Tri-Y style headers, by design, will increase the power of your motor across the widest RPM band possible. To make these headers last, we built them using industry leading 14-gauge mild steel tubing with 3/8″ thick flanges. Doug Thorley Headers THY-218Y-C long tube tri-y headers deliver the ultimate in performance and gas mileage for your 1999-2004 Ford F250/F350 pickup truck. Doug Thorley Headers is the originator of the tri-y header design, which is the most efficient way to increase horsepower and torque over a broad RPM range, and more importantly the range where you use it most. The headers are manufactured using heavy duty 14GA steel tubing, and super flat 3/8 inch head flanges. They are then silver ceramic coated inside and out, which looks great, drastically reduces under-hood temperatures, and creates a strong barrier to protect the headers from the environment. APPLICATION SPECIFICS: 1999-2004 Ford F250 / F350 pickup truck, 6.8L V10 motor, 2/4WD, with EGR.

My daily is a '06 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. For the past 4 years, the Instrument Cluster has been unreliable. Usually the Odometer would turn off, and the fuel gauge stopped working. Sometimes all gauges would go dead while driving. Thanks to the amazing talent at Module Master, my cluster works like it did when the car was new. Odometer nice and bright, gauge needles operate smoothly, and no warning lights present. Should anything else decide to "fizzle out" on my car, MM will get my business!

09 Crown Vic retired PD, cluster worked intermittently. Pulled it , sent it out, they rebuilt it, sent it back and I reinstalled. Cluster now works, it’s that simple. Hopefully I’ll never need another cluster rebuilt but if I do I know where I’m sending it.
