Stacy is very accessible and is there to answer all our questions. Even if we’re in the middle of a cruise we can call or text her. We had some trouble on our flights and didn’t get some of the upgrades we’d paid for. Stacy stayed on it until she got us a refund. And I appreciate that after we get back from a trip, she always contacts us for a recap. She wants to know what went well and what didn’t so she can do an even better job the next time.

My husband and I like to travel with another couple and we always use Total Access Travel. Our most recent trip was a Hawaiian cruise. There is so much information out there, but Stacy knows the best places to go. Years ago, my husband and I were frequent visitors to Mexico but this was the first time we used a travel agent. We took a trip to Scotland and Ireland for our 35th wedding anniversary. Stacy made the arrangements for us with CIE Tours International. She’s able to tell us exactly what to expect—who was going to meet us, where, and even when we should expect a short wait. She explains everything so well. I always use a travel agent for big trips. Having someone I can call via cell if anything goes wrong is important to me.
