Cables! Cables as far as the eye can see! Our modern need to charge many multiple devices before we go out of the house means that, if we want a tidy desk space or bedside table, investing in a multi-device charging dock is the way to go. The introduction of Apple’s MagSafe charging standard, which lets devices be wirelessly charged while held in place with strong magnets, has made a cottage industry for manufacturers looking to send power to our iPhones , AirPods and Apple Watches . But some prove so bulky that any gains made over cable management are lost to desk space woes instead.

There are no such problems for the Journey Rapid Trio 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station. Its upright orientation and clever modular design mean it slips easily onto a desk without disruption, while also doubling as a handy viewing stand for any video your iPhone may be playing. We recommend it without hesitation. Read on to find out why.

Journey Rapid Trio 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station: Price and availability

The Journey Rapid Trio 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station is available now, priced at $139.99. If you’re in the UK, it’s one of those rare occasions when you’ll get a better-priced deal on a gadget too, with the charging station priced at £109.99 in old Blighty. 

It’d be a good deal at the US pricing, but it’s a real steal in the UK. For comparison, the Belkin Boost Charge Pro 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Pad has an RRP of $149.99 / £139.99, and for my money, the Journey device is the better choice. 

There’s a slight catch in that price though — there’s no wall plug included in the box (though a 1.5m USB-C to USB-C cable is packed in). So factor that into the overall cost if you haven’t got one spare.

Journey Rapid Trio 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station: What I love

A quick run down on the key specs before going into what’s made the Journey Rapid Trio my go-to charging stand. The Rapid Trio supports charging three devices at once — a MagSafe compatible iPhone ( iPhone 12 through iPhone 14 and beyond) an Apple Watch and MagSafe compatible AirPods too. Alternatively, you can swap the AirPods out for a second iPhone. 

They’ll charge off a minimum 20W USB-C wall charger, connected by a single USB-C cable to the base, but higher-powered chargers will deliver faster charging speeds — Journey recommends its own 30W mini charger as an accompaniment, for instance. MFi certified, it’s smart enough to protect your battery health, and react to any potential temperature spikes to keep your device working at its best — I’ve experienced no charging connection or overheating problems in the weeks I’ve been using the Rapid Trio.

As mentioned, there are three charging areas on the stand — and two come with some very useful secondary features which make the Rapid Trio a particularly useful option.

First of all there’s the charging unit in the base of the device. Though it’s intended primarily for AirPods, it’ll happily charge an iPhone placed on it, too. It’s a great bit of flexibility that not all similar chargers offer.

The main charging station though is solely for an iPhone — a MagSafe connection that sits on a vertical arm, raising your device about 6-inches off the base. It’s a powerful magnetic connection that holds your phone firmly in place on a tilting hinge — powerful enough to hold the device horizontally, too. As a result, I’ve been using it on sleepless nights on my bedside table as a mini YouTube screen, displayed in widescreen. It’s something charging mats don’t allow for.

The most interesting element though is the Apple Watch charging plate. It’s a modular option included in the box — it clips into the back of the main iPhone charging bracket with a USB-C port. What’s great about it is that, because it pops in and out, you can easily take it with you alongside your MacBook, pop it in the side of your computer, and get a quick on-the-go battery boost to the wearable when away from the stand. It’s a neat extra and a handy secondary feature.

It’s generally just an attractive device, too. Whether you go for the black or white finish, it’s a relatively discreet design (dimensions a mere 169.3mm (H) x 133.58mm (D) x 85.63mm (W)) when not in use, with its metallic riser reassuringly sturdy. 

Journey Rapid Trio 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station: What I don’t love

I’m nitpicking to find fault with the generally-excellent Journey Rapid Trio 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station, but if a second-generation device ever arrives, there are a few small tweaks I’d make.

Chief among them would be some sort of way of controlling the indicator light on the front edge of the base. A white light that slowly pulses when charging, it’s useful for seeing that your devices are charging at a glance. But at night it’s surprisingly bright and can prove distracting on a bedside table. Lowering the brightness or making it an optional feature would be better.

I’d like a little more weight in the base too. It’s a sturdy charger — I never worried about it toppling over with my iPhone 14 Pro attached, it’s well balanced. But the MagSafe connection is strong enough that it takes two hands to release the phone — one to pull the iPhone from the magnet, and one to keep the base in place. A little more weight in the base might make it easy to remove the phone with one hand. The design means it’s not a particularly travel-friendly device anyway, so some extra weight wouldn’t be a problem.

And though it’s a well-priced device — a bargain in the UK in particular — it’d be an even better deal with a charger in the box. Though, having said that, I appreciate we’ve all probably got a spare knocking about at this point, and any avoided e-waste is a good thing.

Journey Rapid Trio 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station: Competition

You have a ton of options when it comes to MagSafe chargers — including devices produced by Apple itself. Though AirPower remains a mythical failure, you can still pick up the one-device MagSafe Charger puck and travel-friendly MagSafe Duo Charger , as well as the Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Dock . These will only charge one or two devices at a time though, and the Duo option is usually priced close to what this three-device option from Journey will set you back.

Belkin has a similarly-vertical charger in its upright Boost Charge Pro 3-in-1 Wireless Charger . It’s usually a bit more expensive than the Rapid Trio, and it’s wider with its tree-like design, but that’s better if you want to keep an eye on your Apple Watch screen, too. We’ve also reviewed the Boost Charge Pro 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Pad , which is similarly priced and great if you don’t have as much vertical space to play with. Its flat design makes it easier to travel with, too.

You can find lots of cheaper options out there from lesser-known brands, but we tend to avoid recommending them among our best wireless chargers for multiple devices lists, as battery health is so important to our gadgets. You want a charger that won’t burn out your iPhone, and thankfully all of the picks we recommend will take good care of your device’s health.

The Journey Rapid Trio 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station is just what I want from a multi-device charger. It’s neat and tidy, not taking up unnecessary space, and doesn’t look ugly when not in use. It safely charges all my daily Apple devices, but does so with some added bells and whistles too — not least of all its removable Apple Watch charger. Priced appropriately, it’s a superb choice for anyone looking to power the core trinity of on-the-go Apple devices all at once.

Bottom line: A neat charging station that has some modular extras for Apple Watch, and double as a viewing stand.

We love the snappy neatness of this multi-device charging station, which is not just a great way to declutter your desk or bedside table, but a properly portable solution, too. It is a foldable, small-footprint charging station for iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods that can slip into your pocket but also look like a premium desk-based product when unfolded.

If you own not just an Apple iPhone but AirPods and Apple Watch too, a 3-in-1 multi-device charger will keep your desk free of snaking cables and three different chargers requiring power.

One charging station means one power supply, ridding your workspace or bedside table of too many cables and chargers looking for power sockets.

We’ve reviewed the best iPhone chargers and best Apple Watch chargers , but some can tackle the charging demands of both, as well as taking on AirPods charging case.

Journey makes some of our favorite Apple accessories, and its SWIV 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station is a great solution for not just multi-device charging but also what you take on your travels.

Performance

The SWIV 3-in-1 is certified for Apple Watch, so can fast-charge any Apple Watch (Series 7 or later) at 3W. It’s MagSafe-compatible for the iPhone side, which means it can charge at 7.5W rather than the certified Made for MagSafe 15W.

MagSafe works with the iPhone 12 and later (but not the SE). The Qi charging pad is rated at 3W for Apple AirPods (2nd and 3rd generation AirPods, and all AirPods Pro).

While there are faster and more flexible 3-in-1 charging stations, such as the Twelve South HiRise 3 Deluxe and OtterBox 3-in-1 Charging Station with MagSafe , neither is portable like the Journey SWIV 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station is.

The SWIV can be laid flat to take on all its charging duties but is also easily folded for transit. The MagSafe pad folds back onto the Watch charging module and magnetically snaps shut.

It’s a really neat design and the best travel-friendly folding charger that we’ve tested.

You can place your Apple Watch in Nightstand mode or flat on the base as the charging module can flip up to your preference.

It’s made of aluminum with a vegan leather material base and has a small-footprint design—taking up less space on your desk than an iPhone Pro: 8.3 x 2.9 x 0.5 inches (21 x 7.4 x 1.3cm) when open, and 5.2 x 2.9 x 1 inches (13.3 x 7.4 x 2.5cm) closed. It weighs just 5.2oz (147g), and is available in just one color: white

It doesn’t ship with a power adapter, so you’ll need at least a 20W USB-C charger, though Journey does supply a 5-foot (1.5m) USB-C cable.

ESR’s HaloLock 3-in-1 Travel Wireless Charging Set is also great for portability in a smart case, but it doesn’t offer fast charging for the Watch and comes in multiple parts, unlike the one-piece Journey SWIV. The 2-in-1 Zens MagSafe + Watch travel charger is more portable but not a Watch fast charger—and can’t handle an AirPods case at the same time. Nice touches

Journey included a subtle white LED indicator that lets you know when your device batteries are charging, just to take away any doubt about whether you placed the device on the charger in just the right spot.

And speaking of placing devices on the charger, it’s also a good-looking stand for your gadgets. You can place your phone in portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) orientation, and even rotate it 360 degrees. You can use it hands-free while it charges.

Meanwhile, your AirPods charging case and Apple Watch can power up at the same time, without being in the way. The Apple Watch sits neatly on a platform behind the magnetic iPhone charger. The AirPods sit in a shallow indentation in the stand’s base.

Journey Rapid TRIO 3-in-1 Wireless MagSafe Charging Stand review

The Rapid TRIO 3-in-1 is Journey’s latest MagSafe charging stand and is not unlike the many comparable designs we have featured around here previously form several other brands. It delivers an all-in-one setup designed to provide a neat and organized home for all of your portable Apple gear: an adjustable MagSafe pad for iPhone 12, 13, or 14, a small landing pad for your AirPods case (or any other Qi-ready buds), and the included Apple Watch charger resting just behind your phone. In that regard, it’s very much the same as the brand’s original three-in-one model as well as other options on the market place, but there are a few interesting new features. 

This time around, the weighted base holds up the main phone base, which features an adjustable hinge that tilts up to 55 degrees – supporting both vertical and horizontal orientations – to get a better viewing angle at your desk, nightstand, or elsewhere. It delivers 7.5W to iPhone and 15W to Android devices equipped with the included magnetic ring. 

The new Journey MagSafe charging stand also features a modular Apple Watch charger. A small cap cover pops off the back of the stand where users can insert the wearable Apple Watch charging puck unit for use in place on the stand. Alternatively, the small module can also be thrown in a bag, and taken with you on-the-go. That way it can be used as a sort of USB-C charging port, connected to the side of your iPad Pro, for example. 

These include the detachable USB-C Apple Watch Charger, which Apple Watch users can connect to USB-C ports in other devices such as wall chargers and laptops. Apple Watch wearers who use the TRIO have the option to slip the detachable charger into a bag or pocket for additional portability. This is a big plus any time they want to wirelessly power their watch away from the office or home.

9to5Toys’ Take

Journey’s Rapid TRIO 3-in-1 MagSafe charging stand at first glance looks like something Apple might have created, especially the all-white model I have had a chance to go hands on with here. A hard plastic base, MagSafe pad, and Apple Watch charger alongside a silver metal post tying them together present a clean, matte look and feel. The minimal branding – there’s slightly debossed Journey lettering across the middle of the MagSafe pad that’s only visible when you take your phone off – soft glowing LED on the base, and small rubber feet along the bottom further highlight and enhance the overall vibe. 

However, it’s not overly robust, and I would prefer the base was even more weighted – the whole thing lifts just a touch when you adjust the smartphone hinge with one hand. But that slowly becomes less and less a problem over time as the actual adjustable hinge gets worked in a little bit. In short, it could have used a heavy metal plate somewhere in the base if you ask me, but that likely would have driven the price up even more, and the design as is really doesn’t present much of a problem for me overall. 

Along with the adjustable hinge, the modular Apple Watch attachment is certainly a highlight here on the new Journey MagSafe charging stand. It, as we mentioned above, adds a ton of value to the package, effectively delivering an Apple Watch charger you can take with you anywhere, much like the official Apple Watch Magnetic Fast Charger , just without the cable extension. While for some, the more traditional accessory might be more useful on-the-go, Journey’s solution neatly attaches to the stand when at home – there’s a small cap included to take its place on the main stand to ensure a clean, complete look – and just about any other USB-C port elsewhere in an even more compact package. It’s basically a small unit, not much larger than the official circular charger, with a USB-C jack jutting off the back. It can used as a sweet little iPad Pro attachment, with wall chargers, USB-C hubs, and more. It’s an overall nice touch and a useful addition to the package.

You will find both more affordable and more expensive takes on the three-in-one Apple gear charging stand out there. In my experience, the former usually features a more flimsy build and/or requires you to bring your own Apple charger to the mix, while the latter can reach much deeper into your pocket for a slightly more robust and rugged construction. But neither of those options deliver a bonus modular USB-C Apple Watch charger, leaving the Journey Rapid TRIO 3-in-1 Wireless MagSafe Charging Stand in a nice middle ground – especially when you can land one at $111 with the code above.

Journey 3 updates: why the moon sequel isn't happening.

While the franchise was set to continue with Journey 3: From The Earth To The Moon, the movie was canned. Here's why Journey 3 isn't happening.

• Journey 3: From The Earth To The Moon was canceled due to difficulty in writing the script and Dwayne Johnson's busy schedule.
• The franchise struggled to find a solid script after the success of the second movie, but it may have been for the best considering the lack of fanbase.
• Dwayne Johnson's recent projects have stuck to the familiar tone of the Journey movies, offering audiences similar all-ages adventures.

While the franchise appeared to be riding high after the success of the second movie, Journey 3: From The Earth To The Moon was ultimately canceled and Journey 3 is officially not happening, The series launched with 2008’s Journey To The Center Of The Earth , which was based on the famous novel by Jules Verne and starred Brendan Fraser and Josh Hutcherson. Reviewers found the movie gimmicky due to its use of 3D but it was a solid hit for the studio. Journey 2: The Mysterious Island adapted another Jules Verne novel The Mysterious Island with Dwayne Johnson replacing Brendan Fraser as the main protagonist.

Journey 2 was an even bigger hit than the original, with reviews praising the inclusion of Johnson as the franchise's new leading man . Journey 3 was soon confirmed by the studio, which would adapt Verne’s From The Earth To The Moon , which was initially also going to be filmed alongside Journey 4 . During this era, Johnson made his debut in the Fast and Furious franchise as well as joining 2013's G.I. Joe: Retaliation , cementing his reputation as an actor who could turn around struggling franchises. However, his powers failed to work further on the Journey series as Journey 3 stalled and has since been canceled.

It appears Dwayne Johnson’s hectic workload and focus on other projects when Journey 3 & 4 were still being planned kept pushing them back. Almost nothing was heard about Journey 3 from 2015 to 2018 when Johnson confirmed Journey 3 was canceled because they couldn’t crack the script. This wasn’t much of a shock, considering it had been six years since Journey 2 by that point and there had been little sign of movement on the project. Following the gigantic success of Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, Johnson moved his attention to that family-friendly adventure franchise with a similar tone which has already become more successful.

In the same way The Mummy star Brendan Fraser was replaced by Dwayne Johnson, the studio could have brought on a new lead actor for Journey 3. However, further recasting would not help the franchise losing both Johnson and Fraser. While the first two movies were fun adventures, Journey wasn’t a franchise that had a burning fanbase either, so it’s easy to see how it fell between the cracks. Johnson’s admission they had trouble coming up with a solid script indicates it might be a good thing Journey 3 didn’t ultimately move ahead too.

Director Brad Peyton and Johnson reteamed again for 2018’s video game adaptation Rampage , and while San Andreas 2 was planned, that feels like another sequel that got lost in the shuffle of Dwayne Johnson’s franchise-heavy schedule. It’s disappointing Journey 3: From The Earth To The Moon didn’t come together, but audiences will have plenty of other Dwayne Johnson movies in the future to make up for it.

These movies all capture that all-ages adventure that was achieved in the first Journey movies and that Johnson has stuck to in recent years.

The animated DC League of Super-Pets continued to deliver the family-friendly mix of humor and adventure Johnson has gravitated towards, particularly because Johnson was joined by one of his most consistent and hilarious co-stars, Kevin Hart, who voices Ace the Bat-Hound.

Black Adam , on the other hand, was a much darker film. Black Adam's DC Comics origin is a gruesome one, and the character mainly appears as an antagonist to Shazam and Superman, although Dwayne Johnson's film shifted that narrative somewhat focusing on Black Adam as a standalone character. This move into the DCU proved unsuccessful with Black Adam sequels already being nixed, the Superman cameo becoming awkward after Henry Cavill's recasting , and the box-office failure of Shazam!: Fury of the Gods . Perhaps this setback will cause Johnson to rethink Journey 3: From the Earth to the Moon .

Stowaway Cat Gets From Utah to California in Amazon Returns Package

Galena, a 6-year-old shorthair, was found in an Amazon warehouse a week after she climbed into a 3-by-3-foot cardboard box at her owner’s home.

When Carrie Clark got a phone call on April 17 from a veterinarian in California informing her that her cat, which had vanished from her Utah home a week earlier, had been found some 500 miles away, her first reaction was disbelief.

“I could not believe that it was true,” Ms. Clark said in an interview on Sunday night. “I told her: I think this is a prank.”

It wasn’t. Galena, her 6-year-old American shorthair, had sneaked inside a 3-by-3-foot cardboard Amazon returns package alongside five pairs of steel-toed boots. Then the cat was transported two states away to one of the company’s warehouses, where it was discovered by Amazon employees.

Galena survived the unexpected journey without any food or water, Ms. Clark said.

Despite her ordeal, Galena was in relatively good health with no issues apart from mild dehydration, Ms. Clark said. Two factors had helped: One seam on the box had come unglued, allowing oxygen to circulate, and mild weather kept Galena from overheating or freezing.

“It’s really a miracle that she was able to survive,” Ms. Clark said.

Ms. Clark said she thought that Galena got into the box while her husband was packing it, by jumping inside when he left to fetch some tape to seal it up.

“She doesn’t meow a lot and she loves boxes, so for her, she was really happy in that moment, I’m sure,” Ms. Clark said. “Although I’m sure that wasn’t the case later on.”

Since the box already weighed over 30 pounds, Ms. Clark and her husband, who live in the city of Lehi, near Salt Lake City, did not notice the added weight of a stowaway when they mailed it on April 10, she said.

But they did quickly notice that their shy, indoor cat was missing that same day. After days of searching the house and the neighborhood turned up nothing, worst-case scenarios started running through her mind, Ms Clark said. Had Galena darted outside without anyone noticing? Had she been snatched up by a predator? Or end up in the river behind the house?

“We had absolutely no idea what had happened,” Ms. Clark said. “It was really challenging; I was definitely in a lot of grief.”

Then she received the call from a veterinarian in Riverside, Calif. An Amazon employee, Brandy Hunter, had brought Galena in, and the veterinarian identified her through her microchip and contacted Ms. Clark.

Ms. Hunter, who could not immediately be reached for comment, said on Facebook that she received a call from co-workers who had opened a returns box and found a cat inside.

“We have gotten some pretty crazy things in my time but never anything like this!” Ms. Hunter wrote. She said she had driven to the warehouse to catch and look after the cat, which she said had spent days in the box “in the back of a trailer full of items being returned to Amazon.”

Amazon did not immediately respond to requests for comment. After products are dropped off at an Amazon returns center, they are inspected for damage and signs of use to determine if they can be re-listed for sale, according to the company.

When Ms. Clark got the call, she and her husband quickly booked a flight to California. The next day they arrived at the veterinarian’s clinic, where they were reunited with Galena.

“When I got to hold her again, she stopped shaking and knew that I was there for her,” Ms. Clark said. “It was such a miraculous moment.”

Gabby Windey and Robby Hoffman are celebrating one year together.

In a sweet Instagram post Windey shared on Thursday, the former "Bachelorette" star told Hoffman, "I love you baby."

"Happy anniversary baby!!!" Windey wrote in the caption of a post featuring photos of her and Hoffman over the past year. "In just one year, you've given me the world and taught me all the ways which love can heal. Now I can't imagine ever going a year without you."

"I love you baby, it's just the beginning!!" she added.

The post also included photos of sweet notes Hoffman wrote to Windey previously, one from a week after they started dating, and another sweet message that read, "Gabby, I love you so much. You are perfect just the way you are. No notes. Wouldn't change a thing. Can't wait to get my steps in chasing you for the rest of my life. Love always, Robby."

Hoffman also shared a post celebrating the couple's one-year anniversary, writing in the caption, "Best year of my life."

Windey announced her relationship with Hoffman, a comedian and TV writer, in August 2023, on "The View."

"I always want to just, like, live my truth and my story," Windey said at the time. "I have been seeing someone for a couple months, and I've been keeping it a little more private because it is, like, a bigger story and a bigger conversation, because I'm dating a girl!"

"She makes me feel so safe, so loved," she added.

Windey then hard-launched her relationship with Hoffman on Instagram.

"Told you I'm a girls girl!" she wrote in the post.

The "Bachelorette" alum had Hoffman on her podcast, "Long Winded with Gabby Windey," on Thursday, where they talked about their relationship over the past year.

2024 WWE Backlash predictions, card, matches, PPV preview, expert picks, start time, date, location

The promotion heads to france on saturday for the first ppv event after wrestlemania.

WWE is taking Backlash to Lyon, France this Saturday. The card currently features only five matches, but four of those matches are championship bouts, with the other featuring some of the biggest stars in WWE.

In the main event, Cody Rhodes will make the first televised defense of the undisputed WWE championship he won from Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40. Standing across from Rhodes will be multi-time former champion AJ Styles. Rhodes and Styles have traveled many of the same roads throughout their careers but have never faced each other in singles or tag competition.

Two other world titles are on the line at Backlash, with Damian Priest defending the world heavyweight championship against Jey Uso, who is still on the hunt for his first singles championship, and Bayley putting the WWE women's championship on the line in a triple threat match with Naomi and Tiffany Stratton.

The other match of note sees a new set of The Bloodline -- Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga -- take on Kevin Owens and Randy Orton. Sikoa took out his brother Jimmy Uso as he brought in Tonga in a move to seemingly take over the group in Roman Reigns' absence. Now, they are set for their first in-ring action against the new pair of Owens and Orton, who came up short against Logan Paul in a triple threat at WrestleMania 40 for the U.S. title.

It should be an exciting night of action. Let's take a look at who the CBS Sports experts feel will emerge victorious. The event streams live on Peacock at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday with a kickoff show beginning one hour before.

2024 WWE Backlash predictions

Undisputed WWE Championship -- Cody Rhodes (c) vs. AJ Styles

There are times where you just have to accept that you're getting a main event with an entirely predictable outcome. This is one of those cases. Rhodes just ended Reigns' near-historic title run to "finish the story" of winning the championship Dusty Rhodes never did. He is not dropping the title a month later in the first televised defense of that title. Luckily, Rhodes and Styles are great wrestlers who should be able to produce a fantastic match. And it is rare to have two stars of this level who have never faced each other, so that adds an extra bit of fun to the whole thing. Cody Rhodes retains the title  -- Brent Brookhouse (also Shakiel Mahjouri)

Rhodes just won one of the biggest WrestleMania matches of all time in the culmination of a two-year journey to become world champion. Having him turn around and drop the title in his first defense would be lunacy. Cody Rhodes retains the title  -- Connor Casey

World Heavyweight Championship -- Damian Priest (c) vs. Jey Uso

Priest is in much of the same spot as Rhodes, having just won the title at WrestleMania 40 and with even more need to build his legitimacy as a top-tier player. Uso simply isn't a believable world champion but he's a fine opponent to help Priest boost his resume. While I don't expect Priest to have a lengthy run with the title, when he loses it, there will be a story to the match that goes beyond an opponent winning a four-way for a title shot. Damian Priest retains the title  -- Brookhouse (also Casey)

I could see a short reign for Preist if Uso still had his momentum from September. Don't get me wrong, Uso is popular with the fans and could reignite at any moment; however, he's not an undeniable world champ right now. Priest, 41, won't get many runs at the top. Priest should look forward to a solid few months as champion operating under a more patient creative team and with Raw's most popular main eventers sidelined. Damian Priest retains the title -- Mahjouri

WWE Women's Championship -- Bayley (c) vs. Naomi vs. Tiffany Stratton

This match feels tailor-made to give Stratton her first chance to shine on pay-per-view without having her take the pin or dethrone Bayley just as her new championship reign begins. I expect Bayley retains but her program with Stratton will carry on. Bayley retains the title  -- Casey (also Brookhouse)

The recurring theme is that newly crowned champions will retain their belts. Nothing wrong with that. It's simply the cost of producing so many "WrestleMania moments." The triple threat itself should produce good action and the match is logically booked. Naomi never saw a clear conclusion to her title match against Bayley. Stratton is a growing thorn in her opponents' side and a credible contender having previously beaten Naomi. Bayley likely retains her title with the match being a transition point from Naomi to Stratton as the top contender. The newly drafted presence of Nia Jax also looms large. Bayley retains the title -- Mahjouri

WWE Women's Tag Team Championship -- The Kabuki Warriors (c) vs. Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill

WWE has huge expectations for Cargill. The AEW rookie amassed a 61-match undefeated streak in the young promotion yet is presented as an even bigger star in the WWE. Cargill's presence is second to none in the women's division but her union with Belair benefits both parties. Cargill is understandably rough around the edges. The partnership protects Cargill and validates her while giving Belair compelling work. The 2024 WWE Draft further solidified the outcome. Belair was drafted No. 1 overall to remind everyone where she sits in the pecking order. Damage CTRL was drafted to Raw to distance them from Bayley. That is only possible if The Kabuki Warriors lose their cross-brand titles. A dominant reign should follow for Belair and Cargill leading to a split and high-profile showdown. Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill win the titles -- Mahjouri (also Brookhouse and Casey)

Randy Orton & Kevin Owens vs. The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa & Tama Tonga)

The Bloodline is off in a new direction. But for Sikoa to be taken seriously as the group's new leader during Roman Reigns' hiatus, he'll need to start racking up some wins. Meanwhile, poor Orton has been jogging in place since his return from injury and could easily be slotted into a world championship program with Rhodes that carries SmackDown for months. Expect a Bloodline victory that leads to a split between the Owens & Orton makeshift tag team. The Bloodline wins  -- Casey (also Mahjouri)

The Bloodline story feels as though it will never end and that means the group needs to build some momentum after things did not go their way at WrestleMania. Sikoa is positioning himself as the shot caller of the group while Reigns is away and Tonga is a new player in the group. Those two men need this win to further establish those roles. Orton and Owens are bulletproof at this point. No loss is going to harm their standing, but it could set up their temporary alliance breaking up and moving them in more interesting directions. The Bloodline wins  -- Brookhouse
