SHINee announce new dates for ‘SHINee World VI: Perfect Illumination’ tour

The upcoming Seoul shows will be "an upgraded version of the [boyband's] Tokyo Dome performance"

K-pop boyband SHINee have announced brand-new dates for their ongoing ‘SHINee World VI: Perfect Illumination’ tour.

Yesterday (April 14), SHINee announced three more dates to their ‘SHINee World VI: Perfect Illumination’ tour, which are set to take place at the Inspire Arena in Seoul, South Korea from May 24 to 26.

According to a statement on X (formerly Twitter), the upcoming Seoul shows will be “an upgraded version of the [boyband’s] Tokyo Dome performance”, with the group promising to “give you a fantastic time”.

Notably, the upcoming shows in Seoul will also mark the long-awaited return of member Onew, who has been on an extended hiatus due to health-related issues . Pre-sale for the newly announced shows will go on sale April 23 at 8pm KST. Meanwhile, general sales will begin on April 25 at 8pm KST.

On May 28, member Taemin revealed during SHINee's fanmeeting that the group would hold a concert at KSPO Dome from June 23 through June 25. [1] Three days later, on May 31, the official concert poster was released. [2] It was also announced that the third show (June 25) will be live-streamed via Beyond LIVE with re-streaming on August 19.

On June 9, SM Entertainment announced that Onew would be absent from the tour's first three shows due to a health-related hiatus. [3]

On June 19, it was announced that SHINee will be revealing the title track "Hard" of their upcoming album of the same name at the concert. [4]

On October 1, SHINee announced their final concert in Tokyo Dome to be held in February 2024. On December 13, SHINee announced their concerts in Singapore and Hong Kong.

On April 13, 2024, the group announced their plans to hold a three-day encore concert next month as a full group, with member Onew officially rejoining activities. [5]

At SHINee's 15th anniversary fan meeting, Taemin announced that they would hold a concert at KSPO Dome in Seoul from June 23 to 25. [1] On May 31, the concert was officially confirmed by SM Entertainment . It was SHINee's first in-person concert in South Korea since 2016 and first concert since 2021. Tickets went on sale for members of SHINee's fan club on June 5 and were opened to the general public on June 8. [2] The last day of the show was livestreamed through Beyond Live and was watched by viewers in 94 countries. SHINee premiered songs from their new studio album HARD at the concerts. [3] Footage and behind the scenes interviews from the concerts were included in SHINee's 15th anniversary film, MY SHINee WORLD . [4]

On June 26, it was announced that SHINee would perform further shows in Japan, starting from September. [5] Extra seating with restricted views of the stage was opened up for the Saitama shows. [6] The Japan leg will conclude with two performances at Tokyo Dome. [7] Onew was unable to participate in both the Seoul and Japan shows due to health issues. SHINee Announces Plans For June Concert + Multiple Comebacks

Get ready: SHINee has big things planned for the rest of 2023!

On May 28, SHINee held the second night of their 15th anniversary fan meeting in Seoul, which was also streamed online through Beyond LIVE. In addition to being a celebration of their 15th anniversary, the fan meeting marked SHINee’s first activity as a full group in over two years, as Taemin was only recently discharged from the military.

Before performing their new unreleased song “The Feeling,” Taemin surprised fans with some exciting news for the months ahead.

“This year will be SHINee’s year,” declared Taemin, before revealing that the group’s upcoming June comeback won’t be their only comeback this year. “Our fan meeting is ending, but there’s still our comeback. Also, please be fully prepared for just how many comebacks there will be.”

Finally, Taemin announced that SHINee would be holding a three-night concert at Seoul’s KSPO Dome next month on June 23, 24, and 25.

Last week, SM Entertainment hinted at SHINee’s upcoming June return with a large billboard advertisement on the Megabox Seongsu theater in Seoul. (You can check out photos of the ad here !)

First, I want to start off by saying I'm a huge SHINee fan. I've been following them since they started in 2008, and I finally got to see them live and OMG it was amazing.

Taemin is even cuter in real life than he is on the screen, and so is OneW, they're both such hotties. Actually I like Minho a lot too.

I saw them at the LA Memorial Coliseum for the LA KPOP Festival, but I wish I got better seats because even though I got to sit in the middle, it was still a little difficult to see them and the sound quality wasn't as good as some other KPOP festivals I've been to. The coliseum is for sports or something, so it's not designed with acoustics in mind. But I didn't mind too much because I got to see SHINee!

SHINee also dances when they sing, and it makes it soooo much better. Everyone was screaming when they came out, and when they left. I wish they performed my favorite song, Juliette, but I don't blame them because it's a really old song now. But they did do Lucifer and Hello and both were absolutely amazing, especially when you see Taemin and Minho dance. I really want to see them again, and I can't wait till when they come back to America!

SHINee was amazing!!I had really close seats so I was able to see well but honestly the SHINee was so amazing that even people in the farthest seats would have enjoyed the show and felt like they were right in front of them! The music was really amazing (I honestly wish it was longer), my favorite songs were performed and I learned about other songs that I did not know! I also loved that all the members of SHINee had a chance to talk and that they were well-rested and fed. I also loved that there was a translator because I feel like it encouraged the members who know less English to talk. I hope they come back to Los Angeles, the concert was definitely one I will never forget. I did not think SHINee would ever have a concert here. SHINee coming to the U.S. has definitely made my year and life!

SHINEE has been my go to boy band and other boy bands that I am a fan since 13 years old to now and I’ve wished to continue to go to their fan meets one day in Korea also wishes for them to come to the USA for their fan meets too I really wanted to meet the SHINEE members so badly but couldn’t get the funds or money to go meet them except listening singing and plus all of their music, ost MV and many more really wants me to meet them all so very badly

Meeting shinee or being a shawol has been the best thing in my life even though I have not meet but shinee has taught me alot of things I'm so grateful for wht they taught me and for making songs tht have been so touching .

SHINee is back with a Singapore concert happening in March at the Indoor Stadium

Shinee are finally bringing their sixth concert tour shinee world vi: perfect illumination concert to singapore in 2024..

K-pop boy band SHINee will be coming back to Singapore to play a concert next year. They will be bringing their sixth concert tour, SHINee World VI: Perfect Illumination to the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

The Singapore stop is slated to happen on 2 March (Sat). But the tour started in Seoul months back in June.

And fans might have gotten a taste of what’s to come in the group’s recent movie film My SHINee World. The heartwarming movie succinctly summarised the boy band’s 15-year journey in the K-pop industry.

On music, the lads’ latest drop was their eighth Korean-language studio album, Hard (2023). Notably, it was the group’s first album since the youngest member, Taemin, completed his military service in April.

Accompanying the release of the album was this tour, which also marks the sixth edition of the SHINee World concert series. The tour also won the Stage of the Year award at the recent Melon Music Awards.

Tickets to SHINee’s concert start at S$198 for restricted view seats. Meanwhile, VIP packages, whether standing or seating, are at S$348. VIP ticket holders can access the pre-show soundcheck party, a VIP laminate and a lanyard.

VIP standing ticket holders will gain priority access to the standing pen.

The first pre-sale commences on 10 Jan (Wed), for those with the SHINee World Membership . SingTel mobile users enjoy a pre-sale the next day on 11 Jan (Thu) and general sales start on 12 Jan (Fri).

Why do all of these concerts since the pandemic have ON in the names? Am I missing something?

dont have Singapore 😮‍💨. but to think positive, i believe these r the cities that Shawols didnt get to see SHINee during SHINee World VI so i hope Asian shawols will have fun!! hope Key oppa will hwaiting too!
