Adaptive cruise control supplements conventional cruise control with an active vehicle-to-vehicle distance control feature. Designed for use on freeways and express ways, in vehicle-to-vehicle distance control mode, your car automatically accelerates or decelerates in order to maintain a preset following distance from the vehicle traveling directly ahead of you.

To activate the system, press the "ON/OFF" button at the end of the stalk on the lower end of the right side of the steering wheel. The radar-ready indicator will appear in the Multi Information Display.

Accelerate or decelerate to your intended speed, then press the stalk down to set it. If you want to go faster, push the stalk upward and hold until you've reached the desired speed and then release it. Or, if you want to slow down, push the stalk down and hold as you decelerate, then release it once you've reached the desired speed.

To cancel cruise control, tap the brakes, pull the stalk towards you or turn the system off with the ON/OFF button.

Adaptive Cruise Control was designed to maintain the preset distance between your car and the car driving in the same lane directly ahead of you.

When it’s active, it automatically adjusts for changes in the speed of the vehicle traveling directly ahead of you in order to maintain the vehicle-to-vehicle distance you set.

In the event that you would like to change the preset distance between vehicles, you can do so by using the radar range button located on the lower right side of the steering wheel. Simply press the button repeatedly to cycle through the ranges available. You'll find them displayed on the Multi Information Display. And finally, you can disable the distance holding feature by pushing the cruise control stalk away and holding it until the indicator disappears and the conventional cruise control indicator lights up.

How To Fix A Non-Working Cruise Control System On Your Toyota Camry

by Iker Serrano | Dec 5, 2022 | Camry

2015 camry cruise control

If the cruise control system on your Toyota Camry is not working properly, there are a few things you can do to fix it. First, check the fuse box to see if the fuse for the cruise control system has blown. If it has, replace it with a new fuse. Next, check the cruise control switch to see if it is turned on. If it is not, turn it on and see if the system works. If the system still does not work, there may be a problem with the cruise control module .

A toyota camry parking sensor module is located behind the trunk’s right interior panel.

Yes, you can disable Toyota’s adaptive cruise control. You can do so by selecting CRUISE from the drop-down menu on your steering wheel. When the steering wheel is connected, the button will be on the right side. Then, press the Reset button to turn off cruise control.

Cruise control is an option that can be installed in a car. A factory-installed cruise control system, on the other hand, cannot be compared to an aftermarket cruise control kit . You can either do it yourself or hire a professional to do it for you.

If you pull your foot off the gas pedal and step on the brake pedal for one second, your cruise control will return to normal; if you pull your foot off the gas pedal and step on the brake pedal again for an additional second, your cruise control will return to normal.

What Would Cause Cruise Control To Stop Working?

What Would Cause Cruise Control To Stop Working?

It is the most common cause of a cruise control failure. A blown fuse or a faulty brake pedal switch are two examples. The throttle control system may also be faulty, as may the ABS. It can also be caused by a faulty vacuum line in older cruise control systems.

Faulty cruise control could be the result of a variety of factors. When you’re driving, make sure your car insurance is up to date and will cover you in the event of an accident. Jerry will compare and analyze insurance rates from 50 of the best companies as part of his service.

If your vehicle is failing to go the speed you want, make sure the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel are set correctly and the cruise control switch is turned on. Cruise control saves gas, but it must be used correctly in order to avoid accidents.

Don’t Let A Blown Fuse Ruin Your Road Trip

When your cruise control system does not work, it is critical that you get your car to a mechanic as soon as possible to rule out any potential mechanical problems. If there is only one problem, a blown fuse, you might be able to repair it on your own.

What Do You Do When Cruise Control Doesn’t Work?

If your cruise control isn’t working, the first thing you should do is check the fuse. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new one of the same amperage. If the fuse looks fine, the next step is to check the cruise control vacuum reservoir . If the reservoir is empty, refill it with brake fluid. If the reservoir is full, the problem may be with the cruise control servo.

With cruise control, you can maintain a constant speed while keeping your foot on the gas pedal. If a fuse or relay is blown, the cruise control system may be unable to function. Car dealership Carr Chevrolet in Beaverton, Oregon has factory-trained technicians who can examine your vehicle. Older cruise control systems may operate using vacuum generated by the engine. The brake light switch is required by the cruise control system. You are more likely to be unable to stop your vehicle if the brakes are not working.

Cruise control, in addition to saving fuel, makes driving more comfortable. This also provides a great way to avoid potential injuries. It is very simple to turn on, and you usually find the buttons on or behind the steering wheel. Your cruise control will be able to direct you to a safe speed if you drive within the speed limit.

How Much Does It Cost To Fix Cruise Control On A Car?

Your vehicle’s cruise control system may need to be repaired, depending on its make and model, as well as the severity of the problem – costs range from $125 to $400 for issues related to cruise control.

Some vehicles may not have cruise control installed in them. The majority of aftermarket cruise control kits are complete with everything you need for installation. If you are unsure about how to install it, you will be responsible for the cost of the mechanic’s labor. Before you purchase a kit, make sure you understand the specifics. Cruise control is enabled by changing the position of your car’s throttle. Systems are controlled by proportional-integral-derivative PID, which is how they operate. The adaptive cruise control system enables you to set a constant speed while automatically adjusting it.

When using adaptive cruise control systems , the speed around curves is also slowed. You must follow the correct steps to install cruise control on your vehicle if you want to do so yourself. Your vehicle will typically have cruise control installed, if you haven’t already done so. DIY kits typically cost between $200 and $350: if you want a mechanic to install it, you’ll need to pay around $90 to $250 extra.

It is critical to purchase a system like the ACC. It is possible that the system will cost anywhere between $2000 and $2500, but your safety should not be jeopardized. A typical DIY kit costs between $200 and $350. If you want your system installed by a mechanic instead, it will cost you between $90 and $250. It’s critical for your safety to have the anti-caking feature installed in your vehicle, and its cost shouldn’t jeopardize it.

The Cost Of A Cruise Control Or Brake Switch Repai

If your cruise control or brake switch isn’t working properly, you should bring it in for repairs. Although it’s not a major issue, it can cost a few hundred dollars to get it fixed. Repairing a car typically requires your own expertise, but if you prefer, you can hire someone to do the job for you for around $200-350.

How The Camry’s Adaptive Cruise Control Works

Mechanical Details of the DRCC

On any stretch of road, cruise control allows you to give your leg a rest by automatically engaging the vehicle to continue on at current speed while at the same time depending on your input for minor steering changes and braking. The DRCC goes a step further, using active vehicle-to-vehicle distance control to automatically brake the vehicle when another car enters into the lane in front of you. Using radar technology, the vehicle gauges the speed of the car ahead of your own and then automatically adjusts your vehicle speed to maintain the preset following distance. It’s almost like having a car drive itself.

As time goes by, there will be a lot more advances in drive assist controls, but for now the DRCC from Toyota is the most advanced system currently on the market. Additional safety is always a positive thing and Toyota has been mindful of the safety of its vehicle occupants from day one. If you’re interested in trying out Toyota’s DRCC, you can check out Warrenton Toyota in Warrenton, VA today and get a feel for this remarkable new technology yourself!

2015 Toyota Camry review: Our expert's take

The redesigned 2015 Toyota Camry looks a little different but feels and performs the same as the old one — meaning the best reason to buy a new one is because you like the one you already have.

If you own a Toyota Camry and are thinking of buying a new one, you may as well just stop reading this review right now; chances are you’re going to buy another one regardless of what’s said here in the next few paragraphs. Buyer inertia is powerful with the Camry, and it’s one big reason why Toyota continues to sell hundreds of thousands of them year after year.

The company has updated the Camry for the 2015 model year, but the changes are so subtle that if you didn’t know it was being updated, you probably wouldn’t notice any difference (compare the 2014 and 2015 models here ). Big, dramatic changes to the company’s best-selling product have never been how Toyota works, but this year some challengers are stepping up their game — namely the new Hyundai Sonata and Subaru Legacy — making the Camry’s updates all the more important.

Exterior & Styling The 2015  Toyota Camry’s styling changes are subtle, and not entirely successful. The most noticeable alteration comes to the front end, where a gaping black plastic grille now extends from the edge of the hood all the way down to the street on the SE (it’s replaced by a multi-bar plastic look on some other trims). This is the least attractive styling change, giving the front end an oddly unfinished look, like Toyota forgot to attach the last piece of painted plastic to the bumper.

Things get better from there, thankfully, with new headlights and slightly revised sheet metal along the sides of the car, leading to new taillights that sadly look as generic as most of the offerings in this category. Faulting the Camry for generic styling is probably unfair; it’s like taking points off a refrigerator for being boxy. Given the constraints of designing a car for mass-market consumers who truly prefer function over form, the Camry is attractive enough to continue drawing happy buyers. With the notable exception of the new Ford Fusion and Mazda6, the competition isn’t winning any style awards, either; other best-sellers in the segment, like the Honda Accord and Nissan Altima, are just as generically car-shaped.

How It Drives Two engines are available for the  Toyota Camry, and they should be familiar by now. Standard (and present in my SE test car) is a 178-horsepower, 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Optional in higher trim levels is a much more powerful 268-hp, 3.5-liter V-6, still matched to the six-speed and routed only to the front wheels. All-wheel drive is not available and remains rare in this class, with the exception of the Ford Fusion and Chrysler 200, where it’s optional, and the Subaru Legacy, where it’s standard. The four-cylinder is reasonably smooth and powerful, allowing the Camry to keep up with highway traffic or accelerate briskly from a standing stop. The six-speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly, and the whole experience is generally unremarkable.

Competitors also offer four-cylinder base engines, but their powertrains do have some variations: The Accord and Altima now feature continuously variable automatic transmissions standard, meaning revs and noise in those cars are higher than in the Camry. For a similar price, the Fusion offers a tiny, 1.5-liter turbocharged engine that’s a few horsepower more powerful than the Camry’s base four-cylinder and provides decent seat-of-the-pants thrust. Both the Accord and Altima feature optional V-6 engines, while the Fusion’s larger optional power plant is a more powerful, turbocharged 2.0-liter engine.

The driving experience in the new Camry is largely the same as in the old Camry — calm, unchallenging and uneventful. Steering is light but not vague; despite significant boost from its power steering system to isolate the driver and provide an easygoing experience, it still feels accurate. The ride was a little choppier than I remember from my last experience in a Camry, with a loudness to bumps and broken pavement that wasn’t as well damped as in competing vehicles. The Camry tends to bounce more than expected over dips in the road, and the overall experience feels less sophisticated than in the Accord or Altima — and much less sophisticated than the Fusion’s excellent chassis. The Camry SE comes with a “sport-tuned suspension,” according to Toyota, so that may account for the harsher ride. Sporty is not the word that comes to mind with this Camry, though, making the idea of a sport model rather confusing.

The base four-cylinder engine is reasonably fuel-efficient, as well, rated 25/35/28 mpg city/highway/combined. A 175-mile test returned 29 mpg combined in our test car. This compares favorably with the Fusion equipped with the optional 1.5-liter, EcoBoost four-cylinder, which is rated 24/36/28 mpg, but lags behind the latest Accord (27/36/31 mpg) and Altima (27/38/31 mpg), both of which have the benefit of a CVT to boost fuel economy significantly, especially city mpg.

Interior Less has changed in the interior than on the exterior, with the overall look of the dash and door panels remaining largely the same (i.e., acres of gray plastic). Some upgrades to materials are evident, such as the genuinely good-looking SofTex fabric material that accents the seats in the SE, and some seams have been eliminated for a cleaner look. Still, this is basically the outgoing car’s interior.

There are strengths and weaknesses: Visibility is quite good in all directions, with clear sight lines and relatively slim pillars helping the driver see out. The tall roofline with upright styling means there’s plenty of headroom for front or backseat occupants. On the downside, material quality is still a step behind the leaders in the class, as are the sophistication of the electronics and quietness of the cabin: Road and wind noise are more apparent here than in the Camry’s competitors.

Comfort is largely a non-issue: The seats are flat and largely without bolstering — despite the sporting pretentions of the SE trim — but this means they accommodate a wider range of body types and drivers without complaint. The rear seats feature decent legroom and width for full-size adults, but it’s the tall, formal roofline and large rear windows that allow the cabin to feel spacious for backseat passengers. Space and comfort are on par with the Honda Accord, even if the  Toyota Camry’s technology and material quality are not. The Ford Fusion feels about as nice inside but not nearly as spacious, due to a swoopy low roofline that seriously cramps rear headroom. The Altima has decidedly more-sculpted front seats, but they’re not to everyone’s liking: On a recent comparison test, I found them to be supremely cushy and comfortable, but among my half-dozen colleagues, I was alone in that opinion.

Ergonomics & Electronics When you opt for a higher  Toyota Camry trim level, you get bells and whistles aplenty, but they still feel a step behind systems offered by competitors — especially the American brands’ units, like Chevrolet MyLink and Chrysler Uconnect. Opt for a midrange Camry, like my SE test car, and you get some basic functions on a standard 6-inch touch-screen that’s a major improvement over the outgoing model’s unit. Toyota’s Entune system has a fair number of features. Its USB port and Bluetooth allow for device connectivity, iPod control and hands-free voice commands, but the standard unit in the SE does not support apps like Pandora or Stitcher. Beyond the limited multimedia system, there isn’t much to talk about when it comes to the Camry SE’s standard electronics, though navigation and app suite goodies are optional on all trims from the SE on up.

Cargo & Storage A big part of the appeal of midsize sedans is their ability to haul people and stuff, and the  Toyota Camry does well in both departments. With 15.4 cubic feet of trunk room, the Camry is fully competitive with the main players in the segment. It matches the Altima and nearly matches the Accord (15.8 cubic feet), but comes up a little short of the Fusion’s 16.0 cubic feet of trunk space. Longer items can be accommodated when the Camry’s 60/40-split folding backseats are employed.

As of publication, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration had begun crash-testing the 2015  Toyota Camry. Thus far, it has earned four out of five stars in its frontal test but hasn’t been subjected to any additional testing. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has also tested the Camry, declaring it “Good” overall and awarding it the Top Safety Pick Plus status. See the Camry’s crash-test results here .

Not much extra safety equipment comes on a $24,665 midsize sedan like the SE; in order to get the full electronic suite of features like lane departure warning, front pre-collision warning, blind spot monitors and rear cross-traffic alert, one has to upgrade to the XSE trim then add these options — a $7,400 proposition. A backup camera is standard across the board. See what safety equipment comes standard on the sedan here .

Value in Its Class Camry sedans sell amazingly well thanks to their combination of reliability, comfort, space and ease of use. The deal isn’t too shabby, either, starting at $23,795, including destination, for a base Toyota Camry LE. My test car was an SE with just one option, a carpet set, which rang in at $24,890. If you so desire, you can option a Camry up to nearly $35,000, which will fill it with leather trim, imitation wood panels, navigation, full internet connectivity and a powerful V-6 engine.

There’s so much competition for the 2015  Toyota Camry that in our 2014 $27,000 Midsize Sedan Challenge, we had 10 contestants and still didn’t include all the models in the segment. There are two that challenge the Camry for midsize sales leadership every month, however, and another that’s catching up. The Honda Accord and Nissan Altima match the Camry very well in terms of space, ease of use, reliability, price and powertrains, but there are a few differences. The Accord is available in hybrid and plug-in-hybrid models, for instance, and has some unique safety features, like a blind spot camera, that come standard on its midlevel EX trim. Both the Accord and the Altima also edge the Camry in fuel economy, thanks to their CVTs.

The third contender is the Ford Fusion, which has been gaining ground since its successful redesign. It offers no V-6 engine, only powerful, turbocharged four-cylinder engines, but it does offer all-wheel drive, which is something only the Subaru Legacy and Chrysler 200 can match in this segment. Like the Accord, the Fusion is also available as a hybrid and a plug-in hybrid. The Fusion also has the edge in terms of available electronic equipment, offering things like automatic parking, but once you start adding all the options to a Fusion you quickly approach $39,000. That’s a lot of money for a midsize non-luxury car. Compare the Camry with its top three competitors here .

Toyota Camry sales aren’t likely to falter with this latest update to the brand’s icon, but Toyota has done nothing to attract new buyers to the model. The new Camry is perfectly suited to keeping current owners happy for another generation when they trade in their old model, but given how good and advanced the competition has become, “I already own one and want another” may be the only reason left to buy the  Toyota Camry over its competitors.

Absolutely Love My Camry!

I bought a used 2015 Camry SE i4 in September 2021 with 106k miles on it. As of April 2022, this is the best car ive ever owned. Now with 121k miles on the odometer. The only things ive done to it, is a few oil changes, a transmission fluid "drain-and-fill", and an installment of new tires. Very reliable in all conditions without sacrificing comfort. Looking for to putting 300k + on this car. Trademark Toyota reliability with the 2.5l 4cyl engine with the 6-speed automatic transmission.

2025 Toyota Camry Review: All-hybrid family sedan still a winner

Big changes for next-generation model keep the camry a good alternative to suvs.

2015 camry cruise control

Pros: Hybrid powertrain; available all-wheel drive; high-quality cabin; sharp-handling SE and XSE; clever interior storage

Cons: looks a lot like the old one; does anyone care that the v6 and trd are gone.

It may be tough to tell, but the 2025 Toyota Camry represents a new generation for the tried-and-true family sedan. It sure looks similar than the outgoing Camry and even rides on the same mechanical underpinnings, but rest assured, it has been worked over thoroughly from stem to stern.

Key updates include a new, next-generation hybrid powertrain that’s quieter and smoother in its operation. It’s also more powerful, compatible with all-wheel drive and the only way to get a 2025 Camry now. Oh, and it gets between 44 and 51 miles per gallon combined depending on trim level. As before, there are SE and LE trim level lines (and their more luxurious “X” variants) that provide customers with a choice of sporty and cushy driving manners. If “sporty” sounds good, know that the Camry SE is particularly better to drive, with a composed suspension, good steering and great brake pedal feel.

The interior gets the latest Toyota infotainment system along with clever storage up front and improved materials, including upholstered dash and door trim that differ by trim level. It all looks and feels premium. Not surprisingly, space remains excellent up front, in back and for your luggage.

All told, the Camry didn’t need to be fundamentally different, even if the popularity of midsize family sedans is waning (as are the number of choices). They still represent great value compared to small SUVs, and if you’re still interested, the new Camry as well as the Honda Accord , Hyundai Sonata and Kia K5 are still worth checking out.

Interior & Technology    |   Passenger & Cargo Space    |   Performance & Fuel Economy

What it's like to drive    |   pricing & trim levels    |   crash ratings & safety features, what's new for 2025.

The Camry has been redesigned for 2025. You can read more about the changes in our 2025 Camry First Drive .

2015 camry cruise control

Interior of the Camry XSE (red) with the dash trim of the XLE (quilted) and SE (the other one)

What are the Camry interior and in-car technology like?

Aesthetically, the 2025 Camry benefits from interesting fabric combinations in each trim level, which not only make the seats look snazzy, but serve as dash adornment. So, instead of some plastic that looks like wood, metal or something supposedly fancy-ish, you get black or bright red SofTex pleather in an XSE, a plush quilted microfiber in the XLE, a textured pinstriped fabric in the SE and a lovely gray cloth in the LE. They all look great, and kudos for not excluding the lower trim levels from interesting design (though it’s probably fair to be concerned about stains long-term with the lighter-colored dash fabrics).

8- and 12.3-inch touchscreens are available, both running the latest Toyota tech interface that recently got a lot better to use with Apple CarPlay – though not so much Android Auto. Both come standard, though, and are wireless. Speaking of which, the Camry is the rare car in this price range that comes standard with wireless phone charging. There are also five USB ports spread throughout the cabin, while a long bin next to the wireless pad is perfectly shaped to hold both a big phone and its cord. The result is that your passenger’s phone won’t be filling a cupholder with a wire snaking all over the console.

2015 camry cruise control

How big is the Camry?

Toyota redesigned the front seats for better comfort, but that’s really the only change for the Camry’s seating and space. As such, both are still excellent. If it wasn’t for the colossal Honda Accord, the Camry would be the segment’s standout in this regard. Someone 6-foot-3 can sit quite easily behind another up front, so most drivers and passengers should find themselves luxuriating with room. One disappointment: the Camry still has fixed headrest bumps in the back seat, which can be a pain when installing certain forward-facing child seats.

The trunk once again offers 15.1 cubic feet of space, which is less than  an Accord  or a  Sonata . It’s still really big, and even though we haven’t cargo tested the new Camry, the old one with the exact same trunk volume performed like this in our luggage test .

Camry XLE and XSE

What are the Camry fuel economy and performance specs?

Every Camry is now a hybrid. The system consists of a 2.5-liter four-cylinder, a lithium-ion battery pack and either two motors (standard front-wheel drive) or three (optional all-wheel drive). An electronically controlled continuously variable transmission blends it all together. Total system output is 225 horsepower with FWD and 232 hp with AWD.

Fuel economy is an eye-popping 53 miles per gallon city, 50 mpg highway and 51 mpg combined for the base LE FWD. The others get 47 mpg combined but, with one exception, drop to 46 mpg with all-wheel drive. The XSE AWD is the exception that gets 44 mpg combined.

2015 camry cruise control

What's the Camry like to drive?

The Camry’s hybrid system is hugely improved over the previous generation. Its electric motor runs longer before the engine engages, and when it does, the transition is far smoother. The whole powertrain is much quieter, too, and the noises you do hear are more pleasant.

The Camry offers two distinctive dynamic flavors: the cushy LE and sporty SE, with those with an X at the beginning signifying more equipment and fancier finishings. Although the LE became far less of a marshmallow last generation, the difference between it and SE is even greater for 2025. The SE and XSE’s take corners far flatter and with better composure, while the steering is tauter on-center, more responsive when turning in and generally just more engaging. The LE drives more like the relaxed A-to-B transport that’s probably more expected of a Camry.

Ride quality for both “flavors” is quite good; it just depends on how much cushion you prefer. Both also benefit from an upgraded braking system  that boasts an impressively firm and progressive pedal feel. We don’t normally comment on brakes, but they really are good enough to mention.

2025 toyota camry first drive review: hybrid-only overhaul is a hit.

We dig deeper into the changes for 2025 as well as the differences between the LE and SE lines.

2015 camry cruise control

What is the 2025 Camry price?

With every Camry now a hybrid, the lineup gets a lot simpler for 2025. Still, the Camry is distinctive in that its trim levels don’t just represent a stepped increase of standard equipment. As we’ve already touched on, the LE and XLE are more comfort-tuned with more classic design touches like chrome trim and plush fabric on the dash and doors. The SE and XSE are sport-tuned and have more modern exterior and interior trim. Each trim has a slightly different grille. Equipment also still increases with the X trims.

You can see the visual differences between the different trim levels below, although the LE is sadly missing.

All prices below include the $1,095 destination charge. All-wheel drive is a $1,525 option on them all.

LE: $29,495 SE: $31,795 XLE: $34,495 XSE: $35,695

What are the Camry safety ratings and driver assistance features?

Every 2025 Camry includes as standard equipment forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot and rear cross-traffic warning (often optional), and adaptive cruise control with lane-centering steering assist. Also standard is a unique “Proactive Driving Assist” feature that slows the car down when coming up to a slower car ahead or when approaching a turn. It feels like having adaptive cruise control or low-level EV regenerative braking engaged, and although the description of it sounds a bit HAL 9000, it works in a surprisingly natural manner.

Optional on the Camry XSE and XLE is the Premium Plus package, which among various niceties adds front cross-traffic warning, rear cross-traffic emergency braking, an automated steering element to the blind-spot warning system, front and rear parking sensors with automatic braking, a driver inattention warning system and a panoramic parking camera system.

The 2025 Camry had not been crash tested at the time of this writing.

Seriously into modules since 2004

From its humble beginnings in 2004 operating out of his parent’s tiny pump house, Gavin Curtis grew ModuleMaster into a leading-edge technology company specializing in the repair of automotive electronics. Today, ModuleMaster operates out of two state-of-the-art facilities in Moscow, Idaho, home of the University of Idaho.

ModuleMaster receives over 1,000 modules a month including ABS controllers, instrument clusters, climate control modules, trip computers, and the list keeps growing.

Customer Testimonials

I have used module master on 2 occasions for my 2004 Chevy Suburban. The first time for the ABS module and the second time for the instrument cluster. In both cases both were repaired and returned quickly, both worked perfectly. I recommend module master without any reservations! Mike D. / Long Beach, CA
I sent Module Masters an instrument cluster to get repaired that had an ignition off draw which was not the normal gauge problems that GM clusters have. They fixed it and rebuilt it and it is working great now. I couldn’t be happier!! They have great communication and very knowledgeable. THANKS!! Jesse K. / K-Tech Automotive
You folks have found the right blend of customer service and quality workmanship at a reasonable price. American trained craftsmen are the only way to go for us in this segment of the auto parts repair industry. ABS Automotive | San Mateo, CA
My motorcycle ABS unit quit. Bought a used one off the web, sent to Module Master, they sent it back with the note that it was in perfect working order with NO Charge. I installed it and it works! How wonderful to experience old school customer service, honesty, and integrity. I am sending the faulty one for repair today! Awesome! Wonderful! Stuart D. | Atlanta, GA
Just a short note to thank Gavin and his team at Module Masters. Just received my second front seat ECU module for my Bentley, fully restored to original operating condition. Incredibly fast service and a massive saving over new factory parts, I literally saved hundreds of dollars!! I highly recommend Module Master and will certainly use their services again for future projects. Ken W.

Russian war blogger dies in apparent suicide after revealing Moscow’s losses

A Russian military blogger has died in an apparent suicide after facing criticism for revealing heavy losses in Ukraine .

Andrei Morozov, who also served as a soldier on the front line in Ukraine, said in his last post on Wednesday that he decided to “execute” himself to help his comrades in arms avoid fallout from his critical publications, which had angered the military command.

Maxim Pashkov, a lawyer who knew him, confirmed Morozov's death in a messaging app statement. Morozov was 44 years old and his supporters have blamed Kremlin propagandists for his death.

Morozov, who went by the nickname Murz, said in a recent post that about 16,000 Russian troops were killed and the military lost about 300 armored vehicles since October when the four-month battle for the eastern stronghold of Avdiivka began.

Russian troops captured Avdiivka over the weekend after Ukrainian troops pulled back.

Morozov's remarks drew angry comments from a top TV show host on Russian state TV and others who called for him to be prosecuted for “discrediting” the military.

Several fellow bloggers blamed those who attacked Morozov for his death.

In his last post before killing himself that he posted on his channel in Telegram , Morozov said he was forced by military officials to remove his post about the Russian losses. He harshly criticized the military command for turning a blind eye to losses and ignoring troops’ needs.

Alexander Kofman, head of the Public Chamber in the Moscow -controlled part of the Donetsk region, described Morozov’s suicide as a “huge mistake” in a statement on his messaging app channel.

Morozov's death came as Russian authorities have become increasingly intolerant ahead of March's election in which President Vladimir Putin is all but certain to win another six-year term.

It also follows chief Kremlin foe Alexei Navalny 's death on Friday in an Arctic prison that caused a global outrage and dealt a heavy blow to the beleaguered Russian opposition.

Russian war bloggers like Morozov have provided a more factual alternative to terse statements from military officials and a flow of propaganda on state TV channels, giving detailed accounts of the fighting. While all of them ardently supported the Kremlin's war in Ukraine, they offered a glimpse into problems faced by Russian troops and assailed the military leadership for ill-conceived tactics and neglect for soldiers' needs.

Many Russian military bloggers were supportive of mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin who had scathingly criticized the top military brass and then launched a brief mutiny in June that saw his Wagner private contractors march on Moscow to oust the top military leaders.

Most war bloggers toned down their criticism of military officials after Prigozhin's death in a suspicious air crash two months after his rebellion, which was widely seen as revenge by the Kremlin.

One of the most popular war commentators, Igor Strelkov, was handed a four-year prison sentence last month on charges of extremism after he called Putin a “nonentity” and a person of “cowardly mediocrity." He argued that a total mobilization is needed for Russia to achieve victory and accused the Kremlin of indecision and weakness.

Strelkov, whose real name is Girkin, is a retired security officer who led Moscow-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine in 2014 and was convicted of murder in the Netherlands for his role in the downing of a Malaysia Airlines passenger jet that year.
