Richelle who dealt with us was 5*!!! We booked a USA multi centre trip and it took a bit of organising and changing small bits to make it perfect! It took a little bit of time and not once did it feel rushed, made us feel welcome there and her knowledge of NYC really helped us make our decisions on location of the hotel!! She took time to go through all aspects of the holiday to ensure it was 10/10 and was 100% correct to rule out potential issues further down the line! Her communication with us and the provider she was on the phone to was great! Great service!!! If you get a chance sit with her!!

Excellent customer service
Hays Travel are professional, helpful and friendly, and it is a pleasure to do business with them. They researched the cruises and advised me on the most suitable for me with mobility issues. They took care of my last cruise, and I have booked a similar cruise for next year with different destinations. I trust them completely with my travel arrangements.

Booked for a second time using Hays…
Booked for a second time using Hays Cardiff with a lovely agent called Helen. Helen was absolutely amazing, listened to what we were looking for our next family holiday and what was important to us. Gave us lots of options to choose from, all options “add on” options when we decided location/hotel and the most economical for us. Also ended up arranging our travel insurance too which was great as took another stress away, especially as I have a chronic illness. 100% recommend Hays and 1000% recommend Helen as your agent

Disappointing holiday!
I was very disappointed in our booking. I did realise that it wasn’t adults only but, this hotel was totally for children, not adults without children! First,on arrival, we had to trek down a road and around the back of, what turned to be a shopping centre, to find the hotel in the dark. Then, on arrival, there were no lifts to take our bags to our room. That wasn’t a great start. In the morning, we discovered that the pool was .5 metres deep at both ends and only just 1.5 metres in the middle for a distance of about 3 metres. It was totally impossible to swim more than 8 strokes before your knees hit the bottom. Most disappointing. I went there to swim! The food was ok. We didn’t starve but it was very mediocre! The sun was great and we had a nice time celebrating my daughters big birthday.

Face to face service was excellent!
It was our first using Hays Travel and we found the whole experience amazing. We were seen straight away, given lots of different options and treated like individuals. Helen was wonderful and you could see she has the knowledge and passion for her job!

It took a little bit of time and not once did it feel rushed, made us feel welcome there and her knowledge of NYC really helped us make our decisions on location of the hotel!! She took time to go through all aspects of the holiday to ensure it was 10/10 and was 100% correct to rule out potential issues further down the line! Her communication with us and the provider she was on the phone to was great! Great service!!! If you get a chance sit with her!!

Excellent customer service
Hays Travel are professional, helpful and friendly, and it is a pleasure to do business with them. They researched the cruises and advised me on the most suitable for me with mobility issues. They took care of my last cruise, and I have booked a similar cruise for next year with different destinations. I trust them completely with my travel arrangements.

Booked for a second time using Hays…
Booked for a second time using Hays Cardiff with a lovely agent called Helen. Helen was absolutely amazing, listened to what we were looking for our next family holiday and what was important to us. Gave us lots of options to choose from, all options “add on” options when we decided location/hotel and the most economical for us. Also ended up arranging our travel insurance too which was great as took another stress away, especially as I have a chronic illness. 100% recommend Hays and 1000% recommend Helen as your agent

Disappointing holiday!
I was very disappointed in our booking. I did realise that it wasn’t adults only but, this hotel was totally for children, not adults without children! First,on arrival, we had to trek down a road and around the back of, what turned to be a shopping centre, to find the hotel in the dark. Then, on arrival, there were no lifts to take our bags to our room. That wasn’t a great start. In the morning, we discovered that the pool was .5 metres deep at both ends and only just 1.5 metres in the middle for a distance of about 3 metres. It was totally impossible to swim more than 8 strokes before your knees hit the bottom. Most disappointing. I went there to swim! The food was ok. We didn’t starve but it was very mediocre! The sun was great and we had a nice time celebrating my daughters big birthday.

Face to face service was excellent!
It was our first using Hays Travel and we found the whole experience amazing. We were seen straight away, given lots of different options and treated like individuals. Helen was wonderful and you could see she has the knowledge and passion for her job!
