The Pricing provided for the package is for the specified dates and valid for a specific period of time
Cancellations of the package will be carried out only as per our policies, and partial cancellations or amendments will be made as per the fare and policies at the point of action.
Package Confirmation can be made by making 50% as advance payment and Balance payment of 50% should be made one day before arrival. And this condition of percentage might affect on peak season, as certain Resorts and services can avail only by paying full amount as advance.
The Resorts and destinations suggested by our side will be always open for suggestions and changes before booking, as once the booking has been made or at the time of travel the change in hotels or destination is not possible.
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.

All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk. We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.

The Hotels in the destinations such as Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal etc doesn't operate AC in the rooms on normal basis as these regions are tropical throughout the year.
Eravikulam National Park Munnar will be closed for 3 months in a year based upon the breeding period of the goats (Nilgiri Tahr)
Houseboat AC Conditions; Deluxe Houseboat - Ac from 9pm to 6am in the room/ Premium Houseboat - Ac 12pm to 9am inside the room/ Luxury Houseboat - Ac 12pm to 9am covers the whole Houseboat.
Museums, Zoo and Monuments etc… will remain closed on Mondays and Jewish synagogue Kochi, Mattanchery Palace will remain closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
The Honeymoon Inclusions offering in the Houseboat is purely a simple complimentary add on from our side, which is not subject to any refund if it is unable to provide due to any last minute issue, or any dissatisfaction from the customers end.
The standard check-in time to the Hotels/Resorts is 02.00 pm and Check-out is about 11.00 am Morning. Early check in and late checkout would be chargeable additional.
By offering travel products for particular destinations, we does not warrant that travel to such areas is advisable or without risk. We are not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
The images used in the holiday package on our itinerary are for representational purpose only Individuals are responsible for the adherence of time at all stages of the tour. In the event that a customer misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
All personal extras such as laundry, room service, alcohol, mini bar, telephone bills, pre-paid or post-paid SIM cards etc. will be on direct payment basis by the traveler to the service provider.
As it is a service industry and we are providing a service not a product, the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the tour is mostly depend on one's personal interest and taste, so we are not liable for any refund due to not likeness of the destinations you have visited, unless we fail to provide any service as we have promised at the time of booking.
The packages (domestic) including cab will be on time basis (08.00am to 06.30pm) on every other day except on arrival day pick up can be arranged from 06.00am onwards and on last day drop can be managed till 07.00pm. Additional hours will be chargeable directly to the driver.
Places will be covered as per the final plan shared by the consultant at the time of booking, any other attractions adding to the plan at the time of travel would be addition and switching attraction in between travel is also not allowed within the package.
The Package cost published in website is the least expected cost of the year, the price can vary with respect to the seasonal traffic of your travel date.

Day 01: Arrival Cochin

You are greeted on arrival at the Kochi International Airport/Railway station by The Travel Planners representative and transferred to The Villa Romantica. In the afternoon, visit Athirapilly waterfalls and Vazhachal Waterfalls. The Athirappilly Falls are situated on the Chalakudy river, which originates in the upper reaches of the Western Ghats. Overnight at Hotel / Resort.

Day 02: Cochin - Munnar [140 Km /Approx. 4 Hrs]

The second day of Kerala Tour Packages from Chennai; starts after breakfast, depart for Munnar (130 kms / 4 hrs) enjoying the scenic beauty & the marvelous waterfalls(Cheeyappara), high mountains with the low flying clouds passing by. After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady (04 Hrs); on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady – one of the world’s most fascinating wild life reserves. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. Optional activities like Boating at Periyar Lake, Spice Plantation visit and Elephant Ride can be done at an extra cost. Overnight stay is arranged in Thekkady.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey. Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. Check in time is 01:00 PM and cruise starts with lunch. Day 1 : Cochin - Munnar (160 Kms. 03 ½ Hrs.)

After your arrival at Cochin Airport, our tour agent will greet and transfer you to Munnar, the gateway of hills in South India. On the way, visit the Cheeyappara Waterfalls and watch the lovely and bright blooms in blossom Garden. Later, go back to hotel, take rest for some time and investigate the magnificence of the nature. Move back to the hotel in Munnar for overnight stay.

Day 2 : Munnar

After breakfast, get ready for a morning touring trek to Munnar which incorporates, Mattupetty Dam, Eravikulam National Park, Echo Point, Kundala Dam, View Point and the Tea Gardens. Get back to the hotel for overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 3 : Munnar - Thekkady (110 Kms - 03 Hrs)

You can see Dakshinachitra and Mahabalipuram on the way to Pondicherry. If you leave Chennai by 8:30 am you could reach Pondicherry by 7:00 pm seeing both the places.

While in Thanjavur you can do a day trip to cover the Great Living Chola Temples, the Brihadisvara at Thanjavur, the Brihadisvara at Gangaikondacholapuram and Airavatesvara at Darasuram. If time permits you can see the panchdaatu Natraj statue at Konerirajapuram. Do note that almost all temples in Tamil Nadu are closed from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm.

On your way to Madurai from Thanjavur you could see the Chettiar Mansions at Karaikudi or the Srirangam temple at Trichy.

First thing to understand is that a driver is not a guide. Meaning they cannot escort you into monuments or other tourist attractions. The roles are clearly demarcated in India. That said, they can guide you to great food, cups of chai, points of interest, the post office, etc.

Just remember to compare apples with apples.

This segment has a lot of tours which will give you temple overload.

Balance the tour well, to avoid temple fatigue.

Three or four major temples - each different from the other - should be enough.

My picks are:

- Shore temple at Mahabalipuram, with the open-air bas reliefs and early cave temples of the Pallavas - UNESCO world heritage site and marks the beginning of carved granite architecture in South India. The Pallava experiments paved the way for the Chola temple building. And there is a beach to chill out. There are workshops doing stone sculptures, in much the same techniques, interesting to visit. You can make a base in Mahabalipuram and visit Dakshina Chitra, Cholamandal Artists Village, and the Crocodile Bank Trust and Herpetology Centre. Also there is great birding in Muttukadu if you are visiting in winter.

- Big Temple at Thanjavur (Brihadeeswara) - the masterpiece of the Cholas. Also UNESCO world heritage site. There is a quirky library as well, and Thanjavur is also a great craft centre for seeing bronze carving and the famous Tanjore painting. I think of Thanjavur as just a 1 night pitstop.

- Goddess temple at Madurai, do a heritage walk in the temple precinct and surrounding bazaar area, it's fabulous, colourful and chaotic, and Madurai is also the food capital of south India! Madurai also is a major textile handloom weaving centre, and also the centre for the famous Sungudi dyeing and printing. You can visit workshops. There are also other monuments in Madurai to visit.

Mahabalipuram - 2 nights

Thanjavur -1 night

Chettinad - 2 nights

Madurai - 1 night

Munnar - 2 nights

Fort Kochi - 1 night

Houseboat - 1 night

If you don't want to keep moving around like this, consider skipping Kerala and staying in Tamil Nadu. There is plenty to do for 12 nights.

More important is your itinerary. Plenty of options where it would make more sense - in every way - to take an overnight train journey rather than spend two days in the road.

Especially since you are traversing the width of the country from east to west. You’ll give up a lot of daylight hours simply travelling rather than exploring India.

Sort out your itinerary first, and then consider the logistics.
