

Ordered OEM KTM parts online, UPS never delivered package. Made claims with UPS but could only go as far as I’m not the shipper, informed MotoSport about it. That next step should be from the shipper. UPS did their own investigation and could not locate package. MotoSport Customer Service replied at first then ghosted me. To be fair my other purchases online did arrived and were good deal. Looked somewhere and found KTM world, ordered most of the lost parts and got it. My advise for OEM KTM parts, best to go to KTM world. Priced lower than MotoSport and with EXCELLENT customer service. Night and day difference.

They have gone downhill quickly in 2020

It always sucks when one of your favorite stores changes for the worse. Motorsport.com has gone downhill in 2020. I have used them for over eight years, and I really don't want to anymore. Their customer service has gone downhill quickly. They do not address my problems. It takes numerous attempts to resolve an issue. Their shipping has started taking way to long. They won't let me post reviews addressing their problems. I recommend Partzilla.com!

Had a great experience with MotoSport.com

Had a great experience with motosport.com Great customer service. They had only 1 Akrapovic titanium exhaust left in stock. Customer service helped verify that instead of authorizing an order for an item they didn’t have like a previous website I dealt with. Item shipped that same day just as advertised, and it actually arrived earlier than the posted ETA. I also got 45$ to spend on their website. I will definitely be shopping here again. -Josh

Parts cancellation

I ordered some parts that I was later informed of being back ordered. I got an email given three options. Wait for the order, exchange with something in stock, or cancel. I chose cancel and sent three emails in relation to my decision. They sent no confirmation of my emails and still sent the parts later which I no longer need. Very poor communication with customer and attention to their business. Never doing business with them again not do I recommend anyone else.

Jacob park is the man in your parts department he helped me get parts shipped to Hawaii that other wise would not ship outside lower 48 he also went the extra mile to look up detailed parts list for my bottom end gasket kit This gentleman should be made a hawaiii service representative Thanks again Jacob P.

They sent me the wrong item

They sent me the wrong item, made me print out a return label, drive the box to the UPS store, and didn’t send my correct item until they received the incorrect item back. No offer for the package to be picked up, and they made me feel like it was my obligation to correct their mistake. Because if their mistake, I had to wait an extra month for my product, and they didn’t offer anything for my inconvenience. Will not buy from them again.

Dirt bike boots...no help

I've been tinkering with buying fixing up and selling dirt bikes for about a year now. I recently have got my son riding and taking an interest in helping me. I bought him a new pair of oneal boots for Christmas, in February he was kickstarting his bike and hit footpeg put a hole in the side of his boot. I called motosport they didn't help, said it wasn't a warranty issue. I'm a little disappointed after buying so much from them lately. Just buy cheapest you can nobody is going to help when you need it.
