Drake performs onstage with a mic in hand.

Just hold on, we’re going on tour.

After teasing a U.S.and Canada jaunt back in December, Drake has finally officially announced his summer 2023 ‘It’s All A Blur’ tour with 21 Savage.

The Toronto-based rapper will play arenas all over North America from June through September .

“Ah, man, I can’t wait to see the people, “ Drake said in his late 2022 podcast appearance talking about his upcoming nationwide trek.

“It’s different when you’re performing, you look out in the crowd, someone locks eyes with you and you can just tell it’s a moment.”

Prior to the tour, Drake is scheduled to headline alongside J. Cole, Usher and Burna Boy at Raleigh, NC’s Dreamville Festival from April 1-2.

Then, midway through the 29-show run, Champagne Papi’s tour stops in New York City for four huge concerts — first up, he’ll play Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on July 17 and July 18 ; the next week, he swings into NYC’s Madison Square Garden for back-to-back gigs on July 25 and July 26 .

‘It’s All A Blur’ will be the hitmaker’s first since his 2018 “Aubrey & The Three Migos Live!” Tour.

And if you need to score tickets today, our “Motto” is that we’re here to help make that happen .

Although inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until Friday, March 17, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before tickets are officially on sale.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Drake 2023 tour schedule

A complete calendar including all tour dates, venues and links to buy tickets can be found below.

Drake opening acts

At all shows, Drake will be joined by his oft-collaborator 21 Savage.

The 30-year-old rapper is known for his singles “A Lot” and “Rich Flex” as well his verses on “Creepin'” and “Jimmy Cooks.”

Most recently, he put out the single “Peaches and Eggplants” with Young Nudy.

Drake set list

Although Drake hasn’t toured in five years, he did perform two nights at New York City’s Apollo Theater on Jan 21-22.

Each show was a true, all-out career retrospective — both nights, he played over 40 tracks including “One Dance,” “Passionfruit,” “Hold On, We’re Going Home,” “Started From The Bottom” and “Laugh Now, Cry Later” as well as a handful of surprising covers.

If you want to see what Drake played on both nights as well as what he’s played at every gig as far back as his first show in 2009, take a look at Set List FM .

Drake new music

Drake is nothing if not prolific.

In 2022, he released two albums, “Honestly, Nevermind” and “Her Loss.”

Before that, the Toronto native and former “Degrassi” star dropped the 21-song “Certified Lover Boy” in 2021.

This year, he collaborated with Popcaan on the sure to be club favorite single “We Caa Done.”

Drake is hip-hop’s preeminent superstar. In less than a decade, the Canadian rapper has won five Grammy Awards, landed 11 No. 1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, and in 2022 became the highest-selling singles artist in the history of the RIAA. Drake’s first three albums — Thank Me Later (2010), Take Care (2011) and Nothing Was the Same (2013) — were all critical successes, showcasing a pioneering sound that mixed catchy R&B hooks with heartfelt lyricism. His fourth album, Views (2016), held atop the Billboard 200 for 13 nonconsecutive weeks, smashing more records — including Drake becoming the most-streamed artist in Spotify history. That same year, he embarked on a co-headlining tour with Future that became the highest-grossing hip-hop tour of all time, grossing over $84 million across 56 dates.

Greatest concert.

Seeing Drake in his home town is always a once in a lifetime opportunity for many. I’m someone who has been grateful to see him numerous times. And each time Drake finds a way to surpass my expectations. He has so many hits to preform. The amazing visuals of the stage, and the giant Virgil Abloh statue all tell a story which Drake uses to captivate his audience. This show was also the 1st time 21 savage has ever performed outside the USA. It was a historic moment for hip hop. Drake also managed to bring out his friends J Cole, Central Cee & Sexy Red. Wish I could relive this show!

THE GOAT DID HIS THANG

THIS GUYS DOES NOT MISS, PHENOMENAL PERFORMANCE FROM THE GOAT

ELECTRIFYING

I’m so thankful and grateful I flew into the 6ix to see IAAB. I had tickets for night one and was vibing and loving it all so much.. his crowd interaction, comedy and all the love he showed us.. I was getting emotional and had to come back for night 2 so I got tickets while I was still there for night 1! I had a sign made for night 2 cuz I had floor access and was so excited for Drake to see my sign cuz I love getting a reaction but out of nowhere, some hired muscle for the night (security company hired for the event) came and pulled my sign away, saying ‘tour says no signs’ which was total bs. There were others holding signs for both nights. I was so angry and upset but didn’t want my night to be ruined. Simply the best. There was electrical energy flitting and he gave the crowd his EVERYTHING. My mind was blown. Brought J Cole and shocked the crowd with 21!!! I’ll never forget these 2 nights. Absolutely beautiful. Asides the poor cavernous sound quality and the hired muscle taking my sign away…. It was perfect. Thank you Drake. You are so loved.

Great concert, horrible set up and unprepared venue

I’ve been to so many concerts and I have never experienced anything quite like what I felt on Friday. We arrived at 7:30, doors “open” at 7 and concert starts at 8, the line is around the block, atleast 10,000 people ahead of us. The venue knew they were screwed and started sending people out to escort people inside the building. We come to find out the doors didn’t open until 7:30 and they were very unprepared for the influx of people. We got in around 8:50, we missed central cee on stage which was annoying. The venue staff wasn’t particularly quick either, we missed sexy redd going on stage getting merch and drinks. Scotia bank arena got extremely lucky because Drake ended up starting late because 21 wasn’t able to get into Canada, so he got lil baby to fly out and because of that they started late, the venue was bailed out. Horrible experience overall. The performance from Drake was amazing and I still had a great time, he put on an incredible show but truthfully the unprepared nature of the venue and staff was a joke and soured the experience

Drake review

The concert was amazing Entrance was organized Merch was easily available Safety- need exit from the concert to be more controlled- too many people exiting on escalator from 300 Level to lower level- and bottlenecking to exit doors - people piling up getting off the escalator and no room to walk Very very potentially dangerous situation There should be a max - perhaps Security keeping track how many people get on and off escalator so it is well paced with people actually moving out of the way at the landing.

So good😭😭😭😭 bro pcd be hitting sooooo hard. Going to drakes concert will be my personality until his next tour fr.

Amazing performance

Drake brought a lot of energy to his performance and sung so many of his greats. The staging was really cool too! Online negative was that the merch lines were extremely long!

BEST SHOW EVER

BEST CONCERT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! He performed so many hits, brought out the best guests, visually was amazing as well! Can't wait to see him again someday, dream come true!!

Passionate Performance

Really spoke to the fans and expressed his love for the city of Toronto. Made it a great spectacle with his features and gave the crowd his all. Highly recommended.

One of the best concerts

One of the best concerts I’ve attended … always go to night 2 !

Drake and J. Cole kicked off their dream tour with swagger Friday night (Feb. 2) in Tampa, Fla.

Drake

Drake was contemplative Friday night (Feb. 2) before kicking off his It’s All A Blur – Big as the What? Tour with J. Cole.

At 7 p.m., he fired off an Instagram post alerting concertgoers in Tampa, Fla., that the doors for the Amalie Arena had finally opened. Quoting Kurupt as inspiration, Drake’s caption discussed the rigorous, competitive battles in rap and what’s lost amid that tireless pursuit of greatness. “As long as there’s competition, there will never be peace. Everyone wants to be the one,” read the quote.

For the opening night of Big as the What? Tour, Drake, and Cole inched closer to rap immortality after producing a monstrous 50-plus song setlist that left the 17,000 fans in attendance stunned.

The rap tandem threw everything but the kitchen sink as they seamlessly connected on their signature hits. With Drake leading the way with his arsenal of chart-toppers, nothing was left to chance, especially when he and Cole joined forces at the tail end of the concert. Though the lovefest between the two MCs was admirable, it didn’t change their trigger-happy moods, as they targeted their hapless peers with vigor and veracity. “I don’t like to win by five, I like to win by 45,” spewed Drake.

Embodying the spirit of first-ballot Hall of Famers, Drake and Cole’s shoot-first, ask-later mentality on their Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper “First Person Shooter” proved not to be trash talk but a guarantee of what happens when two blockbuster talents with Super Bowl hype share the same stage together.

Below are  Billboard’s  nine best moments from the opening night of Drake and J. Cole’s It’s All A Blur – Big as the What? Tour.

College Gameday Vibes

Tampa’s Amalie Arena mirrored a college homecoming atmosphere courtesy of the special touches made by the OVO commander. He brought in a marching band to kick off the concert and later, cheerleaders who danced along to various records, giving the football-designed set a collegiate feel.

ESPN's Stephen A. Smith Joins The Madness

With the tour theme centering around the relationship between rap and sports, Drizzy invited ESPN  First Take  host Stephen A. Smith to analyze Drake and Cole’s string of lyrical performances. Of course, Smith was demonstrative as usual, hurling insults at both men as if he were shooting a live episode of his own debate show. Social media star BenDaDonn — who previously made skits with Drake on Instagram — joined in on the fun, playing the role of a reporter, giving play-by-play moments, one that included announcing the start of J. Cole’s set.

Young Drake Enjoys His Comeback Season

On the first It’s All A Blur Tour, Drake started his show with an actor playing his younger self while reading him the lyrics to “Look What Have You Done.” This time, his younger self was at a pseudo locker room where Drake later met him. The two shook hands during “Virginia Beach,” which ultimately kicked off the performance this time.

Drake Strives For Perfection

If there’s one thing about Drake, he never repeats the same mistake twice. The complaint often heard from the first It’s All A Blur Tour was his vocal miscues on certain records. Tonight, out the gate, Drake went straight into his R&B bag and quashed doubts about his vocal capabilities, performing “Virginia Beach,” “Marvin’s Room,” “Teenage Fever,” “Feel No Ways,” and “Jungle.” While it’s important to note that Drake is a rapper first, his efforts to improve vocally are appreciated because someone of his stature can easily skirt through those issues by not caring or being lackluster.

When Rap & Sports Collide

Throughout the night, Drake and Cole discussed how rap and sports are analogous because of the competitive nature often found between the two and why they approach the genre like bloodthirsty lions.

“The rap game is a tough thing to be a part of,” said Drake. “It’s kind of like sports. “You do your best to make people happy. You do your best to compete. You do your best to put food on your family’s table. A lot of people that aren’t in the game love to sit around and talk about the game. They love to shit on us, take us down, but this show, is really isn’t about me. It isn’t really about Cole. This show is about each and every one of y’all.”

Travis Scott Showed Up, Well Sort Of...

During Drake’s three-song run, where he performed “MELTDOWN” and “SICKO MODE,” a huge statue of Travis Scott’s head floated its way onto the stage. Considering its ability to shoot lasers from Scott’s eyes mid-performance, this prop was the coolest one of the night. Other props included a giant floating bra, a replica of Drake’s Air Drake plane, and his colossal statue of the late Virgil Abloh, which appeared on the last tour.

Drake's Altruism

One of the key highlights from Drake’s last tour was his gift-giving ways . From gifting purses to thousands of dollars to fans, he carried on the tradition by giving two lucky attendees $10,000 each after they revealed they worked dozens of overtime hours to attend tonight’s show.

Cole Gives an Update on  The Fall Off,  Recites "The Secret Recipe" Acapella

After a torrid 2023 features run, J. Cole updated fans Friday night that he was close to finishing his long-awaited album,  The Fall Off . “Right now, I’m at the tail-end of working on this album I’ve been working on for a long time,” teased Cole. “It’s called  The Fall Off.”

Following the crowd’s eruption, he asked if they loved rap, and recited his smoldering verse from Lil Yachty’s “The Secret Recipe.” Drake added gasoline to the fire when he tantalized fans further admitting to have heard Cole’s upcoming album before dubbing it “a classic.”

Flower Giving Moments

Since hip-hop is currently a bloodsport, where beef and turmoil are second to none, seeing Drake and Cole, two of the genre’s most prominent rappers of this generation, show each other love was noteworthy. Early in their careers, rap fans pitted the two against each other, hoping a lyrical feud would lead to a seismic battle for the throne. Fortunately, neither fell for the bait and remained brotherly throughout their journeys. Often, Cole called Drake “The Goat” during his performance, and the 6 God returned the love, thanking him profusely for joining his tour.

After Cole concluded his set, he and Drake hugged on stage and ruminated about how they had plotted to make this tour happen for years. “Thank you to my brother for something we spoke about for a long time come true. I appreciate sharing the stage with you every time,” said Drake.

That moment later sparked a “Remember the Verse” challenge, which tested their memory during a performance of “In the Morning,” before pivoting to “First Person Shooter.”
