This is a 30' self contained travel trailer with 3 bunk beds in the back, dinette makes into a double, couch folds down into a double and has a queen bed in the front. It has air, central heat, large fridge, good size bathroom with a shower. This trailer is in very good shape. Does not have a built in generator. Comes with heavy duty hitch with sway bars. 2000 K-Z Sportsmen 3006P travel trailer with front kitchen and rear bedroom.This front kitchen floorplan has two entry doors. The front entry door enters the camper just behind the kitchen. Turning to the right you will see the front kitchen with a wrap around design with a two door refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, sink and storage wraping from the side around the front of the camper. Across from the kitchen and entrance is a large slideout with a dinette and sofa in it. Both the dinette and sofa convert to beds for extra sleeping. To the left of the entrance door is the entertainment center. Behind the main living room is a walk through bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, sink and vanity. In the back of the camper is a walk around queen bed with storage underneath. Other features include rooftop air conditioner, furnace, water heater, monitor panel, TV antenna and more.On the outside of the camper there are four corner stabilizer jacks for a solid foundation. A patio awning provides ample room to relax under while camping. This camper has had some major water leaking and has been restored to excellent condition. We replaced the rubber roof and the roof deck. We replaced the slideout floor and frame. The carpet in the slideout and living room have been replaced. All issues have been resolved and the leaks have been sealed. This camper is ready for camping again. In addition to the major restoration, some of the other items we took care of include replacing the tires and gray water tanks. 1994 K-Z Manufacturing Sportsmen 14, Price Reduced. This is an older unit I bought and partially restored. I made repairs and replaced the bed area, had the booth cushions reupholstered, installed a new table, and put in new flooring. The TV is new. The refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and air conditioner work well. The furnace needs a new module (I just use an electric heater) and I don't know if the water heater works. The lift that you see is hydraulic and retails for over $2000. It allows occupancy while not on the truck. Great unit for hunting and fishing. $3,995.00 3869720744
