we have just booked this 13 day tour for next november 2019. Can you tell me how you paid the tipping for the tour guide and driver. Was it is us dollars or in egyptian dollars. How did you pay for meals, souvenirs and bottled water. Are there ATM machines in the hotels for egyptian dollars. Do need to take extra us dollars to pay for things. Or should we just take australian dollars as we would have to buy the us dollars here from melbourne. Also was there any free wifi on your tour. Thankyou elizabeth2wn
Hi, can you please tell me a bit more about your trip, are there places easily found to exchange your money? Is there any wifi available on the river cruise? Hotels? I'm really interested in more details as we are doing the egypt and Jordan trip at the end of march and there's so much bad review on webjet I'm starting to think oh dear!!! Hello everyone; my partner and i are looking at booking the 25 day highlights of the middle east tour for this november; but are worried about the security/safety levels listed by smarttraveller australia. anyone who has done a tour in egypt, jordan or israel with webjet, could you please let me know your opinion?
egypt and israel are listed as 'reconsider your need to travel' due to civil unrest and terrorist acivity, while jordan is listed as high caution levels.
any opinions would be welcome;

We were really looking forward to this Nile river cruise as part of our Egypt tour, however the reality was this was 4 days of complete misery.
