Cruises N More (especially DebAnn) is the best!!!! When we needed assistance booking our cruise Cruises N More was the first place I thought of. Sure glad we did.

I used cruises-n-more to book 2 cabins for a mediterrean cruise. I went through the cruisecompete link (I believe cruise compete and cruises-n-more are the same company). Through the link they advertised a web rate and a 10% onboard credit. After I purchased the cruise I called to inquire about my 10% onboard credit and they told me that the 10% was built into the web price. So I would not be receiving the 10% OBC and if I want the OBC instead they will have to increase the price of my booking. (You also have the option to decline the 10% OBC during the booking, if you declined, it was the still the same web price?!) I spoke to the manager for 40mins basically she told me they covered their ass by putting some fine print on the website that not all cruises qualified for the 10% OBC even though the promotion was stated on my confirmation. After the end of the conversation she said she can give me a $50 credit instead for each cabin but when I logged on to my NCL account there was only a $20 credit. I called her back and she said NCL does not allow her to combine the $50 credit with the $30 that NCL originally gave me for my booking. I wish I did more research before booking with them. If I had known I was not getting the 10% OBC I would have booked with Costco, at least I know they are a reputable company. This company is shady and has false advertisement, I would stay away in the future.

I just booked with them also using Cruise Compete. Basically Expedia was beating NCL direct and Cruise.com and almost every other cruise site by $70, this company was about $20 less than Expedia plus they are promising a $100 on board credit and a bottle of wine. On cruise compete there was a link to buy it online. When you click the link you have to manually check off that you accept the promo to get the on board credit and wine. I read their terms and looked over everything and did not see any travel insurance charges - maybe because I booked online. I'll try to remember to come back and update the review when Im back!

As a sales rep in the industry this agency hands down has bona fide credibility in the cruising industry. The management team at Cruises-N--More strives to find the best value for their guests. After 15 years of experience they know all the in's and out's of what each cruise line can do. So when they tell you that's the best they can do, it is! If you have any issues ask for one of their managers and they will review the situation and see if there's anything that one of their agents missed. If not remember at the end of the day Cruises-N-More is working for you the guest, but also following policy of cruise lines. Not every cruise line has the same policy. That's why working with an agency like this one will save you time and money. Bon Voyage!

I have booked many, many cruises with Cruises-n-More over the last 8 years or so and have always had a good experience. I've booked with various agents but have been working primarily with Debbie most recently. I have to say that Debbie has always gone above and beyond the call of duty. Even in situations when she's reasonably sure my request cannot be met by the cruise line, she goes the extra mile and makes the effort and has even put me on 3-way calls so I can hear firsthand what they are saying. Sometimes we're successful and sometimes we're not, but the point is that she makes the effort Additionally, she always gets back to me in a timely manner. I've booked with other agencies in the past & sometimes I would wait days for them to get back to me. Not the case with cnm. Definitely recommend.

Be very careful when booking with CRUISES-N-MORE!!! This Agency has agents that charge more on your credit card then you authorize. Tell you it was the cruise line mistake and it will be corrected on your next months bill. When that does not happen they say they will send you a check and then the check bounces. Cruises N More is the booking company and their address is on the invoice but they want you to deal with the agent you booked with. Cruises N More gets the benefits of the booking but the Company will not take responsiblity for their agents and their actions. Ernie Ortega was the agent and this is NOT the first time he has over charged bookings. I have found that he moves around to different agencies so he can keep scamming people. I spoke with Tifini twice at cruisesnmore and she was no help. I have been a cruiser for many years and there are agencies that you can trust but NOT CRUISES N MORE. From now on I will Google the Agency and the Booking Agent.!!!

Used Steven from this agency as well as Orlando a bunch of times and MORE times than not got the lowest price using cruisecompete.com. They beat many other agencies and customer service is SUPER good.

Good prices, service sucks. Phone calls not returned. Agent I originally booked through is no longer there. Called Winston, left message, no return call. Called Evelyn, left message, no return call. (Though in previous conversation Evelyn had given me incomplete info.)

I booked a cruise for my parents in August 2010, so this review is long overdue. If I had one piece of advice for anyone looking to book with this company, it is: be a wary shopper. I had no hiccups, but I avoided a few potential issues booking with them. First, I only found out about this company because through cruisecompete.com. I selected the cruise I was interested in, and after submitting my profile, Cruises-n-more was one of a few companies that replied. They did not come in with the lowest bid, but they were very competitive and offered a few bonuses for the cruise on NCL. I called spoke to an agent named Gladys who assisted me in booking the cruise. However, I had to remind her about the bonus offers that were advertised ($200 onboard credit, $100 additional promo) because she got it wrong the first time. But to balance that out, she was helpful in arranging the special AARP discount through NCL. And she assisted in a room change after booking. One additional problem I had with this company is their corporate policy of including travel insurance in the quote. So even though I insisted that we did not want travel insurance, the invoice I received contained an additional charge for travel insurance, amounting to 10% of the total fees. I quote verbatim from the invoice: "NOTE: Anyone not wanting insurance must decline it in writing within twenty-four hours of final payment. The email should be addressed to your agent along with a carbon copy to [email address redacted] or if you would prefer, you may fax a letter to [fax number redacted]. The email or fax must contain the names of the passengers rejecting the coverage, the booking number, ship and sail date. You will receive an updated invoice showing the insurance removed as verification we received your email. If you do not hear back from us regarding your desire to remove the travel protection within 48 hours of your sending us the cancellation email or fax, it is your responsibility to speak with your agent or one of our representatives, or we will assume you understand the value of the protections and keep it on your invoice and charge your credit card. Regardless, we will still need an email or a fax from you if you plan to reject the coverage. " Yes, a shady way of doing business. Gladys informed me that I should follow the instructions to decline the travel insurance. It was the only way to opt-out of the travel insurance. So, if you book through them, just be careful to read the terms and conditions. I would book through them again because they have competitive prices and bonus offers, but would be extremely careful during the booking process. After all, after the booking process, my parents' cruise went off without a hitch!

Excellent service by KEVIN MARTINEZ he went the extra mile to get additional OBC from the cruise line. Answered my questions in a speedy and courteous manner, I will defiantly make Cruise-N-More my travel agency of choice.
