• For security purposes, the cardholder must be present. The credit card used for the purchase and a valid form of identification must match and be presented before the tour starts. We do not tolerate fraudulent activity or unauthorized card use, and there are no exceptions.

Disclaimer:

• We kindly request that you arrive at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Please be aware that failure to arrive on time may result in a late fee being charged. Additionally, please note that arriving late does not guarantee your participation in the tour.
• Kindly note that any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of your full payment.
• Please be advised that a 7% tax will be added to the total amount when making your reservation.
• Please be aware that we retain the right to impose a 5% processing and administration fee for all cancellations.
• All clients are required to present the credit card used for the purchase transaction upon arrival for the ATV tour.

Make sure to bring clothing that you are comfortable with soiling as tour can get dusty and/or muddy depending on whether conditions. Closed toe shoes are required. Please bring a camera (or your iPhone with a protective case) for photos as well as sunscreen to protect your skin in the sun.

The show goes on rain or shine except in cases of extended heavy rain. You’ll be given the option to either reschedule your tour for the next available spots or get a refund for your payment.

You do not need a license to drive our ATVs but you must be 18 years of age or older. 

We seek to accommodate all sizes but the current weight capacity for our ATVs is 350 lbs per ATV.

How to Book:

• Reservations are required for all of our experiences.
• We require a partial payment of $50 per ATV to book. The remaining balance will be due at check-in.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a security deposit of $100 per ATV at check-in. This deposit is refunded back to you if there are not damages to the equipment, and if all the rules were followed.
• Failure to follow the rules, or damage any of our equipment will result in not getting back the security deposit.

Additional Information:

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
• Check-in is 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
• You will be required to complete a liability waiver during the check-in process.
• We require a $100 security deposit PER ATV at the time of check-in. In case of any damage to the ATV by the client, this deposit will be used. If there are no damages, and all rules and regulations are followed the deposit will be refundable.
• Must provide a Photo ID and matching card used to make the reservation.
• Must be 16 years or older with a valid drivers license to drive our ATV’s.
• Weight capacity is 300 lbs per ATV.
• Helmet and goggles must be worn during the tour.

Rules & Regulations:

• The helmet must be worn at all times.
• All guests must stay together, and follow your guide.
• Reckless driving, sliding, speeding, and donuts are strictly prohibited.
• No passing other ATV’s
• Hard turns on corners are not permitted as this will cause the bike to flip.
• Speeding over puddles is not permitted. This will easily cause you to slide/drift and flip or fall off the bike.
• Children under 16 years of age will not be able to drive an ATV.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done 48 hours before your scheduled tour date.

If safety rules & policies are not followed deposit will be loss.

Cancellation Policy:

• For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• No refunds will be issued if you’re late to the check-in time, or no shows.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My husband and I did this excursion yesterday, and I'm so glad we did it! We found out about this experience a few days while walking around Art Deco south beach. They had a representative explaining to tourists in the area about the service. It's a bit of a drive from the beach, but so worth it!!

We booked the ATVs rentals for my bachelorette party. They picked us up from our hotel by the airport, and drive us down to the meeting point. The transportation is not included in their rate, so we had to book it separate but it's definitely worth it. We had the best tour guide (Juan), he kept us all safe and laughing the entire time. It had actually rained the day before so we actually got to get the mudding experience. Such a cool thing to do in Miami. Highly recommend.
