In the city center, clean, good tasty breakfast. Special Thanks to Reception services as they helped to call Medical Emergence for one of us at night. Baby bed received immediately.

The room was good and clean. The location is perfect to go to the centre of the city The sweet breakfast did not have a lot of choice, but anyway good

The staff were very helpful, especially the receptionist sirhup she is so helpful

The location was perfect. It was hardly 5 minutes walk to the Republic square. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Service was fast and exceptional whenever required. Very clean room. Should I travel to Armenia again, I shall definitely choose Best Western for my stay. Will definitely recommend to people travelling to Armenia.

Clean, very nice atmosphere! Very good and polite team! We asked for the late check out and ladies allowed us to stay for 3 hours for free. Good location, good breakfast and hospitality!

Massage service and sauna were perfect after a long day

The hotel has confirmed my expectations as in the past times I was here: good staff, clean and good hospitality overall. The gym room is excellent and breakfast is good even if the choice is not as wide as expected for a 4 stars hotel.

Were there with colleagues. We were welcomed very warm with surprising treatment in the room.

Loved everything. A very central yet peaceful location, varied and tasty breakfast. All the reception staff is very polite and really helpful. I had had some doubts about the twin room size upon booking, but the room didn’t feel small at all and actually turned out to be very convenient. A separate shootout to the bed - super comfy, I felt truly rested in the morning. Last but not least, I enjoyed the gym - it’s very well equipped and maintained.

Excellent Hotel but Mediocre Staff”

I stayed at the Best Western Congress Hotel for one night only. The hotel facilities are topnotch, definitely worthy of four star rating except that some staff at the reception and housekeeping failed to deliver the quality of service expected from an upscale hotel. Either they are too inexperienced or simply lazy. The redeeming factors were the friendly staff at the restaurant, the buffet breakfast, and the guy at the lobby bar. Paying a premium price comes with higher expectations specially in terms of customer service.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to Republic Square and other hip spots in Yerevan. Room is clean and staff can converse in English. Their restaurant and bar serves good food and wide range of wines and alcoholic drinks at good prices. Breakfast was good but can be better if choices are improved. Hotel also has a pool, gym and an automated machine for currency exchange. Staff was amazing and very helpful.

Excellent Choice”

The hotel is 6 minutes walk from the Republic Square and major attractions in Yerevan, super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Some parts are under renovation but if you are out all day and back at night from your trips then you won't feel that a renovation is taking place. I will stay at this hotel again and again.

The 13th AMWC Virtual Congress Offers Real-World Solutions for a Healthier Homeland

The 13th Armenian Medical World Congress took place November 6 and 7, 2021. The congress takes place every four years, bringing together healthcare professionals from around the globe, united by a common goal to build a healthy and prosperous Armenia and Artsakh. The theme of the congress was, Setting the Stage for Synergy and Collaboration to Ensure a Healthy and Prosperous Nation.

The 13th congress was quite different from past years, as the event was held virtually due to the ongoing pandemic. The lack of didn't dampen the participants' enthusiasm, however. The nearly 600 participants were privy to extraordinary presentations from an impressive panel of healthcare experts. They covered topics that addressed the current healthcare issues facing Armenia and the world.

There were presentations from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia and Republic of Artsakh, the National Institute of Health, the High Commissioner’s Office for Diaspora Affairs, Yerevan State Medical University, the American University of Armenia, the World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, and more.
