There wasn't any announcement for boarding neither on the screen, it was written " Go to gate". I walked out of the lounge by chance then found the employee asked me what is my destination, when I told him he said: you are the last passenger 😳.

There are no seats while waiting for the gate. They sell tea and coffee, all airlines this is free except Jazera airline. Boarding is very bad, we stood outside eating for the main gate to open, children and seniors were setting on the floor ( dirty) for an hour and half

What started as a small delay at checkin ended up being a two and a half hour delay by the time the plane took off. The annoying part was that we weren’t told what the holdup was.

Offer a pillow in business class for night flight. More comfortable seats. Offer alcoholic beverages. Get flight attendants that care.

The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international

If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.

Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.

This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.

The only highlight on this flight was the taste of the food, which was surprisingly good. Everything else was below average, and the cabin crew service especially stood out for being slow and inattentive. We were surrounded by toddlers/babies and it made our 4 hour flight feel like 10 hours. Granted, that's not the airline's fault, but it added to the overall subpar experience.

Second-row economy doesn't have leg space if you are 6 feet

Very helpful and welcoming crew, good food in fair quantities, enough space for the legs. Surprisingly good quality for a "lowcoster".

Boarding was almost an hour late but there was no communication. Cabin crew did nothing to ensure people kept masks on and even with seat belt sign on people were wondering around the plane.

Take too much time to get cpnnection flight. Did not get enough time toget refresh even for going rest room it is not enough time. For wheelchaor person like me face too much trouble. Idont wish to go next time in emirat and fly dubai. Not sugest any senior citizon to fly with this.

Old creaky plane, poor entertainment, USB port did not work. Food was ok.

On time boarding, proper information, friendly and cordial approach of staff, particularly crew members and the most important timely available of checked in baggage after arrival.

One of my worst experiences. Nothing was working in the flight. Entertainment system was broken, seat was very uncomfortable, crew did not offer water until food was provided, lights were not working, attendant call was not working. In short everything was broken and duct taped.

Bathrooms were horrible. No cleaning and floor was full of tissues. Understand that passengers responsibility to keep it clean but crew should check if tissues are there or not. Also, they announced that baggage will be at one carousel but came to a different one.

Upgradation in our flight seats made us happy. But the long time to catch connecting flight from Bombay to Hyderabad could have been avoided or shortened. Our was AI 116 from JFK NY to Bombay & A1619 from Mumbai to Hyd.

I liked the timing but rest all were bad like below: 1. No restroom and food in waiting area at gate before boarding the flight. There was 2nd security scan at gate C2 and if someone goes to restroom which was outside that gate have to again go through security. So not having restroom, water in waiting area I felt is a blunder. 2. Entertainment system was not working for many passengers including mine. Crew members told about issue not fixed on time hence 16+ hours was tough to spend. 3. Food in domestic Air India flight was better but in international flight it’s not good.

I arrived at the airport and the flight did not exist

They find a way to Nickel and dime you in all creative ways. The boarding crew seems to have target collection amount. If you are flying internationally, avoid them at all costs.

Morning breakfast at your hotel and rest until 11:00 AM. After then, at 11:00 AM departure to discover the new and old of Dubai. Our route takes us to some of Dubai’s beautiful landmarks. The most magnificent Jumeirah Mosque built in 1979 designed in the style of Fatimi mosques in Egypt. Tourist wishes to visit the mosques should wear appropriate clothing like trousers, long sleeves and a scarf for ladies. Open for public only on Sunday and Thursday. We will stop at Jumeriah Public Beach, passing bay Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and stop for a photo at Burj Al Arab the most luxurious and tallest standing hotel in the world. We continue our journey and pass by the Sheikh’s Mohamed palace, then take a short break by the creek to view the amazing architecture of Deira Towers. We then visit the fascinating underground Dubai Museum housed in the Al Fahidi Fort, built-in 1800 from sea rocks and gypsum to defend the city. Inside, feel the cooling effect of an old wind tower; wander past cabinets housing traditional khanjars (curved daggers) as well as musical instruments dated 300bcs. While in the basement you could view film of Dubai dated 1930’s, market life from 1950s, desert life, and learn how the early pearl divers risked their lives for the bounty of the Gulf water. Pots, weapons, tombs, jewelry found during the 3rd BC. We continue passing by the colorful textile market, stop at the Gold Souq and find ourselves amazed at the sheer volume of dazzling gold jewelry.

We then continue our journey to our Bedouin Campsite located in the heart of the Desert, where soft drink, water, tea or coffee is available for you to choose from. The Camel rides waits for you at the same place. You can enjoy or test the local smoking called Shisha or Hubbly Bubbly on different flavors. While you relax and recline in the tents or tables with carpet and pillows a delicious BBQ is being prepared under the starlit sky. Adding to the atmosphere of the night, an enchanting belly dancer shows a fascinating dance to a rhythm of Arabic music, thereafter BBQ buffet dinner will be served. After dinner at 21:30, you will depart from the Desert camp and you will be dropped at your hotel.

If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.

Very helpful and welcoming crew, good food in fair quantities, enough space for the legs. Surprisingly good quality for a "lowcoster".

If you are traveling to mumbai -- must try SFO - MUM direct flight. It's a game changer when you are traveling to India. Timings are well designed, optimal and makes the travel enjoyable.

Air India needs to launch new planes. Seats are worn out, most of the plane's TV screens wasn't working, USB charging ports wasn't working as well so I can charge my phone & watch my download movies, Food was mediocre, the plane smells. How can Air India put through their customers with this bad experience? This complaint needs to get escalated to the upper management. How shameful is the upper management to improve this plane? The flight is going back & forth from NEW YORK & DELHI. Two of the big cities in the world and this is how your experience is for sitting in a plane for 12+ hrs? Get your planes fixed ASAP Air India (TATA Management do your job right).

Service was good, crew response was prompt. The baked fish and Malay fish as well as the sauces with them were bland.

The food on board the flight was atrocious - tasteless, spicy as hell, and simply a hodge podge of nonsensical items of poor quality.

I like to see entertainment system as well as USB charging port in working order. In addition, thought entertainment system did not work, I could not turn the screen off. As a result, glaring screen was facing my eyes throughout the 16 hour journey.
