If I could give a higher rating than a 5 star I would. The thing I enjoyed the most was the individual attention my family received from Eldon Diamond was truly remarkable considering we were among 500 individuals who were also attending the parade. Everything was perfect and on time and if it is attention to detail you are looking for in a Rose Bowl package look no further than Diamond Travel.

If you are looking to attend the Rose Bowl and not very familiar with LA area, Diamond Travel is a fantastic option. You won't have to plan your trip a la carte. They can take care of lodging, parade, game, and transportation. They have a very personal touch and helped us out a lot as we navigated the airline challenges this year that threatened out trip. I highly recommend them and wish they handled other bowl game travel!

We wanted to book a trip to SoCal for the Rose Parade this coming January. Called Diamond to see what packages were available. They sent me info on different packages. I selected what we wanted, called Diamond and submitted our deposit. We're all set! This is a local company and I dealt with one of the owners. So far, a big thumbs up to them.

Wow, I just called their number to inquire about the Rose Parade 2019 packages, and the woman literally told me to "get out a map" when I inquired about the distance between the hotels they use for the package vs. the parade route itself, and if transportation was included (never got the answer to either!!). But hey, she'd "be glad to add me to their list for next year". She never once asked me what I was interested in in terms of activities or dates. I had to force my basic inquiry upon her to get her to respond to anything at all. She just kept saying she'll add me to their list. Maybe put an actual customer "service" rep on your phones for better business, eh?!

We recently completed a tour package for the Rose Parade in Pasadena, CA (January, 2015). Travelling with Eldon and Diamond Travel was an absolute joy as Eldon and his company provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use Diamond Travel in the future.... An A++++ experience!
